I'll hold the dude so you can get a few shots in...
Gawd I wish you would have yelled at this guy to where he walked off. You kept your cool so well. 💪🔥 I’m squirming over here 😵💫
He's so fragile that Trump being elected caused him to have a catastrophic meltdown resulting in him being in the position he is today. It literally all stems from the 2016 election, and he acknowledges that in the interview. Lmao, imagine being 40 and relying on your mommy and daddy to pay your rent.
My man needs a therapist
No
Who’s back in 2024 to get a refresher before the follow up Monday?!
It’s been so long I forgot his situation 🤣
@@spenser7977Me too, except the part where he stands up and throws a fit because Caleb called him a baby is burned into my brain. 😂
There's a follow-up?!!! I just came across this for the first time. I'm so happy I don't have to wait too long.
Aye
Can't wait for Monday!!
If you ever think it's worth your time arguing with a stranger online, just know it's with this type of person
LOL. No lie detected.
Wow. I wasn’t thinking about that. It explains so much about some of my online interactions. I was wasting my time and energy. Well said.
So accurate
Fucking twitter warrior right here 😂
These are the dudes that spend all day pontificating on Reddit, no doubt
As a hiring manager, I can 100% tell you he is getting rejected cause of his personality and not because he is "over-qualified". We can smell guys like him coming from miles away.
He acts to sassy and smart but look where he ended up
Question:
You wonna MARRY him or get him to work for you? You want a good personality or a good pro?
What I mean... Steve Jobs (Apple) is probably in the Top-5 of the WORST PERSONS EVER LIVED!!! If you read about his life, he was the meaning of the word "C*NT"!!!
BUT!... He was an AMAZING businesss man!!! Yes, he was SO HORRIBLE PERSON to everybody (his co-partners, employees, EVEN to his BEST FRIENDS - and HIS DAUGHTER!!!!!!)... but in the end, he was successful and the "HEART & SOUL" of Apple company!!!
So... What matters if someone has "weird personality", if he can be a great tool to a company?
Or, another similar question (about the AGE of someone who's looking for job): Do you want the employees to... run marathons or working on a desk station?
I'm not FAVORING this guy, I also believe he's arrogant and foolish - but I'm simply replying to the "personality vs profession".
He really rubs people the wrong way.
As a technical professional I'm not sure I'd want to work with him.
He also seems unhinged, I would be afraid of hiring him
Who is here rewatching because of the teaser for Monday?
ME!!!!! 🙋🏻♀️
Hey! Here right now! Just past the part when he gets up to walk out
@@zero2AMilthat's one of my favorite parts and proceeded to sit back down
Here I am. What are the odds on taquito man claiming that Caleb’s success is actually partly his doing?
How did you know?
This was not a job for Caleb. This is a job for a psychologist and a psychiatrist.
Licensed counselor checking in: I am considering offering him therapy for free at this point. 😂
Yeah exactly, jeez that was tough.
Definitely!😊
A lot of people on this stream need some therapy to different levels. Overspending is sometimes a symptom of 'stuff'. This guy oozes unstability vibes within 20 seconds, and then he speaks to confirm it. I think that's the reason he's not getting jobs.
@@dib4152 yeah, honestly he gives me mass shooter vibes... angry with the world, he's "blacklisted" because of a mean tweet, nothing is his fault... That demeanor though, that's not mental health issues related to trauma or any previous history - that's straight up innate for the most part, likely worsened due to some personal trauma.
This guy isn’t overqualified, he unmanageable. Entitlement is a horrible thing that no employer wants to see. It looks like his parents are enabling him.
No doubt, he’s a complete waste of space. He just doesn’t wanna get his hands dirty or work.
100% unemployable because everyone is done with his shit.
Absolutely. & his parents have money, for sureeee. No one in this economy is paying their grown man child’s rent if they aren’t floating. That’s why he feels he can sit back & “hit it big” one day. He knows his parents will pay & when they’re gone, they’ll still be paying basicall..
He a woke liberal he can’t be nor should he be employed
Companies that used a “you’re overqualified” line as a nice way to reject him instead of saying “you’re an asshole”.
Caleb saying nobody cares about his degree in Information Systems was absolutely the best thing anybody could've said to this guy.
Yeah this guy is listing his qualifications....yet he produces no results
To be fair he said it didn’t mean anything in the context of working at a burger joint
@@StandAloneStateit doesn’t mean anything in any context. He has a huge gap in working and terrible job record. At this point any new degree is a much wiser hire. New degrees every year.
