    Standing abs is my most favorite way to work abs. Once you know how to really engage your core it's very efficient and EASY on you back. Another great workout compilation. LOVE that you added the weighted rotation. I prefer doing it half kneeling but clearly this is a standing series

      I can totally relate, its my favorite way to train core too. I’m Glad you like the workout. 100% core engagement is a game changer. Yess It is a beautiful exercise so simple but effective. Kneeling is also a great way to do it too.( you can always substitute if you give this go 🤗) ❤️

      Anytime. I’m glad that you enjoyed it. Try not to pressure yourself, take your time with these and find a nice routine you can stick to. Try choosing 3 days a week that you will workout and choose 3 videos to alternated between. Its the best way to stay consistent and is more sustainable for you. ❤️

    This workout was excellent as usual! I was prepared for the third round. 😂 Normally, it's four rounds.Then you stated workout over! I was like Yay! Short and effective. I have a workout room on the job where they store scrap equipment. So this standing video was a plus. I jumped on it! Thank you so much for quality videos. I have two torn rotator cuffs and ACL and I made it through. Again, thank you for sharing! You may not think that you are helping but you are. I have numerous of your videos saved on my phone that I do frequently. I have to erase some because I have too much of yours particularly. I am 58 years old.

    let me tell you this, today was my first time ever tunning into your channel for this workout specifically and I love how engaging and fun it was to complete.       @@Mrandmrsmuscle Trust me they are my go-to each morning. The 15 mins or 20 mins are just the right amount of time needed to get me started, in the mornings. I am trying to do the workouts with the floor exercises, but my mind fizzes out and just do the standing workouts. Not sure what's that is about. :0)

      Okay…I did the work out, but I did not feel a “burn” I also did not sweat. The weights were challenging for my arms only because I’m very weak in that area. Hmmm. I sweat on your 15min with no weights-knee friendly. Maybe I will try this video again in the future.

      Hiya, I’m using 5kg (11lbs) Try using a weight that challenges you but still allows you to maintain good form. 🤗
