Hello I'm a 42yrs old AA woman and I've been working with you since November. Even though I got a ways to go hehe, I feel MUCH BETTER INTERNALLY. Thank you so much.
I'm so sorry to hear! Keep at it, I have lots of classes with lots of different level students. You could also just play the audio and try to follow along?
I had so much fun! laughed at myself, giggling all the way. The icing on the cake was that from a cross leg, I could finally fly! I had been struggling to do a crow for a year. Today I did it. then I did it again. Thank you so much!!!!!
This is going to be my new favorite video from Floating Yoga School! Thanks Helen for having been that sunlight when the rest has been gloomy for the past one year
Why I thought I should wake up and do this ?! . . . I’m not sure probly cause I missed helen and how she makes everyone feel strong! Manipura Power! Thank you 🙏 for another awesome class! 🕉😘✨🌙🍂
from Kansas City- This was a wonderful challenge. I felt a little shaky but I am always excited to practice at the level I know I am capable of. I've been sticking to yin for the last few years and this one really ignited my fire! Thank you!
I have been following your several classes in these Stay Home days through Apple TV and couldn't put any comments, so here I am. Thank you for the gentle yet powerful classes you have uploaded. Especially this version which has some really funky moves that I cannot do but still enjoy the challenge. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so, so much for your series of videos. While I suck at yoga, I have tried it at various times everywhere from Esalen in California to Italy. Now living in Spain, and realizing that I need these practices. Though I don't love doing yoga because it doesn't feel too great yet, I have found your videos, all of them, to be free from BS and really exactly what I've been looking for in a teacher. Who knew that I would be in Spain watching this on an iPad rather than going to some class somewhere. Thank you so much for the excellent work you do!
Aww, thank you for your kind words, Jason! They mean the world to me - this is why I do what I do! Thanks for repping Spain and feel free to send requests for future videos :) Hugs!!
Super intense but it was good to try. Definitely a challenge. I have limited space but still was able to do alot of the movements. Need to work on my core more and sifting of my weight with control. Thanks FLS
Thanks! This class has helped me to understand my core and how it functions piece by piece. My dolphin is actually enjoyable because of how you instruct it here. I tell all my friends who practice at home to check these classes out. For me your instruction has been so effective and comprehensive.
Thanks Helen from The Netherlands! Whenever my yogaschool is closed, like now for the holiday season, I take your classes. Last year I startend this which was too challenging back then. Today everything worked! Ecxept for the chin headstand, but Hurdler worked.! I am super happy! Happy new Year to you and please keep posting classes. I learn a lot.
Omg this session almost killed me haha! Ive been practising yoga for 2 yrs now but never really done a strictly core workout, doing this class made me realize how weak my core is, some of the poses I had the wobbles lol, I feel so much better after this class though - worked up a sweat and feel a lot more stable, thank you, youre awesome, I will do more of this class :)
This was extremely challenging for me, but I know with practice I will get better; because some of your other videos were challenging to me before, but they are "easy" and enjoyable for me now. Practice makes pretty darn good and I will be darn good at head, hand, and chin stands! Just wait and see.
I found this video so, so challenging when I first started. I've tried it a total of three times now and I'm now using how far I get in the video as a measurement for my strength and flexibility. Love your work x
Sweating like anything. Very challenging, enjoyed doing this workout but I had to take multiple breaks and skip some of the poses since I have started practicing yoga since 2 months. My body is not yet built for headstand and crow pose
Great quick core routine. Really just getting started on this part of my yoga journey so I found the options really helpful as I’m not really ready for inversions. Thanks for the instructions and insights!

Make sure you get clearance from your doctor / physical therapist (or whoever is overseeing your care!). If you are cleared to practice, be sure to really pay attention to your breath and body throughout. Back off any time there's pain! Hope you feel better soon!
Often times there can be some hyper extension in the low back/anterior pelvic tilt (google a picture of anterior pelvic tilt to see what I'm talking about). Over time as you strengthen your care it should help with this. It may help to think of hollowing out through your core by bringing your pubic bone toward your belly button. You want to make sure your core is doing the work rather than your hip flexors (psoas).
I’ve been practicing yoga for 7 years now and I could barely finish this class it’s ok! We all have our strengths-I personally have a super weak upper body bc I’m a soccer player, but over time it gets a lot easier! Except those “crossing your leg under you on forearms/chaturanga” I don’t think that will ever be easy lol
I enjoyed attempting this but I wouldn't call it all levels at all, I had to take three breather breaks and still had to give up at 36mins or vomit XD back to the beginner class for me!
It's definitely a more challenging class than some of my other "all-levels," but keep coming back to it and it'll get easier! Thank you for practicing with me!

Comparison got the best of me... my self esteem plummeted seeing everyone’s ability in this class.

Floating Yoga School yes. I will try that. Namaste.

Tough but good for my 71 year old body. Thank you
I had so much fun! laughed at myself, giggling all the way. The icing on the cake was that from a cross leg, I could finally fly! I had been struggling to do a crow for a year. Today I did it. then I did it again. Thank you so much!!!!!

So difficult. Gives me a measure of how strong(weak) I am. Definitely doing it again until I finish the video.
This video is precisely what I needed.
It's definitely a challenging one! Thanks for watching!
I found this video so, so challenging when I first started. I've tried it a total of three times now and I'm now using how far I get in the video as a measurement for my strength and flexibility. Love your work x

Helen I tried so hard but this is hard lol. Hopefully my core will get there with time.
It's definitely a challenging one! Have fun with it - it'll get easier!
Loved this workout thank yu
You're most welcome! Thank you for practicing with me!!
Great quick core routine. Really just getting started on this part of my yoga journey so I found the options really helpful as I’m not really ready for inversions. Thanks for the instructions and insights!

that is too good,

Love that!
Do you recommend doing this if i have 2 buldges disck lumbar?
Make sure you get clearance from your doctor / physical therapist (or whoever is overseeing your care!). If you are cleared to practice, be sure to really pay attention to your breath and body throughout. Back off any time there's pain! Hope you feel better soon!
For boat pose my lower back hurts. What should I do to avoid it? Thank you.

I always end this class early. I just can't make it through regardless of doing yoga daily for 18 months now. Dang.
I can now stand on my head 😁
Phew I struggled through this must say ...those one legged planks omg and that chin stand 🥴
🔮✨🙏
thanks for the class, but is not for all levels. Intermediate/advance level can follow, but not beginner :)
this is not all levels. How tf am i supposed to stand on my head my second time doing yoga
I definitely wouldn't consider this "all levels". Very challenging and probably too much for beginners.
