    Been doing this about 3/4 days a week, for 2 weeks now. It has gotten a teeny bit easier, and I did lose 1.5 inches off my waist. So WTG!

    Crazy to think when I first started doing this workout in June that there was only 100k views now its at 1 million!! Ahhh!! This workout has helped me tremendously!!! My stomach has gotten SO much smaller !! 😍🥰

    Holy WOW!!! I JUST COMPLETED THE ENTIRE THING!!! Even when I wanted to quit at 24%, and then 56%, and 76%!!! And then again at 88%, but I kept pushing and sweating and burning and I FINISHED!!! I love both of y'all srsly TY 😍

      @@marielouisemosilo3244 I was doing it twice to three times a week and it made a huge difference. sometimes I would stop the tape and rest a few Seconds and start up again my goal was just to get through each time no matter how long it took. As time went on I have no problem going straight through

    Been doing this same workout for a year but added weights to it…… This workout still does it for me….. after your body adjust, I suggest adding weights and it becomes a challenge all over again…… it is definitely an all over workout for me. Thank you for this

    Hi, guys, I've just come across this workout, and I've just looked up and realised that it's just exactly what I need: no superduper physical tention, no crazy fast beats that ruinously affect my mind.     I didn’t feel anything in my abs but my legs and upper back was on FIRE!! Had to stop at 11:00. My heart was pounding 😮‍💨😮‍💨

      Yes this workout incorporates the whole body so you will feel it else where too. You did a great job this workout is an undercover burner and a full 11 minutes is awesome! If you want to feel your core more focus on activation. Tuck your pelvis inward as if pulling your belly button towards your spine, then close your rib cage making sure to lock the core in. Exhale during the contraction phase of the movement. Keeping the core fully engaged though out is challenging and it’s only normal for fatigue to set in so keep working on it you will get it xx

    I tried this for the first time today. I am beat, but in a good way. It does target all the areas I have concerns with. It will definitely make you sweat. I do the small waist and round bottom twice a week. So, I will incorporate this into my weekly routine on the other days. Mr.&Mrs. Muscle, thank you for putting out quality material.     Praise God! I love this workout, it really fits me! I have problems with my knees lately, but enjoy a good workout. I feel this workout hits my shoulders as well.
    I did this workout before going to work this afternoon. I'm 59 and I'm at my heaviest weight...little by little I'm getting these extra pounds off!

    Yessss!!!! Today I finished my 30 days HIIT Abs challenge with this program … Absolutely amazing . My core is definitely tighter and better defined. My whole body as a matter of fact feels so much stronger. I paid attention to my form and I only rested on the Sundays in between. I will continue to incorporate this workout into my weekly workout sessions . I highly recommend this Abs workout. When done with consistency you will see the results .     Thank you so much I actually comment on one of your other videos that you post 3 years ago, I am so happy to see a little change into my body. I still go to school and in summer I get depress lonely and sad but I wanted to change it this summer so I started to look up "20 minute workout" which none of them caught my attention becuase it was so hard to do as a newbie and even though if I did workout I would do it for 1 day and stop. So this summer I am doing workouts and did it for 6 days now I see a little change in my body! Thank you so much for helping my depression and becoming a healthy human-bean. Thank you also for making workouts very easy my body is getting used to the workouts that you do. I've subscribed and also look up your channel and workout for 1 hour.

    I so happy to see yall, I've been on steroids for 14 yrs to my Respiratory illness,
    developed muscle weakness/ excessive weight gain, I've tried to work out without over stimulating with weights, No good on the breathing here..Itll take time to build back up..Thanks...😁❤🌹

    Just discovered your videos yesterday. Truly a Godsend. I'm almost 66 and in decent shape but I'm constantly on the hunt for workouts that are challenging but relatively injury proof to the degree possible. Love your workouts (and the upbeat, Motivational music). Definitely fits the bill. I'm subscribing and sharing with others. 😊👍🏿

    This is one of the best standing working out that I’ve ever done. I started this program because I want to burn fat out. My body is quite thin but I have a lot of fat percentage, so I decided to lose them out by cardio and that’s why I found this video. Thank you so much. Keep doing girls🫶🏻🫶🏻

    This was so good!! I really underestimated it at first and now I’m so sweaty :) don’t have a yoga mat and live in an apartment so the standing + no jumping is perfect

    This is such a great workout. For people that are trying to lose weight as they are doing this make sure ur in a calories deficit. To do that you need to eat and drink fewer calories than what ur burning doing this exercise.
