2 months isn’t realistic for almost 20 kilo loss. you’d roughly need 5 months if done consistently. 1kg per week is healthy and doable. I wouldn’t go for more since it would be hard to keep up even if you added a diet on top of it.
I lost 3kg (from 61kg to 58kg) in 1 month because of her workouts without any strict diets! I'm so happy, I will continue to exercise until I reach my desired weight.

I have been doing this workout together with four other workouts ( slim waist, upper body, leg, and stubborn belly fat), with also being on a 1500 calorie diet. Before I added this to my workout list, it took me days to loose only one pound but the two days I have been doing this I have lost two pounds already. Definitely works and I recommend!

@@luuvshy I did this and also two of her workouts! I did it for like 16 days I think but sometimes I took a break. I kinda went on a diet but not really I just ate less calories but I didn’t skip meals! And make sure to drink enough and sleep earlier. Good luck, you’ve got this!!

As a teenager i am gaining a little bit of weight and everyone in the school teases me by saying fatty so i am gonna try ur work out and prove them that nothing is impossible . So i am following ur 2 week plan workout and i qill keep u all updating daily and my current weight is 54 and my target is to reach 45 . Let's gooo 🎉 Pls keep me reminding if i forget to update Day : 1 ✅ it was a little bit difficult for me to complete but i did finally and i am felling refreshed and energetic but also too much tired and my thighs are having a little bit of pain. @@gaganmishra824 here are some thing that I do(if you need) I don't eat breakfast in the morning, only drink a cup of water I DO eat only when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full, try to eat less you'll get used to it. But I still drink sodas, eat something sweet so don't cut of sugar(if you're planning not to eat it anymore) and don't eat reay late
Im feeling so proud of myself. Once i was tryong to lose weiggt but negative thoughts came over me and i stopped after a day. Now i find exercising very fun and started actually losing some calories. By tge fun i get i do more videos of exercise, now my exercise daily is one hour but i split it into three groups - morning, lunch and dinner I also do some extrad if my body allows me to do, not going to sleep today if im not totally exhausted!

@@luuvshy I did this and also two of her workouts! I did it for like 16 days I think but sometimes I took a break. I kinda went on a diet but not really I just ate less calories but I didn’t skip meals! And make sure to drink enough and sleep earlier. Good luck, you’ve got this!!

Day : 1 ✅ it was a little bit difficult for me to complete but i did finally and i am felling refreshed and energetic but also too much tired and my thighs are having a little bit of pain.
Day2:it was normal and i didn't felt any change at all as it is the second day only but yeah I am felling more better and refreshed after doing it
Day3:it was very easy to do and I did it without much effort
Day 4:I just feels a little bit burnt in my things and stomach also and this feels so amazing
Day 5:a little bit change in my thigh it is just a bit not much as I measured it today
Day6:I can see a little bit change in my stomach also and I don't feel more exhausted as I used to feel earlier
Day7:I lost 1 inch from my stomach fat
Day 8 : no change
Day 9:no change at all
Day 10 : I measured my weight today and I lost 1 kg
Day 11: am keeping the exercise still going on but not any other change now
Day 12:my belly fat is reducing much and I fat I had which used to cause a little bump type it just burned so well
Day 13: I lost 2 kg till now as i also used to go cycling and play a lot outside and I didn't ate much food outside as I ate only healthy food made at hone
Day 14:I am really so happy that I lost my 2.5 kg weight now

I don't eat breakfast in the morning, only drink a cup of water
I DO eat only when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full, try to eat less you'll get used to it. But I still drink sodas, eat something sweet so don't cut of sugar(if you're planning not to eat it anymore) and don't eat reay late
Im feeling so proud of myself. Once i was tryong to lose weiggt but negative thoughts came over me and i stopped after a day. Now i find exercising very fun and started actually losing some calories. By tge fun i get i do more videos of exercise, now my exercise daily is one hour but i split it into three groups - morning, lunch and dinner
I also do some extrad if my body allows me to do, not going to sleep today if im not totally exhausted!