Too bad Caleb backtracked bc he threatened to leave
I too majored in information systems, it means absolutely nothing. 90%+ of colleges are 5-10yrs behind industry, then add the degree being old…. Yea means nothing 🤷♂️
Having this guy as a co-worker must be a living hell. Hiring managers - keep it up.
You don't want him to get hired but he's a baby for not having a job
@@techmedia1360 He seems to not be in the right mind and should just be in a psychiatric facility.
This guy displays every single trait I would look for in someone I explicitly do not want to hire
If a hiring manager didn't pick up on him as a nightmare employee within the first 30 seconds of talking with him, they deserve the hell he would bring to the company.
Yes! I can only imagine you get 2 minutes into the interview with this guy and the red flags start flying.
Or date
@@lukecarlson6863 as someone with engineering education and who works in the operations of a billion dollar company (in a very junior position lmao) a lot of the time there are information systems that go against all the design principles you’re taught at uni.
Because whilst it would be very nice to completely redesign all the information systems from scratch (and many I work with could certainly be a lot better) the short term cost of system downtime and taking attention away from other projects, not to mention the huge cash costs, is often a lot worse than the long term minor improvements you can get by applying your system design bachelors.
@@zoeredadams Sys Arch/Sr Eng in my mid 40s that has been sitting in or running through a bunch of interviews lately. I would have ended the interview after 2 min with this guy. We wouldn't have even gotten to the technical/portfolio questions. He has been out of work since 2016? Hes not any more qualified for anything in the technical field, than a schmoe off the street. His mom is 63..unless they are multi millionaires that are extremely well invested without annuities, most of that is going to be gone by the time she is gone (assuming she lives a full life) and 1/2 of whatever is left will presumably go to his sister. Hell they are pulling ~$2000 a month to pay for him already. He is fuuuuuucked unless he gets his shit together...like today..
He’s 41 and sees himself as a “smart kid”. That alone says everything you need you know.
He sounds like a 23-year-old Ivy League college grad who only got accepted because his great-grandfather had a building named after him.
Dunning-Kruger effect, that was screaming out the me the whole time. Known a few people like this, the worst.
@@Porcelina19191 he sounds like a 23 year old at a small liberal arts “””“new ivy”””” college that only got in because his grandfather and father is an alumni there and his parents were willing to pay full price
@@zaclirrac narcissistic personality disorder is screaming at me. He thinks hes a musician a journalists a scientist all of the things.... hes absolutely gone in the head.
It is because he was told he was "smart kid" all his life by the same parents who are continuing to enable him to be stupid and lazy.
I can 100% understand why his sister doesn’t speak to him anymore without knowing the details.
LMAO
In a similar manner, I don't know if he mentioned his dating life; but I can say with 100% certainty, this dude is single and will always be
Imagine dating him 🤮
If my sibling’s only plan in life was sponging off of our parents waiting for them to pass, we wouldn’t be speaking either… This guy is unbelievable.
@crystalsinghmarketing9827 I think he’s gay, which might also feed I to his sense of victim hood. At his age, he is not a catch on the gay dating scene and what I’ve heard from gay friends, they’re a lot harsher on beauty standards.
@Yt-user65000 This was the exact vibe I got from him after Caleb inquired about his parents' wealth and the way he didn't want to disclose it.
This guy is half responding to Caleb and half responding to the voice in his head. I know because I have a degree in information systems.
It’s true! I was the degree.
🤣🤣🤣
This actually made me blurt laugh, thank you lol
Did you also tell Governor Abbott that you’re gonna eat his heart? 😂😂😂
It's more important job position than being a fastfood worker at Whataburger. 😂
He pulled every trick in the narcissist book. Anger, discrediting Caleb, crying, denial, justification, so much more. This man is a threat to the world.
Most left of center activists are like this; driven by resentment, envy, grandiosity, etc.
Very few are genuine people who genuinely want others to be happy.
@@Love-eg2vf absolutely agree, they view themselves as being deserving of better (financially, socially, etc.) in their own life, and want to change to world around them rather than self-reflect and realize they are the cause of their own misery. They hide behind the guise of false-morality and self-righteousness. Pretty much every leftist revolution was perpetrated by dysfunctional and resentful people. This guy perfectly encapsulates this phenomenon. Absolutely 0 accountability for his own lot in life, everything in society's fault.
@@Love-eg2vfI feel like anyone very left or very right of center is like this. They’re just two sides of the same coin.

