I’ve been working out to Shaun t, billy blanks, Denise Austin, and Jeanette Jenkins for almost a year with no results. I’ve only been doing these workouts a few weeks and I’m seeing results already! I love these workouts and I’m glad that I don’t have to do floor exercises if I don’t want to because of my back. Keep doing what y’all are doing. This is a blessing to me and I’m pretty sure other women everywhere.

@@Lia-if9kcfruits, veggies and healthy fats are good if you want to lose weight. watch how much sodium is in your food/seasonings. for a diet, you should be consuming 1500 mg or less of sodium. fish is also a good thing to add into your diet as it’s a protein and helps you stay full for longer

What I like about this workout is; there is no bunch of talking, she shows you what to do, you do it with the timer, and the final round is identified. There is no discouragement with telling us how much time us left. Just a workout. Period.

@@6-AMPERANDREALOUISER 3 weeks going I’ll list the changes and my observations :Note that I weigh 60kg prior to starting the workout ,I have a tummy pouch 😂😂which I am not so proud of : 1:From day 13 I noticed my lower pouch was getting tighter. 2:My tighs were reducing which I really didn’t appreciate 3: I lost 1 inch from my waist line . I have added squats so I don’t lose more of my tighs😂😂😂
I like that it is only 15 mins 😅I plan to start implementing this into my workouts. I’m 50, perimenoausaland a terrible year and a half. I put on so much belly fat and I want to still wear a bikini dammit! 😊

I been stuck on 203 for 4 weeks. Try different exercises... nothing !!! I this work out everyday for one week. I weigh myself today and now I weigh 197. This workout is very effective. This exercise broke my plateau.

I just came across your channel last night and I love it. I just finished walking 30 minutes on my elliptical, bounced for 10 minutes on my rebounder, did a 12 minute pilates arm workout and then this workout. I still have another 30 minute walk and another 10 minute bounce on my rebounder yet to do before I am done. Your workout is no joke !! FINALLY!!! I have found a video that is short, sweet and disabled-friendly! Thank you so much! I have cerebral palsy and other muscular issues, so it's hard to find the right trainer! I did this workout today without any strain to my neck, back, knees and legs. And I felt my abs working. Will continue this for 4 weeks and return with a progress report! 🤗
As someone who has been struggling to find home workouts because of severe back problems and who‘s got discouraged over and over again: this workout is amazing! I just finished it and I’m so proud of myself! I‘d highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling back pain and mobility issues or anyone who is starting their fitness journey in general!
Truly a beginner friendly workout! First workout I was able to do all the way through without stopping!! Usually the workout is so hard I get discouraged but I am so motivated to continue!
I just did this workout and I can feel the "burn" in my stomach muscles. When I do ab workouts on the floor, with a mat, it hurts my back. I do believe I will see my stomach decrease and strengthen as I continue, (daily), to use this workout and other workouts on this channel. Thank you!

I have been sitting for months, scared to workout because I'll have a panic attack if my heart rate gets too high! I got up and did this after a long day of working and sitting. It was easy to keep up with, my heart rate was never elevated uncomfortably, and with the 30-second intervals, by the time you feel like an exercise is getting too hard to keep up, it's over. Loved it! New sub :)
I love this! I am in Singapore and we don't wear shoes inside the house. This 15 min workout requires no shoes, no mat, no other equipment. The music is light and pleasant. Lovely Mrs Muscle does not talk much, you will enjoy a relaxed and calm environment! There is no jumping in this set, this is so downstairs people-friendly haha! Simple steps yet not boring! Love it!

