Hey guys, I just wanted to say that I enjoy this workout, as someone who doesn't have time to do any exercise I have made it a point to stick to this at least four times a week, and I'm happy to say since starting this workout I've lost more than 20lbs. I'm 6'3 and starting out at 397 lbs, the last I checked I was down to 376lbs and counting, you should see me in the privacy of my home trying to keep up with you guys, it may not be perfect but it works. Thanks Guys 👋😂
@jisungluvs At that time since I didn't exercise I dropped weight really quickly, I would say it took me about Believe It or Not almost a month or maybe a little less than to get from 397 to 376. I finally plateaued in the weight loss, but now I'm down to 315 lbs and counting.
To lose weight, it's important to combine both diet and exercise.💪 Keep up your workouts, but also focus on eating a balanced diet. Results can vary, but typically, you might start to see changes in a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on various factors like your starting point, diet, and the intensity of your workouts. Keep at it!🔥
Same but I am starting to loose weight now again after this sentence:Burn more calories than you consume. So I do a lot of HIIT but also stretches and Pilates and it’s starting to work

Love that there is no commentary. There is no repeat of an exercise on the same side. This is not a true Hiit, they never go fullout for 45 seconds.. Music is the worse. thump thump thmp

Continuosly doing from last 2 months and also controlled on diet losses around 5kg of weight.
I don't have strong knees and legs for hard and fast HIIT but this is just enough intensity for me. Still sweaty after. Thank you!
