For the last 10 years I've allowed myself to get very fat (400lbs) yesterday i said i had enough and started a proper eating regiment. today i started this work out. i lasted 6 minutes and have not had my legs burn this way in years. Took a two minute break and continued the work out, did this on and off until i completed it. covered in sweat but feel awesome. Goal is to do the whole thing with out breaks. Fatloss here we go!!!

Sleeping much better and just over all feel better. Incredibly I even have better mental clarity. I have a long way to go but I'm definitely enjoying the changes. It's not like I learned from this video.
I've been doing this for the past two weeks straight and its done me wonders, I've noticed a bit of a change. Not the ultimate goal kind of change but change is change. Not bread, not cookies, less sugar, I get my self through salads, fruits, vegetables, but I did not stop eating meat. Now I've already lost 7 kg. It's too much difficult at first, but over time your body get used to that.

Doing this type of HIIT workout for the first time. Took me 35 mins to finish as i was taking rest whenever my heartbeat was crossing 180. Update after 1 week: Completed in 30 mins. Earlier my heartbeat was maximum in zone 5 (max limit), now it is in zone 4.
Today I finally achieved my goal of losing 20 pounds. 🎉 It was a very slow and steady process.. I didn't do any strict restrictions, I just slowly reduced my calorie intake every 2 weeks until I reached the deficit I needed and stayed there for 12 weeks (lost the last 6 pounds). Now I want to slowly increase my calorie intake until I reach maintenance! I've been using meal plan from OnlyMeal.

Doing this type of HIIT workout for the first time. Took me 35 mins to finish as i was taking rest whenever my heartbeat was crossing 180.
Update after 1 week: Completed in 30 mins. Earlier my heartbeat was maximum in zone 5 (max limit), now it is in zone 4.

Today I finally achieved my goal of losing 20 pounds. 🎉 It was a very slow and steady process.. I didn't do any strict restrictions, I just slowly reduced my calorie intake every 2 weeks until I reached the deficit I needed and stayed there for 12 weeks (lost the last 6 pounds). Now I want to slowly increase my calorie intake until I reach maintenance! I've been using meal plan from
