- This is a 25 min all levels vinyasa class designed to warm up your body - you can do it at the beginning of the day, before a workout, or simply to get your bloody flowing.

I normally like a 45 minute session but opened myself to doing this shorter one. After a long day of standing cooking, I am so happy to have done this class. Consider me rejuvenated!
