I’m an insurance agent and this couple was getting divorced. The husband called trying to delete the wife and her car off the policy which obviously you can’t do. 🤣 We called the wife to see what she wanted to do yadayadayada. She was pleasant and thankful the first call and the every time we talked to her after she was a NIGHTMARE. Just a really nasty person. As in its easier to give a coffee than have them continue to mark a noise and distraction? When I worked customer service I was frustrated that those shouting loudest to speak to supervisor got to the people who could change stuff. Whilst the polite complainant stays with us bottom feeder workers who have no power to help. I still think polite is important, but totally recommend asking to speak to next level up.

What I think happened was Caleb talked more about the principles and talked to more relatable people. Now it feels more like a drama show. I know he values helping people and he does a great job but with how extreme the guest are it is hard to do. I assume Caleb just wants to help people who are deeper and deeper into their problems but it makes it hard to enjoy. If you like more banter and crazy I'm sure these people are amazing though, I just get what you mean, it is definitely relatable

Most defensive and unlikeable guest ever. Can't pack lunch because she doesn't want to eat a sandwich and acts like no other food exists. Pasta salad, potato salad, salad, yogurt, granola bar, chili in a thermos, hummus and crackers, dried nuts and fruit, bean salad, chicken salad, pudding, bowls, granola bars, cottage cheese, bagel, rice cake with peanut butter, trail mix, cheese and crackers, boiled egg, string cheese, chips, popcorn, banana, grapes, apples.
Hummus, chips, carrots, and fresh fruit is low key one of my favorite meals. So great. Love a lazy charcuterie.

She also decided she was going to do this in front of my kid, and talk to me like I was a fuckin idiot.
That did not go very well for her. First thing I said was "what mindset are you in where you are firstly talking to a parent about a students issue IN FRONT of them, as well as anyone else who happens to walk by, but also talking to said parent like they're 4 years old?!" This of course was after I'd sent him off to run around on the playground.
It was pretty much a general consensus from all of the parents that that teacher was it just absolutely not the right Fit For A younger classroom. Like she might have been an okay grade 7 or 8 teacher but she was definitely not the right fit for kindergarten.

This is the hardest episode I have ever watched. Not because of her debt, but because of her choice to not listen, ignorance, and very distasteful attitude. Props to Caleb for holding it together as well as he could.
whatll be harder for you is to realize these guests are intentional and the whole shock factor is an act. Caleb reads the comments. the most repetitive and top comments asked for a heart rate monitor and competent guests who can actually benefit from being on the show. he listened to the heart rate monitor comments, and he surely read the other request, although that won't make for effective clickbait
