But, if you're time constraints, you can do three times a week:)

▣ How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.
▶For teenagers- It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4) Protein to build muscles and organs
5 )Love yourself

GIRLSS THIS WORKS , after 2weeks doing it again and again without stoping a day, when I changed clothes I noticed my waist got smaller and my stomach flatter !! It rlly works
I’m going to do this workout along with a Wonyoung 7 min pilates workout and I will try and eat more healthier. I started doing it since January 1th 2024 and i want to glow up before summer starts!

Day 1✔️ - it burneddddd but it was so worth it!!!
Day 2✔️ - did it but I binged with snacks :(
Day 3✔️ - i ate healthy and after doing this workout I noticed a little of the ab lines and I am so proud!!
Day 4 ✔- done! it started to become easier a little!
Day 5-9 ❌ - i wasn't motivated and i failed eating healthier but im going to try again!
Day 10 ✔ - proud for jumping back into my grind ( i also started doing other workouts and ate 3 meals )

Okay so I will stop here bc I got bored of the exercises and they've gotten easier but I've noticed some abs forming even if i didn't eat healthy so this definetly works of you diet also!!!

Hello, one question, how long did it take to see results?
@@mily8781 Well, I workout in the afternoon and I did this three days in a row. I was eating foods to help me debloat and I checked this morning (4th day) and my abs were POPPING.
Keep in mind, I do many other active things throughout my day. I'm an MMA fighter and cross country runner. I recommend doing other activities such as walking or cycling throughout your day to see the results sooner. But everything takes time, so don't get discouraged!!!

day 1: i can feel a slight burn - some of the workouts were more difficult than others so i had to try hard not to take a break whilst doing some of them, but overall it went well and i feel great :)))!!
day 2: got a little easier but was still tricky. no difference yet obviously ^^! its going well

Day 1: Its didnt hurt asuch because I have done many before including Wonyoungs workout... But It burned alot! 😅
Day 2: Its was better, It burened but not as much as Day 1 but U need yo drink alot of water or ur gonna get dehydrated 😅😊
Day 3/4: It was wayyy easier and I 😢started to see the results a little, Not too much! I feel more healthy now!😅😄
Day 5: Missed it cause of health issues 😅
Day 6: It was easier compared to before! The next few weeks r gonna be easy!😁
Day 7/8/9 : I started to see a large difference in my body and I think I don't need to workout any longer cause I got the results, Maybe i got the results very early cause I'm already kinda stronger before too and I grew a little too, I checked my height on day 8 and I grew 2 cms, But I will continue doing the workout for another 2 weeks

Im overweight and tired of feeling exhausted and disgusting all the time [plus ive been bullied for being overweight] and im doing this so i feel better about myself and so i can be more active. I just hope i will stick through it. My goal currently is to stick with it for a month fingers crossed 🤞

As a dancer, I'm supposed to keep a pretty fit body, but recently I kinda got out of shape, so I will be doing this for one week and tell you guys what happens.
Dieting: As I am still a minor, I am unable to diet or fast. But what I do is control how much I eat each meal. For breakfast and lunch, I can eat quite a bit, but for dinner I try to eat as littl e as possible. And also if you have to eat something right before bed, It's best if you get rid of that habit.
DAY 1: I did this workout before bed, I don't see much changes
DAY 2: I did this workout after dinner, again don't see much differences
DAY 3: I did this workout once, right before bed, and also this was after a very tiring day. My legs feel more tired than usual days, which is probably because I did 1hr of swimming today. But I feel like I'm starting to see small changes. My stomach doesn't feel as big as it used to, and I feel like it has started to go down.
DAY 4: Just like yesterday, I had dancing till pretty late, so when I got back home I had to shower and stuff. But that didn't stop me from doing this workout. Around 10:51 PM, I started doing this workout and I finished it at 11:00. Near the end, probably because of dance, my legs were feeling really tired. But so far, I felt that my ab muscles are starting to get a bit tighter, but I haven't exactly went down any weight.
DAY 5: For some reason, today’s workout felt very tiring… it might be a possibility that my period just came today. It looks like my waist became a bit tighter, but the fat isn’t gone yet. Maybe we have to do it longer for one week
DAY 6: I had a very busy day today, so I wasn't able to add this workout in, however I did walk around a lot, so that might substitute for this workout. I also did have dance today, so that could also somehow substitute for this workout. Tomorrow is the last day, I can do it!
DAY 7/ LAST DAY: I can't believe I reached it to the last day with taking only one break, which was day 6. Because usually when I do these workouts, I give up on the second or third day. But I've persevered for this one. I would just say that one week made my stomach a bit tighter, since I already do lots of activities daily, and I'm active throughout the day, so adding this workout might make it easier for this workout to work.

