going to do this as a 13yo cheerleader for however long and actually update! background info: i am pretty small for the most part and my height is 5’1 or 5’2 i believe. i do have loads of muscle in my thighs or as you could say quads from all the tumbling i do and the lifting of people as i’m a main base, but i am trying to lose the fat in them and make it only muscle there!! day 1: ✅ not too hard, felt the burn occasionally!! day 2: ✅ pretty easy! i noticed a tiny slight difference!! day 3: ✅ slightly sore which made it a little harder to do the exercises! diet: trying to eat healthier and drink more water! (almonds, lots of fruits and veggies, etc, and about a gallon of water a day!!)

I started this workout 3 days ago and currently doing it daily , here are my observations: Day 1: ✅ literally felt the thunder, I'm a Lil chubby so yeah I'll be difficult but really felt soo good after it. Day 2 : ✅ doing the exercise felt more easy than day 1 and each of tmthe exercise did it's job and literally felt the burn Day-3: ✅ I just did it ,I was feeling lazy but looked at my old photos where I was slim so I did this at 11pm💀 and ofc felt the burn 🔥 Day4 : ✅ I can feel the difference but cannot see it lol🥲 but it's much more easy than day 1 Day4:I missed 🥲 ❌ Day5: ✅ I did it in the morning and also at night to compensate for the previous loss and it was easier than before I'll keep updating further. I've been working out every day for almost two weeks based on your videos and I just can't stop. I used to always struggle with exercise because I felt incapable, everything hurted and I was never persistent enough, but somehow you manage to motivate me in a wonderful way, thank you! I won't give up! ❤
@@RozaRavaz Very much, absolutely helped. My back pain gradually started to fade away, which used to be noticeable in the mornings. I felt much fitter, more alive, and mentally I felt like I managed to establish a routine through this, making my days productive and I simply love doing it. After exercise, I always feel satisfied and calm.

doing this with some Leslie walking videos and maybe some more for my version of the challenge 75 soft. I am dealing with Hashimatos disease so losing weight and seeing progress is difficult for me but I hope that this time I will succeed. Day 1: done. It was not hard at all, I like the workout. Day 2: done. I have completed day 2 of my Pilates challenge. I did two other Pilates workout videos in addition to this one from Shirlyn, even though I was feeling a bit sick. I didn't want to miss a day, so I pushed myself to complete the challenge. However, I modified some of the moves to suit my condition. Overall, I feel okay now. Day 3: I only did some walking exercises today. Day 4: I walked about 15k steps today instead of exercising. I can finish the videos without modifying them easily now. I don't feel much out of breath compared to the beginning of this challenge and it has only been 5 days.

Okay so I feel like I have to update y'all. So, I stopped because of health issues and I didn't want to force myself. I don't know how to say it, but every time I do Shirlynnn's exercises, I feel the results and her exercises videos are really great and effective

@@Hitomi236their lying. There is no way you can get results in one day. That’s nearly impossible. The average amount of time it takes to see results is 2-5 weeks.

going to do this as a 13yo cheerleader for however long and actually update!
background info: i am pretty small for the most part and my height is 5’1 or 5’2 i believe. i do have loads of muscle in my thighs or as you could say quads from all the tumbling i do and the lifting of people as i’m a main base, but i am trying to lose the fat in them and make it only muscle there!!
day 1: ✅ not too hard, felt the burn occasionally!!
day 2: ✅ pretty easy! i noticed a tiny slight difference!!
day 3: ✅ slightly sore which made it a little harder to do the exercises!
diet: trying to eat healthier and drink more water! (almonds, lots of fruits and veggies, etc, and about a gallon of water a day!!)
Omg I feel you too girl because I’m a dancer (aerobic gymnastics ) and we really need the muscle not the fat 😭😭

I started this workout 3 days ago and currently doing it daily , here are my observations:
Day 1: ✅ literally felt the thunder, I'm a Lil chubby so yeah I'll be difficult but really felt soo good after it.
Day 2 : ✅ doing the exercise felt more easy than day 1 and each of tmthe exercise did it's job and literally felt the burn
Day-3: ✅ I just did it ,I was feeling lazy but looked at my old photos where I was slim so I did this at 11pm💀 and ofc felt the burn 🔥
Day4 : ✅ I can feel the difference but cannot see it lol🥲 but it's much more easy than day 1
Day4:I missed 🥲 ❌
Day5: ✅ I did it in the morning and also at night to compensate for the previous loss and it was easier than before
I'll keep updating further.

I felt much fitter, more alive, and mentally I felt like I managed to establish a routine through this, making my days productive and I simply love doing it. Day -1 complete ✅ was easy but my legs are sore as I have a lot fat in inner thigh

Hey guys! I’ve been wanting to do a challenge like this one, let’s see how long I last 😄!
DAY 1: I did this 2 times and I absolutely loved it 😍 🤩!!! The part at 5:20 was the hardest because I’m barely flexible…
DAY 2: My legs ache so bad😓… And I probably ruined the tiny exercise I did yesterday by eating cookies 🍪😭…
DAY 3: Since I’m doing multiple videos at the same time I could barely lift my legs… Ouch 🤕
DAY 4 (or 5?): I skipped a day and ate Chick-fil-A… I’m so disappointed in myself lol 🤦♀
DAY 5: It was relaxing.
I’m going to do this for a month to get a glowup before school starts and I’m going to update you everyday. The only thing I’m scared of is that i get bulky muscles instead cuz rn my thighs got some muscles from the last workout I tried. My upper thighs are currently 59cm and my lower thighs are 42cm.

Here's my daily update. Since i do not have much time to dedicate to workout and have other workouts to do, I'll be doing only half of this video each day.
Day-1(Wednesday)- 11 minutes treadmill,5 min leg workout, 5 min arm workout, 5 min treadmill.
Day-2(Thursday)- 11 minutes treadmill. Couldn't do other workouts as didnt have time left but tried to makeup by walking more
I luv that there is lots of breaks in between as other workouts dont let you have a break often! Tho i gotta say my legs kept clicking! 🤣😭

doing this with some Leslie walking videos and maybe some more for my version of the challenge 75 soft. I am dealing with Hashimatos disease so losing weight and seeing progress is difficult for me but I hope that this time I will succeed.
Day 1: done. It was not hard at all, I like the workout.
Day 2: done. I have completed day 2 of my Pilates challenge. I did two other Pilates workout videos in addition to this one from Shirlyn, even though I was feeling a bit sick. I didn't want to miss a day, so I pushed myself to complete the challenge. However, I modified some of the moves to suit my condition. Overall, I feel okay now.
Day 3: I only did some walking exercises today.
Day 4: I walked about 15k steps today instead of exercising.
Day 5: I did the 5 min. exercise (here is the link: ua-cam.com/video/yOCTtdGuC1Y/v-deo.htmlsi=CXHSHYtQbg1Tycad ) and this workout. Honestly, I feel more energetic and strong. I can finish the videos without modifying them easily now. I don't feel much out of breath compared to the beginning of this challenge and it has only been 5 days.