unfortunately I think he has some borderline personality disorders.. poor dude
@@ryanwalker7599I appreciate your empathy but that's exactly this child's problem. Too many people have patted his head and said, "aw, poor thing has so many problems." He needs someone to say, "grow tf up now." But I'd bet my last dollar that he's just sitting back & simply waiting for his elderly parents to die. Then he can continue to live off the money that THEY were smart enough and motivated enough to work for and save. He has ZERO desire to change his situation and is actually insulted when someone dares to question that.
@@gingerleamcwow435 I thought the same, which is interesting, since he doesn't know the content of their wills.
My dad already warned us that nobody is getting a free ride from his estate, he has conditions in place to make sure that each of us is self-sufficient without his money before anyone gets a dime. So we better take shit serious. 😂
Our friend here might be in for a nasty surprise, parents are getting creative with this shit. And I honestly hope so, he needs a major wakeup call. Hopefully they leave everything to his sister who is already over his shit. 😂
Yuuup😅
This was a masterclass in dealing with a narcissist. I hope someone gave Caleb a hug after this one!
Textbook narcissist. Scary to watch. Scary to think he’s out and about with no accountability. He word salads everything. Bizarre
For real!!
I am certain that this baby is banking on his parents passing. Absolutely no sense of urgency.
Exactly what I was thinking!!
Raging narcissist. "If I get a job they're afraid I'm gonna fire them. I'm *very* smart." Really. OK buddy
"I reopened that courts in Austin." This man is SO much more important in his head than he actually is in real life.
He also thinks he single handedly shut down the O.D.D.
Reminds me of the time I made the world dark by going to bed.
I love how Caleb breezed past and didn’t acknowledge that 💀
@@matthewdeklerk3457yo that’s impressive af! you must be so famous!
@chefdusse bro watch that sarcasm I'll do it again
I heard a saying once “If you’re good at making excuses, you’re not good at anything else.” This interview has just proved that.
That's a braindead saying. It probably seems like that because people who are competent don't need to make excuses very often. Doesn't mean they couldn't if the occasion arrives.
Love this!
@couldyou4745 I think you're thinking about it wrong, it's not airtight logic but a witty lighthearted saying c: about the type of person who, nothing is ever their fault
Not that you're wrong but that's basically everyone who comes on🤣
I've never heard that. But it explains a lot from the entitled people that I have had the unfortunate misfortune to be around
this man has self grandiosity mixed with denial. Everything he did was amazing, he held so much power, he took down people, he knows the mayor of Austin, he's black listed from a singular "mean tweet"?!?!?! When he threatens to leave its shows his immaturity. If he can't be in control he takes his ball and leaves. I have rarely been so frustrated when watching an interaction.
Right man, I felt like I couldn't let him get anywhere close to my company. We've managed to grow so much and this kind of person could jeopardize everything around him.
Dude I couldn't even finish the video.
The part where hes like “If you call me a baby I’m leaving” was freakin hilarious 😂
Holy shit... @AngryCops watches CalebHammer? :O Shouldn't be too surprising as I watch both myself... But... Dayumn :O
Angry cops duh 🐐 no 🧢
As a crazy person, I can confirm this guy is one of us and that's why he's unemployable.

Hey I'm employable. I will not make it past 2 years though. That's about how long it takes for people to catch on.
There's 0% chance i want this guy delivering anything consumable.
I’m 100% sure his company was tanking so he lit his apartment on fire for the insurance money he didn’t have
@@Chelseabee55he said he had an advertising company. Given how he behaved here and on the follow up episode, there’s no way anyone would hire him unless they want to burn their business to the ground
Or having my address….
He speaks like he’s better than everybody. Shout out to the fast food workers watching this because you’re feeding this man who can’t pay for the food you’re providing for him. He’s not better than you or anyone else.
Absolutely. I'm just finishing my articling year for law, and one of the partners I talked to still has his McDonald's Employee of the Month award in his office from like, 1978, as a reminder of hard work and humility. Many firms now actually actively look for people who have worked for Uber, or UberEats, or a job that may be "beneath" them, because it shows they're willing to hustle and are not bigger than any job they may have been given. I actively tell other students finishing up law school to include that on their resume if they did work fast food or retail in school like I did, because it proves that their ego isn't bigger than their end goal, even though on the face of things it doesn't seem related. People like this "man" are a company's nightmare.
Nailed it. Not only are they feeding him, they are legit more successful if they are bringing in a check and not leeching off of their parents.
I get the impression that homeboy us just waiting for that inheritance and biding his time with onlyfans.
I think he's completely given up on life.
