  • In this 30 min INTENSE ALL AROUND Bodyweight HIIT Workout we will challenge the body by splitting the exercises in 3x categories:
    Vertical Exercises (Mainly focusing on the lower body/Legs)
    Horizontal Exercises ( Mainly targeting the core and the upper body)
    Cardio (Mainly focusing on speed and getting the heart rate Up)
    Each block contains 18x exercises for 35 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest in between. After the first block there will be a 50 seconds water-break
    Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:

      @@merridius2006 yup, I know! But Daniel has soooo many different ones with new ones coming out every week so it is not possible to keep track of every single workout... still feel this one stands out so will try save to my favourites and then to do it again.

      @@dima685ds6 Before I found this channel I used to do some sessions from thenx and james grage but I pick only 2-3 / year according to my current progress. This one is a bit over my level for now but I'm getting there.

    Lactic Acid is right! The burn was real. I really love that burn and push through it till the buzzer. The swing jump lunges killed me. I had to push so hard to finish that set. Love all the burpees. Probably my favorite bodyweight variations. The duck walk was the best active recovery. Thank You for this killer workout!
