I needed a new challenge for my self this is perfect thank you im going to try it for 30 days and update you all Day 1✅ (done did it only one time + the 10 min full body workout ) my goal is to lose 8 kg in one month so I’m also on a diet. Currently weight 55,5 kg goal 47 kg I’m goin to try to lose 2 kg each week for a whole month Day 2✅(done once + 5 min arm exercises and 10 min skinny waist exercises) day 3✅( done twice + 5 min arm exercises ) lost 0.5kg Day 4❌ I skipped because I didn’t feel really wel but day5 ✅ (done 2sets ) day 6✅ (done one set + innerthighs workout) i think weighting myself everyday is a bad habit of me so i will only be weighting myslef on day 30 day 7 ✅ done once i can see that my stomach definitely got flatter Day 8✅ Day 9 ❌ Day 10 ✅ (did it twice in the morning and once in the evening) Day11 ✅ day 12 ❌ day 13❌ day 14 ✅ 2 sets Day 15 ✅ day 16 ✅ done 2 sets update i think that i wont be working out regularly for the time been because my midterm exams are about to start so i decided to weight my self, my weight right now is 50,7 i lost like 5 kilos and i could see alot of changes i lost fat around my stomach waist area also my legs look slimmer im really happy with the results and definitely recommend this workout if you do it twice a day you will see more change faster
my goal was always to be skinny i always stressed about how much i ate and how much i burned, but its useless as it lows down my metabolism so i plan to eat well healthy and exercise well as i burn fat and build muscles, it takes time, but the feeling of being healthy is wonderful i really really enjoy your workouts and pilates ♥♥

Trying this cause I seriously need to start getting fit. Height :162cm Weight :58kg Day 1: done (almost died, shows how unfit I am) Day 2: done (sweating buckets as usual) Day 3: done (it was slightly easier) Day 4:done (same difficulty felt as yesterday) Day 5: rest (my legs hurts extra plus busy) Day 6: only did half (I plan to do this two times tmr since it's pretty late rn) Day 7: done (no changes seen yet) Day 8: done (I was pretty mad today so I channeled all the anger into working out, it made me worked harder) Day 9: done (once again, it feels slightly easier) Day 10: done Day 11:rest Day 12: done (since I didn't do it yesterday it feels a little harder or maybe it's cause I just ate lmao) Day 13: done Day 14: rest (I take breaks on Wednesday cause it's the busiest day of the week for me) Day 15: done Alright, I'm only going to update until here, not very noticeable changes but definitely visible, lost 1 kg. My stamina definitely increased and the workout feels slightly easier ever so often. My muscle doesn't hurt anymore even after I do the workout too. @@ale7480 yes, although only 1kg but I can see some changes on my legs and stomach. I probably couldn't loose much cause it's only a 12min workout and my body is still getting use to it. But I believe that there will definitely be changes in a month. Even tho it's only a little right now, after 14 days, I'm going to add in another workout video and make it progessively harder.
@@ale7480 it really depends and changes from each people's body, I decide to just keep trying even if it'll take a while. At least i'll get to increase in some stamina and muscle if I keep trying. It's better than nothing. I wish you luck it you're doing this workout too!

Just make sure you eat well because you don’t want to have and Ed. Please lose weight slowly in order to keep it off fast weight loss will cause yo-yo dieting trust me I am 18 and this happens to me. But a balanced diet meaning Whole Foods and your favorite junk foods in portions not depriving yourself with help you keep a healthy relationship with food okay honey glad I could help in any way. ❤

Usually when I try top stop eating junk I replace it with healthier options, like I replace ice cream with yogurt and have fruits and veggies as snacks
doing this for two weeks, one time a day as well as another exercise two times a day. i will be in a calorie deficit, and i have volleyball practice on time a week and volleyball playoffs about every 4 days. ill see how this goes! sw: 99 lbs gw after a week: 95 lbs gw after two weeks: 92 lbs

Was sweating a lot after though haha I also paired it with the standing ab workout, the 5 min warmup, the inner thigh workout as well as Daisy Keech's ab workout (all the workouts I pair w this r on my playlists!) Day 2; Done! Today I paired it w the 5 min warm-up again, 10 min full body HIIT, inner thigh workout, daisy Keech ab workout & + standing ab workout! Day 3; Done yet again! The workout is surprisingly fun to do I paired it with the 5min warm-up, 15 min full body HIIT, standing leg workout, & Daisy Keech's ab workout Day 4; Done ofc! Today I did this along with the *dundundun* 5 min warmup, inner thigh workout, 10 min HIIT, as well as Daisy Keech's ab workout. Don't give up!! Day 5; Done! Did it with fewer exercises today as I have to wake up early tomorrow+ was busy today. I did 10 min full leg workout, this workout, Daisy Keech's ab workout n some stretching

✅Day 1 (2023.06.03): Done! From the first movement to 8:29 very easy, from the 8:29 minute onwards, it's really hard and all my muscles hurt a lot after this first excercise. I walk 10,000 steps every night. In terms of diet, I eat as usual and limit the starch of the day and drink 2 liters water enough.

Usually when I try top stop eating junk I replace it with healthier options, like I replace ice cream with yogurt and have fruits and veggies as snacks
doing this for two weeks, one time a day as well as another exercise two times a day. i will be in a calorie deficit, and i have volleyball practice on time a week and volleyball playoffs about every 4 days. ill see how this goes!