I started this today together with 15 minutes walk.
For diet I’m doing intermittent fasting from the morning till 1pm. One large meal I want as long it’s balanced between protein, veggies and carbs, coffee and 1 snack of choice. I stop eating at 7pm everyday, and one cup of herbal tea before bed, and lots of water throughout the day.
Will do weight check once every week.
Day 1 ✅: it went well, kinda feel hungry but surprisingly energised.
Day 2 ✅: completed! I’m so tired tho
You’ve got this! I recommend her daily workouts and her 14 day workout challenge. They make you sweat and burn calories and work well! ❤ Don’t give up!

I don't necessarily want to lose weight but for those interested I'm : 50kg for 160cm
Day1 : I had trouble staying put for some but I thought it would be more painful!
Day2: It was complicated that day I'm tired! but i'm glad i did!

Day4: I don't see any physical change (I don't pay attention to my diet) the exercises are easier!

Conclusion: I’ve not lost weight because I do not pay attention to my diet but my waist is really slimmer I feel better!

✅2 day - today was a little bit easy, but with the jumps is still hard
✅3 day - wow! Today was easy (with the jumps is starting be a little easy) I can’t see results (I will try to do 2 approaches)
✅4 day - did 1 approaches (gonna write soon if I will do 2nd approaches in evening)
✅5 day - did 2 approaches , feeling tired..
✅6 day - did 1 approaches + i did Jennie+Lisa+Jisoo workout (from BP) and wonyoung workout (form IVE) (okay, today i am energetic..₽
❔7 day - i didn’t did this workout, but i did rose (from BP) workout, and 2 other workout for abs (le sserafim) 1 one is easy and 2 is super hard
✅8 day - did 1 approaches (i can see the results!) is really good when you doing this workout + some other (i did workout Karina from AESPA too)

hi guys, I’ve been doing this workout for around 2-3 weeks and the results are amazing! After the first few days the results were literally there and I had visible 11 abs.. my waist went down an inch and once you stay consistent the results kept getting better and better.
Shirlyn.. you are a miracle worker, I’ve never felt so good about my physical body thanks to you! This is also a sign to stay consistent with your workouts because like they say you’ll feel it, then you’ll see it and then you’ll hear it! Have fun guys!
doing this for a week every day:
DAY 1 - oml the first one killed me bc I couldn’t keep my legs off the ground and the side plank knee crunch thing also bc my feet would slip and I couldn’t stand like her 😭
DAY 2 - much easier because for some reason I could actually keep my legs off the ground for the first one (leg raises) and managed to not slip on the knee side crunch thing! the plank ups and downs killed my wrist tho. I can start to feel a difference!

HOW DO U KEEP THE SMILE IM TRYING NOT TO DIE HERE MOTHER
Planning to do this for a month. Will update. I’m 18, a girl and weigh 56 kilos (I’m 170 cm tall). I gained 4 kilos over the summer and now I’m trying to get back to how I used to be. I’m on a calorie deficit (1200 kcal a day). I’ll try to do this every day (skipping Sundays bc I do indoor snowboarding then). I’ll try doing 2 reps a day.
DAY 1: ✅ Some exercises were harder to do but I managed to do two reps
DAY 2: ✅ Was tired after school (came home at 8pm lol) but managed to do it
DAY 3: ❌ I was at a sleepover so I couldn’t workout but I did burn like 230 kcal from walking
DAY 4: ✅ Did it w/o much issue. Also did a lot of steps today so that’s a plus (Also I may be trippin but I think I’m seeing a faint abs outline)
DAY 5: ✅ Sunday so I went snowboarding
DAY 6: ❌ Took a break
DAY 7: ❌ Period started and my cramps the first three days are horrible so I’ll come back to it most likely on Friday

