    0:45 - "FSR" means Forestry Service Road. You are never safe on those on weekdays. These are not highways, beware.
    1:00 - as you said they were not playing around when they decided what was double solid and what was a passing area.
    I'm glad I was able to identify some of these places without always needing to look at the caption.

      I don't know the area in particular. The trucks use radios to call up and down so they don't have congestion issues. Its a safety issue but mostly to help the flow of traffic. It doesn't give them the right to apex the road if they don't hear someone calling up@@prognozprognoz9145

    that wasn't an emergency hot air balloon landing. It was just a hot air balloon landing lol. Basically you can land kinda close to where you want, but there is a factor beyond your control, and hot air balloons tend to land it terrible spots lol. At least that's what I've been told from some podcast. There are also lots of shitty landings on UA-cam.

      @vancouversworstdrivers  8 місяців тому

    • @BadDriversOfNapa
      @BadDriversOfNapa 8 місяців тому

      I wouldn't call that bad piloting. Hot air balloons are somewhat difficult to control overall. The pilot can control vertical movements very well until the ambient air warms up. But the pilot cannot control horizontal movements very readily. Hot air balloons are at the mercy of the wind. They go wherever the wind blows. Given that the pilots have up and down control of the balloon, they can usually pick decent landing spots. Occasionally however, they end up landing where it's not so ideal, at no fault of the pilot. And sometimes the winds will shift unpredictably, sending the balloon where the pilot did not intend to go. Their flight plans are based on forecasted wind patterns. But sometimes their plans are forced to change.

    I love the fact that half these incidents are actually the fault of the person filming, lmao. Also, you really need to watch other Bad Driver vids to see how they are actually supposed to be done. No offence but the way you're doing it makes for a REALLY boring video.