Yes I was in such a mood last night because I was mad at myself because the day before I had Baskin Robbins waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream and a 1/2 order of nachos. I felt bloated, unattractive and was being Ms. Negative Nancy. I did end up going to the gym and working out the next day. I understand so much!
I have been really struggling recently as i got a knee injury in August (it's now November) and i was never able to put weight on my knee for planking and those sort of exercises. Doing standing abs has really helped me get back into a routine again and also strengthen my knee and help its movement. Thank You!
I have been doing your workout for about 3 weeks now along with 40 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes of stretch bands. I am 69 years old with osteoporosis, arthritis and spine problems and this is one I can do plus I have lost 3 inches around my waist already so thank you!
I came across this workout last week and I'm feeling better than I have been in a while. At first it was challenging and it still is a bit for me but as I keep pushing it's getting better, I had ankle surgery in May of 2021 and the workout doesn't bother me as bad as I thought it would. Wow - finally an exercise I can actually go though fully! So many workouts overcomplicate their movements and then claim to be "beginner-friendly". It puts people new to the fitness journey down! I'm 279lbs (mostly muscle mass though still very...very out of shape after lockdown demotivating me) and I got through this with energy to spare for another one! After injuring my knee I wanted to do workouts that didn’t require bending. So, after trying this video I found it easy to do without rein-jurying myself and I also noticed significant results after a month. Can’t wait to try the other videos once I’m better. THANK YOU 🙏 💞
Update : 8/9/21 this work out has been helping me to lose some inches on my waist. I am very grateful of this channel and the quick response if you have questions or comments. I have lost 45 pounds in a year. I’ve been able to maintain that loss for six months. I had a breast reduction to even out the symmetry after breast cancer. Since nobody is giving replies for these exercise, im gonna do myself & let you guys know. My kg is 65 & i hv quite bloated stomach like a woman with 2 months baby . So april 16 til may 16 is my target to achieve & let u guys known for real
nice! I felt every move, and really appreciated the "transition call outs" to give us time to adjust/reset. I'm actually sweating, and I haven't even done a proper warm up beforehand! I'll incorporate this after my long walks, before a stretch and cool down.
This is way much better standing workout for abs than the other one I did. It doesn't hurt my knees and it really targeted my whole abdomen. Thank you for showing us this video. I hope to see more of this type as I am aiming for a flat tummy.

Absolutely love this video. I’m a teenager with joint problems all in my legs that have kept me from running like I used to. I’m also happy that this isn’t as focused on making you sweat and odd floor exercises that include moving the knees a lot, but more so focused on working out the abs. ❤❤

I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have struggled trying to work out without pain. I really enjoyed this my knees and feet were not hurting and I made it through the entire routine. I also could feel the burn (in a good way) THANKS!!

this workout is so fun! unlike the other ones, i dont feel my abs loose engagement as i get through the workout but instead they increase the amound they engage in each movement. its not repetitive even though there are 4 rounds and one of the best workouts ive done in years!!! i will be continuing to use this workout!! thank you so much!!

I didn’t realize you were doing the same workouts but making it last longer. I did the same routine for so long before I realized my mistake. Starting as of 9/23/24 as 13 years old, 5’0, 47kg. I have really ass motivation so… I’m not on any diet, but I don’t really eat any snacks nor do I overeat. I don’t usually get exercise outside of PE in school either. Day 1: No difference, but will try again tomorrow!! Day 2: 46kg, but I think that’s because yesterday I did this right after dinner. It’s around 5 hours after dinner now, so that might be a difference. Day 3:

Just found your video, did the exercises and it was quite a workout. As a matter of fact I'm perspiring profusely. At 65, with two bad knees and lower back issues it was refreshing that I did not have to lay on the floor or put much impact on my knees. I want to thank this young lady and this channel she is truly a blessing! I was almost 240lbs and just got so sick and tired of how unpleasant things got for me health wise. I started my healthy lifestyle about a year ago and wasn't satisfied with my workout routine because it wasn't compatible with my age (in my late 40s) your HIIT WORKOUTS ARE FIRE. I'm currently 197lbs and plan on being shredded by the end of this year. Thank you so much I plan on sticking to my new healthy lifestyle and workouts from your channel.🥰🔥
I just came across your channel last night and I love it. I just finished walking 30 minutes on my elliptical, bounced for 10 minutes on my rebounder, did a 12 minute pilates arm workout and then this workout. I still have another 30 minute walk and another 10 minute bounce on my rebounder yet to do before I am done. Your workout is no joke !! Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication to your channel. It is much appreciated. I am not trying to boast here but I am 66 years young and for those of you who think you can't do this you absolutely can if you want it bad enough. If I can do this YOU can do this. As someone who has been struggling to find home workouts because of severe back problems and who‘s got discouraged over and over again: this workout is amazing! I just finished it and I’m so proud of myself! I‘d highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling back pain and mobility issues or anyone who is starting their fitness journey in general!
Truly a beginner friendly workout! First workout I was able to do all the way through without stopping!! Usually the workout is so hard I get discouraged but I am so motivated to continue!

I just did this workout and I can feel the "burn" in my stomach muscles. When I do ab workouts on the floor, with a mat, it hurts my back. I do believe I will see my stomach decrease and strengthen as I continue, (daily), to use this workout and other workouts on this channel. Thank you!

I have been sitting for months, scared to workout because I'll have a panic attack if my heart rate gets too high! I got up and did this after a long day of working and sitting. It was easy to keep up with, my heart rate was never elevated uncomfortably, and with the 30-second intervals, by the time you feel like an exercise is getting too hard to keep up, it's over. Loved it! New sub :)

Yes I was in such a mood last night because I was mad at myself because the day before I had Baskin Robbins waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream and a 1/2 order of nachos. I felt bloated, unattractive and was being Ms. Negative Nancy. I did end up going to the gym and working out the next day. I understand so much!

