Standing abs is my most favorite way to work abs. Once you know how to really engage your core it's very efficient and EASY on you back. Another great workout compilation. LOVE that you added the weighted rotation. I prefer doing it half kneeling but clearly this is a standing series

I have a workout room on the job where they store scrap equipment. So this standing video was a plus. I jumped on it! Thank you so much for quality videos. I have two torn rotator cuffs and ACL and I made it through. Again, thank you for sharing! You may not think that you are helping but you are. I have numerous of your videos saved on my phone that I do frequently. I have to erase some because I have too much of yours particularly. I am 58 years old.
These exercises kicked my butt! Question for you... have you ever used Next Level Diet? I got a custom meal plan for fat-loss from them, and I love it.

I am trying to do the workouts with the floor exercises, but my mind fizzes out and just do the standing workouts. Not sure what's that is about. :0)

Okay…I did the work out, but I did not feel a “burn” I also did not sweat. The weights were challenging for my arms only because I’m very weak in that area. Hmmm. I sweat on your 15min with no weights-knee friendly. Maybe I will try this video again in the future.