Day 1: it was a bit hard but I did it
Day 2: Did it 2 times I was sweating a lot while doing this but it was fun to do i see a little bit of change tho lol
Day 3: didnt sweat this time it wasnt tough like before i see alot of results on my knees, thighs and belly lost a lot of fat! Remember never give up! ❤😊

With a week left before starting school (hehe) I started doing this routine, I started it on Friday.
Day 1 (Friday): I found it quite hard since I am not used to exercising, I sweated a lot, and I couldn't do some exercises well.
Day 2 (Saturday): I only did it until the side plank since I had to do other things.
Day 3 (Sunday): I didn't do the routine.
Day 4 (Monday): I did the whole routine and I can say that I'm getting a little used to it, my favorite exercise is definitely crunches. I have not been able to do the side plank well. And it's still difficult for me to do the plank up & down, so I always do that for just 20 seconds.
Day 5 (Tuesday): I didn't do the routine.
Day 6 (Wednesday): The routine has become so easier now!!!

I’ve heard some of my friends or parents say that it’s good to start young because you’ll have experience when you’ll older, and as a 10 yr, I’ve been doing this exercise for about a month and I’m starting to see good results! The Le sserafim workout has gotten easier for me and I’ve lost some weight. My waist lost some weight and same for my legs so Im really happy about how much I’ve come to, thank you for sharing this workout with us and for helping us to reach our goals!
noo your so young, you'll lose weight as you grow older just wait!! please don't do such extreme workouts at such a young age, you haven't even hit puberty yet!! please trust by time you will loose weight naturally.

@@kumorii4804I started the LE SSERAFIM workout today I did 20 minutes and I’m 13 it’s good to start young because I take dance classes so it’s easier to do good dancing
@@kumorii4804stfu let them get what they want, i was also like her when i was young and i totally understand her. Not like we all have a good childhood like yall.
As a person who started working out at your age, please don’t do this to your body! You’ll most likely lose the weight around middle school. Although I’m not advising to never workout, simple stretches and exercises would do the job of becoming stronger. But I’m glad that there are kids trying to improve their health.

WEEK 1:
Day 1: ✅I had trouble doing the side plank/knee crunches (no changes)
Day 2: ✅I still had trouble doing the side planks/knee crunches but I'm probably not positioning myself right if my ankle hurts😭 (no changes)
Day 3: ✅ I still had trouble doing that one exercise. (no changes)
Day 4: ✅ That exercise is now a tiny bit easier :> (no changes)
Day 4: ❌ I took a little break (my stomach got a little flatter)
Day 5: ❌ Retook a break (no changes)
Day 6: ❌/✅ I got a cramp halfway for some reason which hurt BAD (I get a tiny less bloated)
Day 7: ❌ I went to the mall for boxing day which means I could not do it (I walked a lot tho)
Results: on day 8 i did it 1 1/2 times and the same with day nine so i lost 1.1 kg and i did not diet cause i ate like popeyes and sugary stuff im now at 45.9 kg no abs sadly but atleast my weight is down!
The last one got me dying 🏃🏻♀️, but we can do it! Have a good day all who read this comment! ❤

Did this one time and its so hard! As a 11 yr old with a body from a 14 yr old and is 170cm im pretty happy that i found this exercise since it makes me feel healthy and beautiful

@@Valenslk so, I haven’t been consistent enough because I’ve been extremely busy, but I can see that my Abs are more define than before and this dress that didn’t really fit now looks and feels great to wear. I also measured myself before and I lost 5 inches! I think if I am more consistent then I’ll have better results, but I recommend!!!
I saw a girl in the comments saying she’ll do this after her period just a friendly reminder that exercise actually helps reduce period cramps but if you still don’t feel like doing it that’s ok because I’m doing this at almost midnight because I felt too tired in the day (I’m also on my period)
