45 Minute Yoga Class - Intermediate Hips & Shoulders

- This is a 45 minute intermediate vinyasa style yoga class focused on hips and shoulders. These body parts are the most requested in my group classes, and some of the places we hold the most tension and stress. This class is led by Helen Cloots.

Another amazing flow. The pacing of your sequences are always spot on. Never rushed but never awkward and disjointed. You leave enough time to explore the pose but not too much that you lose the rhythm. I've realised more and more how important rhythm is to me throughout my yoga practice. Thank you so so much!
