Here's a tip, stop thinking and just start . Yes, it sound simple but it's kinda hard not to think. But once you don't think , your brain won't think of what you could do instead or think of how painful it will be. This works for me on everything study , workout , waking up , homework .everything. So don't think , and just start .

I agree. Everyone is free to follow their beauty standards (in a healthy way of course). Better achieve it through exercise, than not eating enough, so that is definitely a useful video.
MorningGloryy I know you’re trying to defend this workout after all because this is just a workout video, but it almost sounds like you are body degrading women who are naturally “thicc”. You didn’t even have to include how some people in the west have a naturally bigger physique to make your argument stronger. It’s understandable that’s it’s an Asian beauty standard, but sometimes people try to achieve the slim ‘acceptably body standard’ in an unhealthy way. Slimming your thighs doesn’t just mean getting them to her thigh size in this video. Slim thighs mean something different for everyone. You don’t have to degrade others’ body types to appreciate someone else’s, which is the message that seems to be put off by your comment. I’m not sure if you meant it in that way, but if this is your body standard then it’s just as beautiful as someone in the West who is “thicc”. By the way, most women in the West care to be fit and toned not just “thicc”.

❗️IMPORTANT NOTES AND TIPS❗️
While doing this exercise for one month, I sometimes wanted to give up but I never did because I kept remembering if there’s no pain, you won’t gain anything. I didn’t do any diets but having a diet while doing this exercise will surely increase your results. Plus, I didn’t do any diets but I’m a dancer so I dance for like 1 hours every day. So, I think that this helped me to slim my legs a little faster. During 1 month, I realized that this exercise not only slim legs but help you to stretch more, slim your stomach a little, and keep your body strong. I think that this exercise is perfect and good for starters. So, I recommend this exercise. I will no longer be doing this exercise. I will do this channel’s calve slimming exercise. Good luck, bye!💕

No honestly I’ve been doing it for a 5 days or so, and I’ve been eating healthy foods and doing other workouts but I think I’ve gained a cm in my thighs!! Idk, it’s not working for me but I’ll continue to do it for about 2 weeks

I needed this thank you. Also the first time I tried it I felt my inner thighs vibrating and shaking so It does works. After 2 weeks I noticed a gap between my thighs that didn't exist before but I stopped the workout for awhile and I gained weight eating junk foods everyday. And now I'm doing it again.

I don't follow a specific diet I just limit my Junk food and Sugar intake and detox everyday. I eat the same. It has quite an effect on my upper body!

It’s not that much of a difference but it’s a good start! I also tried to walk a little more than usual and I didn’t do any diets but i’m planning on going calorie deficit. I have started this workout 3 months ago ( April) and my legs was 67 cm and now there are at 52 cm. I can see a big difference and I lose 15 kilos!!!! ( I’m in diet). My goal is 47 cm, I normally do 47 cm in end August because I lose 1 cm of my legs all week. I have now a 1h30 workout routine all day and a day rest . I hope for you to reach your goal and don’t give up because you can do it 😊

Day 3: Skipped last leg work but did the rest 😅 The burn out is real
Day 4: Legs aren’t sore as yesterday so did the whole exercise.

Day 7: Tbh, I do see my tights getting toned but my whole leg isn’t slimmer, it looks the same. I believe doing this for at least a month or so, you can definitely see some changes but 1 week is too short to instantly see a result. Again, very small changes but if you persevere I believe this workout can really slim down your legs.

This exercise is 100% effective.
Despite starting 1 - 2 days, there felt no pain in doing this workout. I would advice this for all who have fatty thighs. Please follow this, it will help a lot.

I'm doing 3 exercise videos each day, 5 times a week (with 2 days to rest) TODAY WAS DAY ONE! Please remind me in the comments to keep coming back!
DAY 1:✅ (5 min abs routine, 8 min slim arms and 10 min slim thighs) I feel that my body worked but I'm not dead, my legs are WEAK tho, and I can't stretch them completely without effort when they are up.
DAY 2:✅ (5 min absmroutine, 8 min slim arms and 10 min slim thighs) I'm feeling fine, I added weights to some of the arms exercises from the other workout video from April, and that made me question my strength, but I finished them all! The stretching part at the end of this video is becoming a little easier in the part where I have to lift my lower leg to hold it D:
DAY 3:✅ (5 min abs routine, 8 min slim arms and 10 min slim thighs) My legs felt a bit stronger today, I'm struggling a little with the 8min slim arms but I did it all with weights and without stopping. For now, the easiest thing is still the abs, I may change abs video to push myself a little bit more after this week :)
DAY 4:✅ (5 min abs routine, 7 min bra fat loss and 10 min slim thighs) Every time I do these exercises I check my posture and I think that every day I'm getting better at it, that means that the exercises become more complicated tho. Apart from that, today's workout passed away fast
DAY 5:✅ (5 min low abs routine, 8 min slim arms and 10 min slim thighs) I changed the abs exercise and I think that worked better today, I took a break from the weights in some arm exercises and I am happy that I did in deed do the 5 days. I may take just tomorrow as rest to do mon-fri exercise and rest on the weekends.
DAY 6 & 7: Rest. I need my muscles to regenerateeee

DAY 1:✅ (Lift chest 12min, 5min lower abs and 10 min slim thighs) It was great, I'm getting better at following the exercises :)
DAY 2:✅ (Lift chest 12min, 5min lower abs and 10 min slim thighs) I didn't wanna exercise today, but I did! I count that as a win.
DAY 3:✅ (Lift chest 12min, 5min lower abs and 10 min slim thighs) I still am using weights for some exercises, and I am getting more and more used to the actual posture in the exercises, so even though they are harder, they feel right.

@@veronicajata3121 make sure you're doing cardio, like hiit workouts or running. if you want to slim down, you have to loose the fat. these workouts only work on their own if you don't have a lot of fat already. you can still do these workouts (I have the exact same problem as you and I do them)but you won't get fast results. do some research about this and find what works for you!

2) Laying one leg lift: straight legs, keep toes pointed and tuck belly button in. 30 secs each leg
3) Glute bridge with towel: put towel between knees and press, keep your abdomen tight. 30 secs
4) Leg hugs: don't bend your knees, keep toes pointed. 30 secs
5) Inner thigh lifts: keep legs straight and toes pointed. 30 secs each leg
6) Donkey kicks: keep back straight. 30 secs each leg
7) Laying crossover kicks: put legs up and place right ankle on top of left ankle, open knees to sides when your legs go down. 30 secs and then switch and place left ankle on top of right ankle. 30 secs
8) Laying straight leg knee flexion: put legs up and bend them by the knees, touch your hips with heels. 30 secs
9) Straight legged hip raise: lift your hips with legs up, toes pointing forward. 30 secs

Mine are about 20 inches. I started this challenge and in 4 days I lost 2 cm. I went from 53 cm to 51 cm. my goal is to get to 45 cm. I was almost there when I did the chloe ting leg workout, it for me to 48 but then I gained 5 cm in muscle.

im literally crying im so happy! i have been doing this workout for around 9 days i started 50 cm on both legs and now im 48 cms on each!! i didn’t do any crazy diet i just cut out sugary snacks and ate a tiny bit less and only ate when i wad hungry. im definitely going to do this more my aim is 45cm! i will do this for another week and update!

Oh my lord well done! Keep going you can do it! Personally this worked for me and in 2 weeks I ended up burning off about 6 cm! If I can do it you can too! :))
