  • In this 30 minute SUPER INTENSE Bodyweight HIIT Workout we will challenge the muscles and the cardiovascular system once again to their limits.

    That really was a Super Intense workout. Had to take slightly longer breaks between exercises but happy to have completed without any modifications.

    I had to reduce 1kg for my national taekwondo championship and there was just 4 days left after doing this I lost 1kg in two days I tried many other workouts it didn't work but this is a masterpiece .thank you! Amazing

    Stupid workout!!! Super intense with all the classic moves that we have come to like after following your programs. Was quite pleased to see the second part finisher Plank Leg Extension Jumps which was not too intense - I feared it might be some sort of burpee with flip-overs! 😆 A great workout. Thanks again for everything you are doing there!

    I don't care about burning f#^ calories. It's soooooo last century. Doing HIIT to have stronger and stronger body. And I can see your body is strong. That's all matters.
