This is the first workout with you, absolutely brilliant. I am 49. I’ve worked out all my adult life weights running yoga now perimenopause and haven’t exercise for months due to muscle pains and stiffness. This was my first cardio workout. It’s got me sweating and it’s brilliant. Will definitely be doing it three times a week to get my fitness back up and then start on the weights again.

Believe me who are with 3 years following Mizi, if you can complete 40% of her workout collection, you probably can run 5km nonstop. Now I can run 7km but still have to pause at 11:40 to breath heavily. Her work out seem be easy, but to catch up her speed is another thing 😂

Day 26 of the July workout plan: Done ✅✅🎉🎉 Earlier before starting to do your workouts i used to kinda hate my body... Not serious but i didn't had that ideal body I wanted.... But after these 26 days im really amazed by how my body changed into my Ideal body❤❤ And also because i homeschooled for about 6 months, I used to have a knee pain which was serious that i couldn't even walk sometimes... But now i completely got rid of that... I'm really happy about my current life which used to be completely useless and boring 😂❤... Seriously want to get thinner and loose inches. I hope this helps. 1st August DAY 1: Done✅️ It looks easy but I thought I will die doing it half way through only. Somehow managed to complete it huffing and puffing.😅 Day 2 ✅️ : I cannot really do the exercises perfectly and loose my balance specially the one that is half way through. I have to catch a breather to continue. But I managed to do it anyway. Day 3 ✅️: I still feel like am gonna die, very hard to breathe and still cannot do exercises that need me to balance on one foot but it will getting better hopefully. I have slight pain in my back muscle but it will go away soon ig. Day 4 ❌️🥲 : No I did not give up. But I got my period a week early and wasn't able to do it. I will have to start again after few days😢 8 August Day 8 ✅️: It is so hard to push yourself back to exercise after a break. Feels like forever back to sq1 still the same but I didn't pause video for a while to breathe so I guess that's progress. 😅 Day 9 ✅️: Being consistent is so hard. I really hope this helps me lose few inches. Day 10✅️: It is hardest to keep pushing yourself to exercise. Only I know how I made myself do it. My balance is improving a bit. I still need to stop for a breather in between😅 and my heart pounds like crazy even when I start cool down stretch it becomes so hard to keep doing it. I really hope I lose the fat around my hips and thighs. 😢 I am around 44 rn I want to be 38. Can anyone tell me how long that will take??

HII, im doing this for 2-3 weeks, or even more (if my motivation lasts) my current weight is around 55 (i honestly cant remember but yeah) Day 1 ✅ only did 12 minutes cause i felt kinda dizzy Day 2 ❌ i arrived home too late so i couldnt do it Day 3 ✅ Really tiring day so i only did 13 minutes Day 4 ✅ Finished the 22 minutes succesfully! Day 3: Due to previous day workout my thighs were still paining.....but today it was not at all tiring... Day:4 did my workout for only 13 min still I'm sweating a lot...was not able to finish the whole workout as I was tired...

Day 1 completed today! It was a bit hard at times (reverse lunges I'm coming for you!) and required a lot of coordination... which I'm not, however I will try to do it every day I'm off. Sadly I work 12hrs shifts so those days I won't be able to do it. Thank you. It was fun! ❤

Hey mizi ive started this workout and it has been 5 days I weigh 81.8 kg now Ill continue this workout for 30 days and check and update my weight.Currently iam not on any diet but iam avoiding fried food and iam not at all consuming sugar hope this could be effective to loose weight. After 30 days ill start ur seated abs workout to loose my belly fat Uve been a great motivation to me from being a lazy potato to actually start a workout and explore more workouts THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!

"층간소음, 점프, 스쿼트, 런지 X"라고 적힌 영상이요. 근데 저 단어들이 저한테는 저도 무언가를 할 수 있겠다는 느낌을 줬어요. 너무 뚱뚱해서 못나져버린 제 자신도 방 한 구석에서 조금이라도 몸을 움직일 수 있다고요. 어떤 사람들은 살이 그렇게 찌고 나면 걷기 운동이라도 하면 되는데 왜 안 하지?라고 할 수도 있는데, 그게 생각만큼 쉽지 않아요. 원래 뚱뚱하지 않았던 사람이 살이 급격하게 찌고 나면 밖에 나가는 것도 무섭고 아는 사람을 만날까 봐 방에만 있게 되거든요. 그런데 그렇게 몇 개월을 보내며 우울해만 하던 저에게 mizi님이 힘을 주신 거예요. 정말 감사합니다. 87kg까지 빠지니 정체기가 온 것 같지만, 그래도 천천히 나아가 보려고 해요. 저도 예전 몸무게로 돌아가고 싶어요. 54kg까지 정말 많이 빼야 하지만, 그래도 할 수 있을 거예요! 저는 강하니까요! 천천히 욕심 내지 않고 나아가 볼게요. 정말정말 감사합니다! 이번에 올려주신 10월 한 달 코스! 정말 열심히 해볼게요!

It looks easy but I thought I will die doing it half way through only. Somehow managed to complete it huffing and puffing.😅
Day 2 ✅️ : I cannot really do the exercises perfectly and loose my balance specially the one that is half way through. I have to catch a breather to continue. But I managed to do it anyway.
Day 3 ✅️: I still feel like am gonna die, very hard to breathe and still cannot do exercises that need me to balance on one foot but it will getting better hopefully. I have slight pain in my back muscle but it will go away soon ig.
Day 4 ❌️🥲 : No I did not give up. But I got my period a week early and wasn't able to do it. I will have to start again after few days😢
8 August Day 8 ✅️: It is so hard to push yourself back to exercise after a break. Feels like forever back to sq1 still the same but I didn't pause video for a while to breathe so I guess that's progress. 😅
Day 9 ✅️: Being consistent is so hard. I really hope this helps me lose few inches.
Day 10✅️: It is hardest to keep pushing yourself to exercise. Only I know how I made myself do it. My balance is improving a bit. I still need to stop for a breather in between😅 and my heart pounds like crazy even when I start cool down stretch it becomes so hard to keep doing it. I really hope I lose the fat around my hips and thighs. 😢 I am around 44 rn I want to be 38. Can anyone tell me how long that will take??

HII, im doing this for 2-3 weeks, or even more (if my motivation lasts) my current weight is around 55 (i honestly cant remember but yeah)

Day 2: It was less tiring than the very first day...though my thighs were paining but still i did!!!
Day 3: Due to previous day workout my thighs were still paining.....but today it was not at all tiring...

Ill continue this workout for 30 days and check and update my weight.Currently iam not on any diet but iam avoiding fried food and iam not at all consuming sugar hope this could be effective to loose weight.
