Hello again, after two months I am happy with my results today, my weight two months ago is 90 kg and today my weight is 80 kg 🥳🥳، also I have lost fat and my body has become better, I bought new clothes because my old clothes are getting too big 😂، and this is a great feeling .. I followed the exercises in this channel and also only intermittent fasting , I stayed away from fast food...just this is my weight loss routine. Thank you to everyone who waited for my results and thank you Oliver for helping us. Hey Oliver, I commented on your older 15-minute HIIT video and since that comment I've achieved my goal of breakthing through my plateau. I've since managed to keep 7 lbs off using that HIIT routine and I've now decided to move on to a 20 minute one. I owe you so much!

I`m here one year after my pregnancy. I just want to get back in shape. Today is day one and after the burpees i thought i was going to die. But I still made it through the whole workout. Thank you for this amazing workout!
just be careful u can do 20 sec exercise and the rest the another 40 sec at first if you want, because excessive intensity can be dangerous (in other words, your body cant keep up), just be careful, listen to your body, be moderate, and take it slow at first, your body will adapt over time to enable you to do the rest of this work out and more eventually, keep an eye on your diet because thats the thing that will do most of the work when it comes to fat loss (if you are still breastfeeding don't cut out your calories for the sake of your baby, i strongly recommend that if this is the case that you consult a Nutrition doctor), if are not breastfeeding, eat a lot of fibers like salads and more things like this before any meal because your body can't digest it so it will make you feel a bit full before your main meal, and eat a lot of protein (chicken breasts, eggs, etc.) and i would recommend that you eat red meat twice or three times a week and no more than that, complex carbohydrates are good for you too, simple carbs are not dangerous but they get digested quickly so you will be hungry not long after you eat your meal and that will make you eat more, so try to minimize them, i recommend that you do your HIIT workout in the morning after you wake up at 5 am or 6 am, i know controlling your sleep time and sleep hours isn't going to be easy since your baby can cry or need anything at anytime of the day, but just try to get sufficient sleep from 6 to 9 hours of good quality sleep and try to get them at night and this is important because you body repairs it self during sleeping, i think i covered most of the things that will enable you to get good results in a good amount of the time and remember its focus on the process not the results because if you just focus on the goal you will lose hope in a short amount of time because we want results to show them selves to us overnight, but changes doesn't happen overnight now does it?, if you have any question you can ask here and i will answer insha Allah, have a nice day, cheers. note: i recommend that you read a book called "atomic habits" for james clear, its not about nutrition of course but its talking about how can you change your bad habits and create good ones.

Second of all,if he wanted to loose 20 kg in 3 weeks he would have to burn nearly 154 thousand calories in 3 weeks, and lets say he burned roughly 2000 calories a day doing nothing, thats 42k calories in 3 weeks. He would then have to burn an additional 112k through exercises and fasting in less then 4 weeks which is impossible.

There is absolutely no way you lost almost 20 kg in 3 weeks. That is humanly impossible no matter how much you fast and train
