I lost 6kg from doing diet and working out as your videos. I just tried this exercise today. It was pretty good as someone with low endurance like me. I love it. Also, I’ve not on a strict diet at all, and I skipped exercising some days in the week as my schedule was too tied. However, I saw the results just from looking at my old pics and now. I enjoy the process, and my body is pretty healthy. I’m also able to fit on my old skirts as my hip gained too much from gaining weight. Thanks 🌸
@@chikaaristiana1494 For this month, I’ve exercised for 5-7 days of the week. I only do 10 or 12 min workout + 30s of stretching or plank. I also try to hold my breath for some degrees all the time to flatten my stomach and size down my waist. Also, that way gave me some upper abs. Last few months, I wasn’t so consistent with my exercise tho. Sometimes, I overdid it, and my body just couldn’t stand that. Also, I try to do different 10 min body workout version, so my body wouldn’t get used to the exercise too. My journey was really long actually since June. I had some travels and ate whatever I love too. My weight has been going down as I exercise and eat with smaller potion (still my fav foods). Hope my tips helps you 🌸🌹🌼

@@lisasimpson3233 yes I've diet and exercise: (Exercises) 6/7 days a week I go walking outside with my rope,sometimes I lift weights (1.5kg), on Wednesday I've done chloe ting new challenge and when I'm bored I use my rope. (Diet) When I wake up I always drink a glass of water after that I do this exercise and have breakfast: I eat a lot(but not to much) while one breakfast and lunch i eat less than breakfast and at dinner I have a light dinner( and I don't eat after 7pm) and I drink a lot of water(maybe like 8-10 glass of water) (Foods) For breakfast i usually drink milk or tea with integral biscuit on lunch depend I eat white rice with weggies or chicken salad and for dinner a mini pizza with veggies or other foods that I dont remember( I don't remember😥😭) i hope I've helped you sorry for my bad English is not my first language ;(

A little comment to a personal check-in daily, so I won't give up! Day 1 - Done! Gosh! It was hard! But I will not stop! the work out makes me feel better after it Day 2 - Done! Some exercises were easy, others not. Yet as someone who believes that the second day is the hard one, I'm glad to have finished it 😄 Day 3 - Done! 🤗 I'm feeling so good after finishing everything 😇 Today, I was able to touch my toes in the end🤣But I must say that the wide squat hold still my enemy 😶🌫 Day 4 - ... Done! I decided to do it earlier today, and since the beginning, I had always done the low-impact version for some exercises due to my knees (I had an issue with it before). However, I choose one that I will try to do the normal version when I feel better, so I did it half-half yesterday and completely normal today Day 5 - Done! I felt it was a little more special today since I was feeling lazy all day long, so it was a big victory for myself that I got up and did it in any way Day 6 - Done! It's crazy to think that just one more day for a week, and after this, I did a 10 minutes dance workout because, since yesterday, I had too much energy to even sleep at night, so I wanted to get a little more tired 😅 Day 7 - Done! After this, I did work out randomly all over the years but never create any routine. Therefore, I'm using it to make my body (muscles) get used to workout again before focusing on areas like my abs, ok? My body doesn't work anymore as the one of a teenager and I do everything in low impact most of the time, so I'm very happy with my results so far And don't give up, just because my numbers may don't have changed a lot as you want yours to Fighting~!! Day 14 - Done!!! Two weeks are done!!! 🥳 My numbers after two weeks, doing only the workout without a diet: Bust was 95,5 cm, now 91 cm. Waist was 85,5 cm, now 79 cm. Hip was 102,5 cm, now 100,5 cm. I must say that I'm amazed by the result, most of my 'fat' is around the belly area, so I'm truly glad that it's mostly gone now ^^ The second place is my bust and arms since I almost never worked out the up part of my body when I was young.

But size-wise, these were my numbers on 04/01/22: Bust - 95,5 cm Waist - 85,5 cm Hip - 102,5 cm Weight - around 63 kg (I can't remember the exact number, but it was around this at the last time I weighed myself a few days, or better, a week before) Right now (16/01/22): Bust - 94,5 cm Waist - 82 cm Hip - 101 cm Weight - I'm not sure about this one since I don't have how to weigh myself at home. To be honest, I'm not sure if my bust size is correct since my period is coming up soon, and they always get "big" around this time. But besides that, it wasn't a big change. I believe that just enough for a week, especially my waist ^^ (By the way, the first numbers was from when I started to motivate myself to work out again, not from the day I started this workout.)

