Thigh gaps are mainly genetic. *Your* body is genetic so just because your thicker or thinner than most people (I mean people than have the same weight or height because there probably is an average weight/height/type) doesn't mean there is nothing wrong with you😭

There is no spot reducing fat. And bone structure has a lot to do with it as well. Ill be doing one of her programs called "taller and slimmer workout for teens", ill be starting by tomorrow and ill be updating when i see results!! Day 1 - it BURNED my whole body, my legs were the most sore out of my whole body, also i did some stopes especially on squat pulses cause i couldnt do it 😕.✅️ Day 2 - now the soreness got into my arms meaning its both my arms and legs that are sore, i also took some stops on some of them that i couldn't do, probably stopped for a short second and continued to do it. ✅️ Day 3 - this workout got me EXTREMELY SWEATY but its a good sign to sweat though. My legs were still sore to this day 😩. ✅️ Day 4 - i got my period 🩸 so i didnt do the stretches, but it is an active rest day that is optional though so i think shirlyn is ok with that 😆. ❌️ Day 5 - the sore on my legs stopped and when i touched my calf, it felt hard or idk lol, but i think thats a small change. Also when i tried that squat pulses, it shook me that i can do it without stopping so i think that means it also changed somethin that idk much of lol 😆💪🏻.✅️

I suggest you to fallow her workouts, also try to eat healthier and drink more water to help with your bloating but remember getting bloated after eating is normal BUT waking up everyday bloated thats not normal
@@bexjameswoodrow413 dream bodies are part of what keeps those things in our world, the ideal of being thin or skinny is a standard we feel like we have to keep up with but that just doesn't match with many peoples body types and will likely result in an eating disorder

I lost 60 lbs in 2023 - I just went through my closet to clean out the clothes that are too big for me. I think I’ll keep just one pair of pants so I can do this :)