I have been really struggling recently as i got a knee injury in August (it's now November) and i was never able to put weight on my knee for planking and those sort of exercises. Doing standing abs has really helped me get back into a routine again and also strengthen my knee and help its movement. Thank You!
I have been doing your workout for about 3 weeks now along with 40 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes of stretch bands. I am 69 years old with osteoporosis, arthritis and spine problems and this is one I can do plus I have lost 3 inches around my waist already so thank you!
I came across this workout last week and I'm feeling better than I have been in a while. At first it was challenging and it still is a bit for me but as I keep pushing it's getting better, I had ankle surgery in May of 2021 and the workout doesn't bother me as bad as I thought it would. Tonight was my first time workin out in a while. This wasnt easy but i lasted the whole thing! I will be doin this every night bc it works on all the areas im focusing on. I suggest Chloe Ting I havent been dieting or anything and im already seeing the begining of 11 abs(with doing 3 of her ab excercies daily) Yes im drenched in sweat from doing this rn and yes this is my first time doing this but I highly suggest Chloe Ting(for reference I was bascially laying down on the couch for a year since my dad died at home and im over 200 pounds) I honestly have scoliosis in my back and no back strength(at least when i started) now i can easily do all of her excercies that I have to do on my back and they are my favorite now cause I thought id never be able able to do them lol.
Finished this workout today, was about to give up at 8 minutes in but I pushed myself even harder to complete.😂🎉

Wow - finally an exercise I can actually go though fully! So many workouts overcomplicate their movements and then claim to be "beginner-friendly". It puts people new to the fitness journey down! I'm 279lbs (mostly muscle mass though still very...very out of shape after lockdown demotivating me) and I got through this with energy to spare for another one! After injuring my knee I wanted to do workouts that didn’t require bending. So, after trying this video I found it easy to do without rein-jurying myself and I also noticed significant results after a month. Can’t wait to try the other videos once I’m better. THANK YOU 🙏 💞
Update : 8/9/21 this work out has been helping me to lose some inches on my waist. I am very grateful of this channel and the quick response if you have questions or comments. nice! I felt every move, and really appreciated the "transition call outs" to give us time to adjust/reset. I'm actually sweating, and I haven't even done a proper warm up beforehand! I'll incorporate this after my long walks, before a stretch and cool down.
This is way much better standing workout for abs than the other one I did. It doesn't hurt my knees and it really targeted my whole abdomen. Thank you for showing us this video. I hope to see more of this type as I am aiming for a flat tummy.

Absolutely love this video. I’m a teenager with joint problems all in my legs that have kept me from running like I used to. I’m also happy that this isn’t as focused on making you sweat and odd floor exercises that include moving the knees a lot, but more so focused on working out the abs. ❤❤
Thanks for the no jumping lol I’m not super out of shape but my exercise induced asthma kicks in much faster when I’m jumping around and it’ll affect how long I can continue the workout. Finished this. Thanks :)

this workout is so fun! unlike the other ones, i dont feel my abs loose engagement as i get through the workout but instead they increase the amound they engage in each movement. its not repetitive even though there are 4 rounds and one of the best workouts ive done in years!!! i will be continuing to use this workout!! thank you so much!!

I didn’t realize you were doing the same workouts but making it last longer. I did the same routine for so long before I realized my mistake. I am sweating and felt tired because I did it for so long without a break and did it more than 16 min. Thank for this!❤ I don’t know if I did it right but I tried my best

I have really ass motivation so… I’m not on any diet, but I don’t really eat any snacks nor do I overeat. I don’t usually get exercise outside of PE in school either.
Day 1: No difference, but will try again tomorrow!!
Day 2: 46kg, but I think that’s because yesterday I did this right after dinner. It’s around 5 hours after dinner now, so that might be a difference.

This exercise works for sure....I have been doing it consistently for months and I see my abs now...thank you.

What I like about this workout is; there is no bunch of talking, she shows you what to do, you do it with the timer, and the final round is identified. There is no discouragement with telling us how much time us left. Just a workout. Period.
This the best abs workout I’ve ever done. No stress on my neck or spine but still worked up a sweat and felt my muscles had been used!!!

Just found your video, did the exercises and it was quite a workout. As a matter of fact I'm perspiring profusely. At 65, with two bad knees and lower back issues it was refreshing that I did not have to lay on the floor or put much impact on my knees.
