Stupid workout!!! Super intense with all the classic moves that we have come to like after following your programs. Was quite pleased to see the second part finisher Plank Leg Extension Jumps which was not too intense - I feared it might be some sort of burpee with flip-overs! 😆 A great workout. Thanks again for everything you are doing there!
