Wow! I didn't go to yoga class today because I thought the day was too beautiful to spend indoors. I did this on the porch instead, and am so happy with my decision; I think I did the more mentally and physically balanced practice. I still don't understand why so many in the UA-cam yogaverse are unaware of your excellent videos. Thank you yet again for sharing your spirit and expertise.
4/12/22 done. I've come a long way in balance poses. I can hold my ankle with both hands while doing standing splits, it was an uphill task 6 months ago. Incredible practice Helen & floating team

I've never done succesfully the handstand but after practice your class I feel nearly achieve it (though I fall down one time but it's OK :P ), thanks so much for sharing.

Stumbled onto your channel. I did not do the class but watched it all the way through with much interest. Some of the poses are really challenging and the students are obviously reached at least intermediate to advanced level. Your instructions are clear and you obviously have much confidence in the students doing the handstand ‘just like that’ kind of way. I will definitely try this video even though I know some of the poses are out of my reach right now! Thanks.
i really enjoyed this class! it was exactly what my body wanted and i was able to find balance in most of the poses through your instruction. the visualisations were very helpful in getting the balance down. still shaky a lot as well, but feeling in good humour about it. thank you!

@20:06 while doing the pose in option 2 and it felt really nice like something was about to be released but then right when i came out of it(a little harsh since my balance is not great which is why i'm at this class) i got really tight on my right side lower than my back, had to stop and go to a video for lower back pain but realized it's not in my lower back but maybe my right hip lower back..maybe something did not fully stretched out and now a nerve is pinched, I did go walk my dog for awhile and that felt good except for when she pulled the leash on my right side and also feel it if i sit. hopefully it will just go away on it's own .
soooo I have a request.. was hoping in the future you could make a video that is a mixture of standing\balance poses with a nice stretchy vinyasa flow mixed in. less poses that require putting pressure on wrists for ppl with bad wrist who wanna work on balance and overall flexibility. anywho, I love this 40 min balance video its one of my favorites!

I love the variety of yoga asanas for balance however as a seasoned yoga teacher I see a lot of student posing the form thus being misaligned. Not beneficial to individuals to define their practice.
I'm sorry you didn't enjoy it. What I've learned from teaching yoga is that my style will never please everyone. I hope you find a teacher you enjoy, but please keep in mind compassion and kindness when leaving comments.
