30 Minute Yoga Class - Warrior Flow with Warrior Poses

- This is a 30 minute yoga class with a focus on warrior poses. From Warrior 1, 2, 3, Humble Warrior, and Crescent Lunge, we break down the alignment, openness, and strength that the warrior poses help us cultivate.
At 18 minutes I misspoke and said "Downdog is Virabhadrasana" - Downdog is actually Adho Mukha Svanasana in Sanskrit. Warrior is Virabhadrasana, thus the Virabhadrasana 1, 2, 3, etc.
This class is suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga. Class is taught by Helen Cloots.

Downward dog in sanskrit is Adho Mukha Shvanasana