@@laurena9563 This is great advice. I got my first job out of college b/c I had worked in food service. My manager said that if I can deal with serving people, I could handle the job

At 41 does education even matter that much? unless it’s in medical field or research I feel like not really, or?
I think that's why he can't get a job anywhere.
This guy absolutely comes back to this saved video and reads the comments every. single. day. Im very interested in the follow up interview. You know hes been prepping arguments and insults since day 1.
You were right. He watched this video 50 times.
This dude was absolutely insufferable. He already knows everything, he's the smartest person in every room, and he can't take responsibility or any constructive criticism. Literally the worst kind of employee or coworker to have. Caleb was a saint for the patience he had with this adult-baby.
Agreed. Laughable and lamentable in equal measure, but the perspective is invaluable!
I just clocked that he said ‘that happened a lot’ about being tip baited… I wonder why lmao
Dude has all of these supposed accomplishments but can’t even wrap his damn head around Uber eats🙄🙄
At least we know he isn't over-qualified in "adult".
He also seems like a bullshitter his linked in page doesn’t mention his ad firm
The amount of ego it takes for someone without a job to blame it on being over qualified is actually impressive
Bro was speaking Capenese
Literally the dude screams narcissism, how many times do you need to mention your degree and your career successes. They literally have no baring on his current situation or job. He needs to suck it up and start again
@_Hollie_ definitely a narcissist no doubt. His using and financially abusing his parents while feeling good about it is astonishing. Dropping hundreds on an online lottery but can't pay rent once and let his parents live their retired life. I hope they cut him out of their will, which honestly is what I think he's waiting for. He's already draining them while their alive I can only imagine what he would do with any money they might leave him. Turning it atoune on caleb saying "I know this is the bit" no dude you're literally being a child.
It is crazy how all these delusional people are bleeding heart liberals...hmmmm
I love it when he goes from being extremely grandiose to claiming he can't work at Whataburger because he'll ruin the food
I don't think I have ever witnessed someone more out of touch with reality than Brent. I'm honestly speechless. This man has lived more than half his life and has absolutely nothing to show for it.
For real. Also saying he "shut down the ODD" because he didn't like the job. Nah homie, the department was pointless and was going to get shut down anyway, had nothing to do with you.
And he's so indignant about everything. He can't look at himself in the mirror really, so he invents all this fiction about how great he is and how his success is owed and just around the corner.
I just got into this channels content and I gotta say that the community of people who comment railing on the people who show up really creates a weird environment where actual good discussion could be had. The irony is palpable
@@poadude The whole point of having such outrageous guests on the show is to create engagement with the video in the form of comments, views, and shares. Nobody wants to watch an audit of someone that has everything in order. They want to lash out and criticize someone that refuses to change their ways to make their life better. The creators of these videos know exactly what they're doing.
The guy gets an interview to where he wants to work, acts like a complete asshole, doesn't get the job, then wants to destroy the department. Massive baby
Listening to him cry about d*ath threats and then knowing that he was sending threats for a year is insane. Time for the new episode!
This!! It's INSANE!!!
😂
Crying about death threats is what you do to get the heat off you when you make a mistake on the internet. Requires no proof and everyone feels bad for you
This guy's issue is not financial; it is mental 100%
Yes. He's a 10 year old in a 40 year olds body.
That's always where it starts
He’s done mentally clocked out and given up at that age kinda sad tbh
especially the amount spent on of

The way Caleb deescalated this man about half way through when he started standing was impressive. The ability to not be too triggered by these type of narcissistic tendencies is a great skill to have.
He's really skilled at talking to people like this, it's interesting to watch even just from that aspect.
Caleb responded exactly how this guy expected him to
He's use to throwing a temper tantrum and people placating him
If you don't respond and make nice they don't know what to do.
It's the same way you deal with a child you don't give into tantrum, you ignore it. If the tantrums stop working they stop having tantrums
The genuine calmness after this mess of a bloke critiqued his show and tried to insult him was impressive .
Who's here Aug 18 2024 to prepare for tomorrow's episode?

Clearly ANTIFA
@Giacomo von Buckerson purely political prosecution is a very real thing nowadays, fortunately our system is built where its difficult to carry out. The way he claims it went down is not believable whatsoever.
I know people like him. They are more in love with the idea of being perceived as some sort of martyr than the actual cause. He is a textbook narcissist. Wouldn't be surprised if he actually never got arrested and he just made it up.