@lucxfvr_ I think 2-3 times a day is enough(if you're not doing any other workouts) and you just need a calorie deficit. You can calculate yours on Google or tracker apps and track your goals. Another thing I saw people do for weight loss is drink lemon water two times a week and drink green tea

I've been doing this and calorie defecit for 26 days now I started with 54kg now I'm only 41kg I do this exercise 2 times a day, I also avoid carbs and sweets but that depends on you! I also do intermittent fasting. I stop eating when it turns 8pm and I eat at 12pm or 11am Also loseit really helps you keep track of your calories, plus its free!! My calorie intake each day is just 800 but you can adjust that to whatever makes you comfortable 😊 I'm really happy with this process and remember you won't see results after only 2 days! You need persistence and motivation, so far I can't go through my day without doing this exercise anymore it's become a chore now😂

01/22 UPDATE: been doing this work out for 2 weeks now amd I have noticed small but very positive results, and while my weight didn’t change my waist has gotten smaller, my core muscles have gotten stronger, and my endurance has improved significantly. I have also noticed I stand taller 💪🏻. Side note: starting today I have increased my working out time from 35 minutes to 50 minutes! 01/15 UPDATE: I did this for 5 days and rested 2, after a week of working out I can already feel my core muscles strengthening, getting slimmer (I tried on a pair of jeans and they fit a little bit loose around my waist area), and it’s getting easier to follow the workout. I feel my mood getting better too! 01/ 08 I started exercising only 4 days ago using your routines, it’s still too soon to notice results but I already feel more energetic throughout the day and my motion range has improved as well. I have been combining this one with the “10 minutes flat belly” routine and the “15 minutes full work out pilates”r routine, and it’s going great so far. The first day, I felt my muscles burning after working out, but today I feel much better and completing the exercises has become easier :) My goal is not to lose a certain amount of weight but rather improve my mood, feel more energetic, and become more confident in myself! ☀️✨

I lost 6kg from doing diet and working out as your videos. I just tried this exercise today. It was pretty good as someone with low endurance like me. I love it. Also, I’ve not on a strict diet at all, and I skipped exercising some days in the week as my schedule was too tied. However, I saw the results just from looking at my old pics and now. I enjoy the process, and my body is pretty healthy. I’m also able to fit on my old skirts as my hip gained too much from gaining weight. Thanks 🌸

@@chikaaristiana1494 For this month, I’ve exercised for 5-7 days of the week. I only do 10 or 12 min workout + 30s of stretching or plank. I also try to hold my breath for some degrees all the time to flatten my stomach and size down my waist. Also, that way gave me some upper abs. Last few months, I wasn’t so consistent with my exercise tho. Sometimes, I overdid it, and my body just couldn’t stand that. Also, I try to do different 10 min body workout version, so my body wouldn’t get used to the exercise too. My journey was really long actually since June. I had some travels and ate whatever I love too. My weight has been going down as I exercise and eat with smaller potion (still my fav foods). Hope my tips helps you 🌸🌹🌼

6/7 days a week I go walking outside with my rope,sometimes I lift weights (1.5kg), on Wednesday I've done chloe ting new challenge and when I'm bored I use my rope.

When I wake up I always drink a glass of water after that I do this exercise and have breakfast: I eat a lot(but not to much) while one breakfast and lunch i eat less than breakfast and at dinner I have a light dinner( and I don't eat after 7pm) and I drink a lot of water(maybe like 8-10 glass of water)

For breakfast i usually drink milk or tea with integral biscuit on lunch depend I eat white rice with weggies or chicken salad and for dinner a mini pizza with veggies or other foods that I dont remember( I don't remember😥😭) i hope I've helped you sorry for my bad English is not my first language ;(

Day 1 - Done! Gosh! It was hard! But I will not stop! the work out makes me feel better after it
Day 2 - Done! Some exercises were easy, others not. Yet as someone who believes that the second day is the hard one, I'm glad to have finished it 😄
Day 3 - Done! 🤗 I'm feeling so good after finishing everything 😇 Today, I was able to touch my toes in the end🤣But I must say that the wide squat hold still my enemy 😶🌫
Day 4 - ... Done! I decided to do it earlier today, and since the beginning, I had always done the low-impact version for some exercises due to my knees (I had an issue with it before). However, I choose one that I will try to do the normal version when I feel better, so I did it half-half yesterday and completely normal today
Day 5 - Done! I felt it was a little more special today since I was feeling lazy all day long, so it was a big victory for myself that I got up and did it in any way
Day 6 - Done! It's crazy to think that just one more day for a week, and after this, I did a 10 minutes dance workout because, since yesterday, I had too much energy to even sleep at night, so I wanted to get a little more tired 😅

Day 13 - Done! Ok, some people asked me a few things below about my results. So, I want to mention a few things here. I'm 27 years old, almost 28, and an ex-figura skater who did it until high school (14 years old). After this, I did work out randomly all over the years but never create any routine. Therefore, I'm using it to make my body (muscles) get used to workout again before focusing on areas like my abs, ok? My body doesn't work anymore as the one of a teenager and I do everything in low impact most of the time, so I'm very happy with my results so far And don't give up, just because my numbers may don't have changed a lot as you want yours to Fighting~!!

