    In fact this is true, my gym trainer recommended Shirlyn Kim's videos to be healthier and lose the weight I gained due the pandemic. I have followed her routines since Nov 2022 and so far I have lost six kg.

      @@roseiys3207 i didn't measure my weight because of non availability
      But i see visible changes and main thing is good improvement in my flexibility
      I'm able to do for a long time
      Hope this helps ☺️
      And i wasn't on any diet
      But i can guarantee that i saw visible changes all over my body

    Thigh gaps are mainly genetic. *Your* body is genetic so just because your thicker or thinner than most people (I mean people than have the same weight or height because there probably is an average weight/height/type) doesn't mean there is nothing wrong with you😭

      @@TwistbsdenjyrThat is not true. If your body stores fat in your thighs, it doesn’t matter how much weight you lose, they will always be thicker. You cannot spot reduce fat. Thigh gaps are also dependent on how wide your hips are, even with thinner legs, if you have narrow hips and your legs are closer together, it is less likely you will have a thigh gap

      @@kazuzart1582 not true, your body will keep proportions. If you have thicker thighs and that’s where your body stores fat, it doesn’t matter if you lose weight, you lose it all over. There is no spot reducing fat. And bone structure has a lot to do with it as well. You can slim thighs just like the rest of your body but being slimmer or thinner doesn’t directly equate to a thigh gap, it’s all about how you are built. Also, I have been naturally blessed with a thigh gap. No excuses needed❤️

    I personally love thick thighs. Doesn’t mean I hate people that have thinner thighs, but thick thighs are so beautiful too

    Ily you sm! I was struggling to set up a workout plan and your weekly workout plans saved me sm time.❤ I’m waiting for my new mat to arrive so I can get back to working out. I used to workout but stopped and gained a lot of weight (30 kg) the past 2 years. With school it was even harder to have the energy to workout and stay in-track with studies. I’ve had enough of gaining weight and being irresponsible of my weight. I’m planning on giving ur workout plans a try and go back down to 48 kg. 🤞

    Ill be doing one of her programs called "taller and slimmer workout for teens", ill be starting by tomorrow and ill be updating when i see results!!
    Day 1 - it BURNED my whole body, my legs were the most sore out of my whole body, also i did some stopes especially on squat pulses cause i couldnt do it 😕.✅️
    Day 2 - now the soreness got into my arms meaning its both my arms and legs that are sore, i also took some stops on some of them that i couldn't do, probably stopped for a short second and continued to do it. ✅️
    Day 3 - this workout got me EXTREMELY SWEATY but its a good sign to sweat though. My legs were still sore to this day 😩. ✅️
    Day 4 - i got my period 🩸 so i didnt do the stretches, but it is an active rest day that is optional though so i think shirlyn is ok with that 😆. ❌️
    Day 5 - the sore on my legs stopped and when i touched my calf, it felt hard or idk lol, but i think thats a small change. Also when i tried that squat pulses, it shook me that i can do it without stopping so i think that means it also changed somethin that idk much of lol 😆💪🏻.✅️

      I suggest you to fallow her workouts, also try to eat healthier and drink more water to help with your bloating but remember getting bloated after eating is normal BUT waking up everyday bloated thats not normal
