45 Minute Yoga Class - Core Focused Flow

- This is a 45 min Fun Power Flow class focused on our core - from what we think of as core (belly muscles like rectus abdominus, transverse abdominals, obliques), to all the muscle groups that make up our torso, spinal muscles, as well the supporting muscle groups in the rest of your body.

Hello Helen. Thank you for uploading new Yoga videos. I have been doing your Vinyasa Yoga flow (old video) for some time, must thank you for a wonderful set. Would you plz recommend which all of the videos should I practice through out the week ( 6 days) so that all the muscles get worked. I wish to be more fit and loose extra kilos approx 8 to 10 kgs. I m 39 n weigh around 68.Plus I have insomnia. Your yoga is helping me relax on days. Plz advise.
