    Omg i love it im 290 lbs and i love how you alow those 10 sec to get in the next position so i dont feel discouraged because i cant keep up and ofcourse i cant get up the floor as easy. I im so exited to repeat this routine tomorrow im soo happy i was able to finish all 20 min 🥳🥳😁

      lizza more good job. I’m 275 and I totally get it. By the time I get up about 5 seconds of the next workout has already been started 😥. Keep at it and all the best 👍🏾

    This is the first exercise video I was ever able to start in the beginning and actually make it to the end. I was and still am proud of myself. I actually feel like I can do this and get strong to be able to do more advanced routines later on. I just wanted to let you guys know. Thank you!

      Hi, that is perfectly fine. what ever workout you do, use a weight that you are comfortable with that also challenges you until you feel stronger and more confident to progress it. You may even want to do a set or 2 at a lighter weight and progress it for the remainder of the workout. Its all down to you and how you feel. You will know when its too easy or too challenging.

In other words, if we are hot, which is really repenting and turning from sin) if we are cold we just completely don’t really follow God. If we mix those together it makes a lukewarm which they will be spat out Gods mouth and won’t inherit the kingdom of heaven.

    I didn’t make it through all 20 minutes but this is definitely one I’ll do 2-3x a week to work myself up to finishing. I love that you added that recommendation in the beginning! I love everything about this, my lower back is on fire❤

      Good question. It is a good way to keep you moving, however, You may find it more effective to follow a workout plan that will be designed specifically to work towards your goal(s). They also tend to be more balanced, this will help avoid creating or furthering any imbalances.
      You can create this yourself using these workouts here or follow a training program.

      My fitness goals are to lose fat and tone up the belly, arms, legs, thighs and hips while losing weight. My goal weight is 175🎉 now 196.

    after years of jogging seeing no results I finally realised I needed to switch to weight training... now I am so looking forward to see if I get better results...took 5kh dumbells and had to adjust one exercise as these were to heavy for that particular move... but you got me sweating and the ab exercises were great... nice tempo... and the explanation switchover was great. In 20 minutes I am sweating, happy and feel ready for my day. Great that I found you. THANK YOU.

    I am a 58yr young lady and I just completed my first week (3 days) with this workout. I plan to do this workout for 5 more weeks, going up in weight as needed and see what happens. I am also doing cardio 2-3 days a week and working to transition to a whole plant based diet, drinking 100 oz of alkaline water, getting Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (2-4 tbsp with 1 tbsp of lemon) and getting 7-8 hours of sleep. I am looking forward to seeing the results. Thank you Mrs. Muscle :) I am so grateful to God to be able to participate in my own miracle!!

    Ooh I love this one! It didn't seem to difficult at first but the reps really work up a sweat. I like the chill music too, it reminds to go slow and work on form first

    I got through all the way and used my weights for the punches as well! At first I didn’t feel like anything was happening but now I finished, I definitely feel something. This gives my legs a rest from the endless squats in so many of these vids 😂

    Another great knee friendly workout!! I'm in love!! I weigh 184 and have osteoarthritis in my knees and these have been great. I did full body workouts yesterday and today. I'll be back tomorrow for an ab workout. I don't know if I missed them but I would love some knee friendly leg and glute workouts! Thank you for these workouts.

    I am absolutely LOVING these workouts! Its perfect for me as I am very overweight and just starting my fitness journey. My weight makes it very hard on my knees so this is perfect! I would love a beginners workout plan full of workouts like this!

    Love these Knee friendly workouts, ive had to give up hurting my knees and have put on weight so im happy to do these workouts ive saved them all and alternate them

    So great !!! thanks for your content !!! It's hard though but effective ;-) Would be great the have an all standing session of kickboxing with no jump no squat no jump btw 30 or 45 min with little weights and a 30 min and 45 min all standing no jumping no repeat no squat no lunges session with weights also. both with interval of (40:10) ;-). if you're short of ideas (i dont think so, lol), you can always get inspiration from this note. It will help people who have knee problems to have a little bit of more choice and get longer session than 20 minutes which is already so great. Thanks for everything. Take care.     I LOVE your workouts and try to do one most mornings. I am 67 but am fit as I have always been active. I love the modifications, however on the videos they are often only visible for a few seconds and I wish they were there throughout the exercise. Also, could you PLEASE get some new music besides the female! I am truly so sick of the same songs! Sorry, probably just me, but one of the reasons I love your workouts is because of the variety to choose from. I get bored easily and having choices is good for that.     Omg you really saved my day. I was so determined to workout today but I was so discouraged because my back hurt from doing a kettlebell workout yesterday. Either I'm unfamiliar with how much my kettlebell should weigh or I was doing the excercise wrongly. If you have any tips for newbies to kettlebells I'll take them. Either way this workout of yours not only enabled me to workout but it also helped my back and eased the pain. I went between medium and moderate weights for the workouts to push myself and I enjoyed it. Thank you! I'm definitely gonna keep doing your workouts. Plus I enjoyed your music. It was also the perfect tempo for your workout.
