I’m a 6’7 pro basketball player and I’ve been doing this ab workout everyday when I workout for about 3 weeks. With all of the training I do on top of this, I have been seeing huge results with a more defined 6 pack but more importantly a stronger core to play basketball with. Thank you Roan!
I commented here about a year or so ago, but I'll say it again, this is THE best abs workout I've ever done. It's simple yet effective, and intense, but shows great results! You have really take into consideration that too-intense workouts can really be difficult sometimes for people like us who don't workout too often. Thank you, Rowan!
This video and workout is amazing. I started doing this a little over a week ago every night when I get home from work (which supplies plenty of cardio) and also on the weekends. I didn't expect to see so much so soon. I started at 280 and seemed to have dropped a bit of water weight that is staying off, I'm down to 266 now and already I vreathe easier and sleep better. I have more energy through my day, better self esteem and just genuinely very quickly have improved my quality of life drastically. Thank you
3 months ago, I decided that I want to lose weight, I started exercising, but at the beginning I was terrible, then it was getting better, now I exercise every day, since then I have lost 8kg with a caloric deficit, I feel great and recommend to everyone, I see big effects, do not give up!!

Down to earth; realistic and easy to follow exercises! I also follow your chest workout video. Although I am a 61 years old fit man (almost with no belly fat!) I am following your program to increase my resilience and strenght. Yet, the "two packages" of my ab became visible with these exercises. Woah I’ve never felt this tense in my abs before this was legit. About to go through a second time but had to leave a comment because I really use your videos. Had to break a little more then you but will keep trying it consistently until I can keep up with you. Been on my fitness journey lately. I do your 10 min fat burning video and the 10 min HIIT fat burning for beginners. Will add this 10 min video as well. Started at 236 (biggest I’ve been and had a wake up call) in June now 204. I know I am 9 years old and I am doing this it works super well and I am one of those kids that like to work hard, I have been doing multiple workouts throughout the year. I have been doing ab workouts since 2019 and now it is 2021. I am really determined to get these abs was 124.2 at 8 years old, I am not even lying I my dad was in the military and had a six pack so when he told me to try working out I asked him, “what workouts did you have to do to get the six pack” and he said “push-ups,sit ups” and I thought that was all to hard for me so I started watching UA-cam vids to help me now I have been training for 2 and now I am at 86.5 pounds and I have 10% body fat. I am really dedicated,and I recommend Rowan Row UA-cam workout vids.
And I also I have very strict diet protein shake in the morning (with eggs) and salads for lunch and this may sound weird but more eggs and two bowls of oatmeal for dinner but my other 3 siblings can eat whatever they want. It is just I am the only one with a diet

Most abs workouts are either too easy or too much for me. This threads the needle perfectly for me. I use it to finish my strength training sessions, and it both challenges me, and i FEEL it. Thank you.
Good for you José. However good those exercises are , he used bad form in some, that can trigger or make back pain worse. Also not utilizing lower abs enough ( he uses hip flexors more than lower abs)
Thx Rowan your Abs workout is the greatest routine that I have ever try for my core is the perfect complementary exercise, this is my third day, so you know I have been doing exercises since May 2020 so far without stopping.
Done this a couple of times in the last 2 weeks. Have never been able to complete the entire thing end to end. Core always on fire and almost cramping mid way. Love ittt! Will finish it with full intensity one of these days. ✨

most the core exercises I have tried are very hard to do with right form so I always struggle to work my core if not at the gym. This video helps a lot. Anyone can easily do any of these and make progress with enough effort.

I played rugby and during the pandemic, caught with covid and everything stopped. My weight increased gradually especially around my stomach abs area. My fitness went south and my breathing is not in good condition and it got worst after taken the booster jab. I'm starting all over again and will use this exercise as my daily morning and evening routine.

it gets easier.. the more you do it. My dad does it and he does not take the breaks anymore. He used to gas out before..
