    For the last 10 years I've allowed myself to get very fat (400lbs) yesterday i said i had enough and started a proper eating regiment. today i started this work out. i lasted 6 minutes and have not had my legs burn this way in years. Took a two minute break and continued the work out, did this on and off until i completed it. covered in sweat but feel awesome. Goal is to do the whole thing with out breaks. Fatloss here we go!!!

      @asniqueofembio804 actually really good. I've lost 11lbs since I wrote this. My endurance has gotten much better aswell. Started weight training last week and also feel stronger already. Sleeping much better and just over all feel better. Incredibly I even have better mental clarity. I have a long way to go but I'm definitely enjoying the changes. I've got a buddy helping me get the food correct so I don't over eat. Lots of work but very motivated to achieve my ultimate goal. Thanks for asking..

    Age 45 , Wt:83Kg, Ht:5"7 , Tested for high cholesterol and triglycerides and boundary level HBa1C
    Day 1 : Couldn't go beyond 36% as ran out of breath. Hopefully within a month should be able to do it 100% in one go

    Imma be honest. I hadn’t worked out in about a year and after this I felt like my body was gonna breakdown and I’d 💀 but it was a GREAT workout. I think I’ll take it easy tomorrow

It's not like I learned from this video.

      Three weeks alone enough to improve your running capabilities. As a matter of fact 2weeks is more than sufficient if run daily.

    I've been doing this for the past two weeks straight and its done me wonders, I've noticed a bit of a change. Not the ultimate goal kind of change but change is change. I can think clearer and I just feel better. Doing this everyday until I can look at myself in the mirror with pride. Just eat moderately and fast once a week, you'll be good. Thanks Oliver.

    Wow all i gotta say is this is my first HIIT cardio I've done in a while where I literally broke a good sweat and I love that cause I know I'll get results if I'm consistent with it. This definitely won't be my only time doing this workout! 💪🏽💯

    I'ma do it for 21days and update it daily
    Day 1: Couldn't it even finish it !! Completed half✅
    Day 2: It was still difficult for me to complete!! Anyways atleast managed it till 15mins.
    This workout is really insane y'all 😭
    Day 3: Finally did it 😭
    Day 4: ✅ felt easier than yesterdayyy
    Day 5: ✅ getting easier day by day

    Thank you for this. Not only is it a fantastic HIIT workout it’s made me stop smoking as I want to get better and better at this and do the Blaze circuits at the gym. No more cigs for me after today. Even when I booze. It doesn’t make sense. When I was super fit in my 20s and 30s I didn’t smoke so here I am at 53 smoking and I’m probably making up for my lack of fitness by doing something else that’s bad for me. Doesn’t make sense. Thank you

    Day one took a two minute break around 8minute but managed to complete it
    Day two it was still difficult but i managed to complete it
    Day three a little out of breath but i managed to complete it
    Like if you want me to do a revive till day 30

      first day you needed break before half and on 3rd day youre only a bit out of breath at the end? stop the cap or youre doing half assed reps

      @@drjeethu25 yes , I did, sharing more details... basically I cut out the amount of food a little bit. Not bread, not cookies, less sugar, I get my self through salads, fruits, vegetables, but I did not stop eating meat. Now I've already lost 7 kg. It's too much difficult at first, but over time your body get used to that.

    I wanna do these classes at my gym but I'm so self conscious, I want to loose weight but I'm so ashamed of my body and how weak I am that i just cant do what I want to do... I should take a big step and just force myself into it

    Doing this type of HIIT workout for the first time. Took me 35 mins to finish as i was taking rest whenever my heartbeat was crossing 180.

    Today I finally achieved my goal of losing 20 pounds. 🎉 It was a very slow and steady process.. I didn't do any strict restrictions, I just slowly reduced my calorie intake every 2 weeks until I reached the deficit I needed and stayed there for 12 weeks (lost the last 6 pounds). Now I want to slowly increase my calorie intake until I reach maintenance! I've been using meal plan from
    OnlyMeal.
