I realize how important it is to rest after a good workout, so now I workout 3-4 days a week and my results are even better. I'm also grateful for the modified versions. If I find one of the exercises a little difficult for me I will do the modified version until I become strong enough to do the original exercise. 💪 I am 52 years old. Tip: I live upstairs so for any jumping in the routines I do on my rebounder that way I don't have to skip that part & that's been working well for me. Plus it gets my lymphatic system pumping so that's a double bonus. 2/16/22- just did this workout!! Still loving it ❤ plus I'll add a thigh and booty workout next. 😜 I'm still full of energy!! 🤙
guys this works!! I've been doing this for almost a week and I've already seen insane results! didn't even make any changes to my diet (tho I've always had fast metabolism and I often drink a lot of ice cold water) there was a bit of extra fat on my tummy that i wanted gone and it's practically flat now! I've always had fair abs but now my stomach is so so toned and my waist too! I don't usually take measurements but before this my waist was 24" I'll measure again after 1 or 2 weeks if anyone wants numbers but trust me.. THIS WORKS! UPDATE: I made a few changes to my diet nothing major, stuff like cutting off eating late at night usually 8 is my stop time and i try hard to lay off fast food(ONLY IN MODERATION!) my stomach is flatter than ever, my waist is 22 inches right now and my abs are incredibly toned omd and I've been doing this for maybe two months now!! consistently is defiantly key even though tbh I skipped a couple days but work hard and you'll see results don't forget every body is different and it may take u a different time period of even different results
Hello! I am a silent supporter of your workout vids and I'm very very very thankful that I found your videos! I am a 14 year old male with a height of 5"10 and when I started doing your workout vids I weighed 81.10 kg, but now I'm almost 1 week in and I weigh 78.45 kg! I lost almost 3 kilograms after doing 5 days of your workout. You see, I have a almost round and bloated belly but now I notices it kinda flatten. Ofcourse I didn't do this workout once a day, I do it twice, one in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I also included 100 jumping jacks and 300-500 reps of jump roap and also did the calorie deficit diet. I just wanna say thank you so so much because of this vid I had more condfidence in my body. To those reading this comment and watching this vid, keep on fighting and don't lose hope. Let us attain our goal!

Ok screw it, I’m gonna try this every day, and get as far as I possibly can. I’ll keep you updated, with a LOT of details. I’m not going to push myself to the point of exhaustion as I have a very physical job waitressing and average 18000 steps a day within a 5 hour period and can’t wear myself out too much to the point of extreme pain (I have hyper mobility so it doesn’t take too much to wear me out) but I will still push myself a little bit so I feel the burn 🔥 and hopefully see results! Start waist- 33.5 inches Goal waist- 25 inches Day 1: I got 10 minutes through the video, which I was impressed with! (bear in mind I haven’t been moving my body too much as I do about 2 shifts a week and haven’t worked out in waayyy too long, so this is my 100% effort right now, and that’s ok!) Wow does it burn! But it’s really great, I did about 15 squats straight after to keep momentum, and some Russian twists, a few jumping jacks etc, as I felt I could do more, but struggled to continue the video. I found it hard but it felt SO good to get my body moving like this again, hoping I will do better tomorrow, I’ll keep you updated, pls comment to show support if you can x🙏 Day 2: I skipped this day completely as I did 17000 steps at work today in a short period, and am absolutely exhausted. Have the day off tomorrow so I promise not to let you guys down, I’ll update after I do it tomorrow x
I did the 30 Day Challenge Day 2 first and then this one, I had to do modified but made it through 3 of 4 rounds. I really enjoy these videos and I feel the results immediately. I may not be seeing the results YET, but I definitely feel the changes in my body. This is my third week on these videos and I am stronger and have so much more mobility. Thank you!!!!
hey everyone! i love seeing everyone talk about their progress with this workout, i'm 16 and used to run cross country before covid (and an injury). i want to get back my toned abs and work off a little tummy+waist fat cause i haven't had that kind of hardcore exercise in a while. this seems like a great way to do that, today was my first time doing this workout and i worked up quite a sweat :) can't wait to share my progress like you all are doing!
I'm 73, I recently lost 50 pounds from fasting on smoothies, herbal teas, green juices, and water. also exercising and weight training. I went from size 16 to 10. weighed 194 to 144. I don't have a big stomach just flabby, I guess from the weight loss. I love the exercises I can tell my tummy will be firmed and I love the moderate versions of the exercises. I also liked and subscribed. thank you
I tried a shredded abs routine from this channel during January; 3 times a week. Going to try this one for February. I love standing abs routines with no equipment and no jumping (though this one has jumping, but with modified versions.) Thanks for these videos! UPDATE: Just tried it for the first time. Wow! Some of the moves I sure am glad have modifications! It's not even that they hurt my knees or boobs, it's that my brain can't comprehend how to coordinate my anatomy to do them! LOL! I'm going to have to slow this down and watch it over. Hats off to all of you agile and athletic people, sincerely, from a fat, nerdy, otaku-type woman.

I also prefer standing abs, and most floor based work is mainly crunches and planks which other trainers say gives you a boxy waist. I can't speak for all females but most of us want a nipped in waist to have a more hourglass figure Thanks for the workouts
