This workout isn't too advanced and there are a few modifications included if you have any limitations.     Would I call this a no repeat workout? The second half is the same exercises but with a slightly harder variation. I liked it, but possibly a bit misleading to call it no repeat.

    I liked all the exercises, all your routines in general. This one I found it difficult to follow because of that annoying beeping at the end of every exercise. 6 beeps to finish an exercise and 6 beeps to start the next one seemed to many. I had to shut the volume down and just watch the video. Other than this small bump in the road, great routine as usual

    When an ad comes on at the end of Set 1, and you debate on whether to skip it because it’s the right thing, or keep it playing because you’re tired 😳😅🤣

    Big Congratulations on the baby 👶🏽 this workout was not for me, I have no rhythm and too much movement there was a lot in Set 1 and 2 that I couldn’t do!! I’m highly disappointed in myself. I really want to be in shape for training for the police academy and get my body right