My numbers after two weeks, doing only the workout without a diet: Bust was 95,5 cm, now 91 cm. Waist was 85,5 cm, now 79 cm. Hip was 102,5 cm, now 100,5 cm. I must say that I'm amazed by the result, most of my 'fat' is around the belly area, so I'm truly glad that it's mostly gone now ^^ The second place is my bust and arms since I almost never worked out the up part of my body when I was young.

But size-wise, these were my numbers on 04/01/22: Bust - 95,5 cm Waist - 85,5 cm Hip - 102,5 cm Weight - around 63 kg (I can't remember the exact number, but it was around this at the last time I weighed myself a few days, or better, a week before)
Right now (16/01/22): Bust - 94,5 cm Waist - 82 cm Hip - 101 cm Weight - I'm not sure about this one since I don't have how to weigh myself at home.
To be honest, I'm not sure if my bust size is correct since my period is coming up soon, and they always get "big" around this time.
But besides that, it wasn't a big change. I believe that just enough for a week, especially my waist ^^ (By the way, the first numbers was from when I started to motivate myself to work out again, not from the day I started this workout.)

what diet did you do and how many times a day did you do the workout?
@lucxfvr_ I think 2-3 times a day is enough(if you're not doing any other workouts) and you just need a calorie deficit. You can calculate yours on Google or tracker apps and track your goals. Another thing I saw people do for weight loss is drink lemon water two times a week and drink green tea

I've been doing this and calorie defecit for 26 days now I started with 54kg now I'm only 41kg
I do this exercise 2 times a day, I also avoid carbs and sweets but that depends on you! I also do intermittent fasting.
I stop eating when it turns 8pm and I eat at 12pm or 11am
Also loseit really helps you keep track of your calories, plus its free!! My calorie intake each day is just 800 but you can adjust that to whatever makes you comfortable 😊
I'm really happy with this process and remember you won't see results after only 2 days! You need persistence and motivation, so far I can't go through my day without doing this exercise anymore it's become a chore now😂

01/22 UPDATE: been doing this work out for 2 weeks now amd I have noticed small but very positive results, and while my weight didn’t change my waist has gotten smaller, my core muscles have gotten stronger, and my endurance has improved significantly. I have also noticed I stand taller 💪🏻.
Side note: starting today I have increased my working out time from 35 minutes to 50 minutes!
01/15 UPDATE: I did this for 5 days and rested 2, after a week of working out I can already feel my core muscles strengthening, getting slimmer (I tried on a pair of jeans and they fit a little bit loose around my waist area), and it’s getting easier to follow the workout. I feel my mood getting better too!
01/ 08 I started exercising only 4 days ago using your routines, it’s still too soon to notice results but I already feel more energetic throughout the day and my motion range has improved as well. I have been combining this one with the “10 minutes flat belly” routine and the “15 minutes full work out pilates”r routine, and it’s going great so far. The first day, I felt my muscles burning after working out, but today I feel much better and completing the exercises has become easier :) My goal is not to lose a certain amount of weight but rather improve my mood, feel more energetic, and become more confident in myself! ☀️✨

you’re SO young to be doing this everyday just know that your body is definitely still growing so you’ll eventually lose the weight. If you do this too much it will ruin ur body and damage it so be careful and eat well

I lost 2.6 kg,also do not eat sugar or anything that has too many calories,my mom always buys snacks and these kinda stuff so I had to really fight to not eat it
After this I decided to do the workout 3 times a day to see if I could lose 3x the weight I lost and also divide my normal meal in three parts or you can call it calorie deficit (one workout in the morning and two in the afternoon) oh. and also Pilates. EAT ENOUGH PROTEIN AND A PROPER MEAL! When you starve yourself too much and don’t eat protein you kill the muscles in your body instead of the body fat,and even if lose weight faster you tend to gain it again because your body won’t receive the food you eat the same way anymore because the muscles that protect your body are no longer active resulting to transform that food in fat