I mean it's possible. A terroristic threat means there's proof in intent to harm, like if I say I'm going to eat your hear while holding a knife menacingly in the same room as you, THAT'S A TERRORISTIC THREAT with intent to harm. If I tweet it out whimsically, that's free and protected speech. So yes either we are missing context or this guy was wrongfully accused, jailed and convicted.

His mental health has now developed into an unhealthy and likely undiagnosed full blown issue. The signs were here and causing that creepy feeling....the later video from today...its on display in full form. I'm not guessing at what it might be called, but its not healthy.
Stop making this kind of pointless comment
Gotta love a man who has no money and is living off his elderly parents calling Caleb “not that impressive”. You were a champion of patience and kindness, Caleb!
I’m not sure why he has the superiority complex he does lol, it has to be because he lives so comfortably due to his parents so it makes him feel wealthy because he sees it as financial freedom. When it comes down to him not taking the wattaburger job too he could’ve done what any person with enough sense would do and accepted the burger job, had the interview with the other job and if they offered him a job after taken it. He needs to pray his parents have money for him before they die or he’ll likely turn into a homeless druggie and/or thief. With how crazy he communicated he’s acted and is as a person it surely wouldn’t describe me
It really pissed me off seeing this dude, I had a toxic ass environment and I'm grinding my way out at 11.25 an hour and he had the nerve to ignore a job that pays 4.75 an hour more, at least.
Time stamp of him saying this? I guess I haven't gotten far enough yet
The amount of restraint and patience Caleb showed this participant is impressive on its own.
His parents deserve no sympathy, they enabled him and they are part of the reason he is where he is.

It's common to cry at the face of the truth.
Caleb is right. If the degree isn't relevant to the job you're doing, then nobody cares. If it's not relevant to the job you're doing, you don't even need to tell them you have a degree. Just make sure you budget and keep watching videos like these to deter you from the shit path that these people go down 😂 Treat it like money. @Sincronot you... you did actually watch the video? He's refusing to do a job he says is below him (work is work being humble would be taking the job even though you are some actual bigshot) esp when you're living off your parents - dudes a narcissist
He's more a narcissist than a sociopath
I'm here to refresh myself before the new video with Brent drops!
i’m actually realizing i’ve never seen narcissism in the act; it’s so shocking. he stated his smarts, his degree (wtv tf it is), i did these big projects blah blah blah but why are in ur 40s and broke. but its not his fault bcz he’s soo smart
It's a case study on narcissism. When you see a guy like this you realize just how much the term narcissist is thrown around incorrectly. This man is truly disturbed.
Didn't he also say that no one will hire him because they know how smart he is and try to take over? 😂
And how many cops did he say was there to arrest him? I assume he said 6 but it sounded like he said 60!😂
watching him go from almost walking out from his ego being hurt, to flipping into a story about how he is "famous" and too good for a job (even the way he was telling the story, like it was so special and the tongue clicking) is actually insane. I feel like he felt like he lost control of this character he was trying to portray, got the validation of caleb backtracking, muddied the water with the story and grasped his control again and felt better... this dude is not okay, he's kinda scary haha
The narcissist's dilemma is that they lack the self awareness to see that they're the cause of all their problems.
Smarter than you think they are, but not as smart as they think they are.
The second hand embarrassment I have for this man is MONUMENTAL.
For real!!
He’s such a loser dear god
"Man"
How you boasting about a degree and be dumb af ? 😂
manchild*
Did he just say "I am vindictive and I will take it out of the government's budget"????
And he wonders why companies dont want to HIRE him?? Holy shit this dude should be in JAIL
Lol hubris is the downfall of man.
...again
we should not have closed all of the mental institutions
Also, that "I tweeted at Abbot and I got arrested" sounds like he's not giving the full story.
I feel like this is a large percentage of governmental workers but they just don’t declare it in UA-cam videos. 😅
I can see why this guy was flagged when he said he was vindictive and he destroyed a gov't office. Yep, no red flag there 😂🚩🚩🚩
This guy networking around the 7-11 taquito rollers is a beautiful image.
Caleb, I don't think you realize how talented you actually are. You handled this person perfectly. Even when he stood up, you did not cower or reneg on anything you had said. I hope that you see the pattern of his behaviour as a pattern of narcissism - idealization, devaluing, and rejection. You can see each of those happening in the video. The fact that he responded that way actually means that you were doing the right thing. His response has NOTHING to do with you! Your work is so valuable and you are so talented.
Narcissism is just too nice, more of a sociopath since he has no situational awareness nor the empathy to those he has caused nothing more but trouble. Dude is straight up setting himself up for failure.
