30 Min BODYWEIGHT + DUMBBELL HIIT Workout ( No Repeat | High Impact )

  • In this 30 Min BODYWEIGHT + DUMBBELL HIIT Workout we will have 2x Block of 18x movements, 9x Exercises With the Dumbbells and 9x Bodyweight exercises. We will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds and there will be a 15 and 20 seconds rest in between.
    After the first block there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
    The dumbbells that I am using are:
    2x 5kg
    2x 10kg
    The Gear that I am using:

    You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

    What a great workout! I am always amazed when I make it to the end because sometimes I wonder if I can do it all even before half way through lol. I do take an extra 30 seconds to a minute at the half point.
    I eliminated some of the jumping/hopping by holding dumbbells instead due to shoulder and knee issues.
    For Alt.Tap Downs I held a 10kg dumbbell and alternated stepping left and right into squats and up top I switched hands with the dumbbell.
    For Door Kick Lunge Jumps I held 15kg dumbbells and did Alt. Lunge into kicks.
    I'm able to do more and more giant lunge jumps at your speed before slowing down each time they come up in your videos!
    Notes for me--I did have sore knees the rest of the evening yesterday so for this video I should eliminate all jumping.

    This was killer! It's has been awhile since I did a jumping Hiit workout. I really had a blast! I was surprised at my ability to do the jumping moves with more ease than I use to. I usually just do dumbell kettlebell and avoid bodyweight moves lol. But after this workout I will be sure to do more bodyweight workouts or mixed workouts. I really enjoyed all the jumping it felt like a real stress buster! Thank you for challenging me to improve! Love your workouts.❤

    Monday workouts are hard for me cause after a day rest on Sundays it become little difficult to wake up your body and the other reason is every Monday my father shouts on me during workout "go for some extra crunch (abs crunches) cause you enjoyed your Sunday brunch" and he (my father) is a big fan of your workout sir, he performs with me your every workout whenever he get time.. thank you sir for your valuable input in our life, god bless you 🙏💪❤

    Yo...! I'm on a cut, and I'm fasted, but I was able to do this whole workout at 52.5lbs!! I started this fitness/strength journey at 30lbs!!
    Only thing I need work on are those lateral floor press thingys....that was kinda too tough lol 😅
