Serious arm pump!! Thanks for another challenging workout, and for continuing to talk through how we know if we are reaching for the right weight. If you didn’t remind us I’d definitely stick with lower weights because the higher numbers are so intimidating. Glad to have an encouraging voice like yours to say that we were made to do hard things.

Loved this one! Lifted heavy and felt so strong! My favorite was the reverse grip back row into the bent over bicep curl and my favorite ab move of all time (for years and years kind if favorite) was in it today! The side bend oblique crunch. Thank you for another favorite! ❤
I have been following and working out with you ladies since July 2024 and my arms are really starting to show it. Can’t wait for my hips and thighs to join in oh and abs too😜. Honestly it feels like I am hanging out with friends every morning. I’ll see you tomorrow 😊.

Loved this! I can row far more weight than I can handle in a tricep kick back-so I went with what I could handle in good form for the tricep. Isn’t that correct? Thanks again for another great workout!
