Seriously? People workout for many reasons. True, attracting the male gaze - or anyone, any gender orientations should be acknowledged - working out to be mobile, agile, strong and healthy at any stage of life. Hopefully, motivation isn't about some guy, or even one's own idea of "perfection". It's a waste of time and chasing a happiness that's not real. Move your body, eat decently for nutrition and drink water. You dont need to bust your ass every day and restrict calories every day. That's it " girls". Don't ever stand in front of a mirror to scrutinize reflection - it breeds dysmorphia - or try to please some guy who would be that shallow.

this workout is worked! i’ve been did this wo for 2 weeks, my weight before is 49,8kg and now i’ve got 46,6kg!!! but i suggest if you want this work well you must to calories deficit too guys, cheer up for you all!
@@jankipatel9917 You have to be in a deficit to lose weight. You won't lose weight without being in a deficit. You need to burn more calories than you eat. Your body requires a certain amount of calories so find that out by using a maintenance calorie calculator on the internet. If you eat your maintenance calorie number then you will stay the same weight, however if you eat your maintenance calories and workout you will lose weight (you can also eat less than your maintenance calories but you should never go under 1200 calories because your body will go into starvation mode and try to keep fat).
I am 56 years of age and I LOVE Mizi's workouts. She gets me moving parts of my body that just going for a workout in the gym never touches. Thank you Mizi, I really appreciate you.
Great workout, thanks for posting. I'm a beginner, male, and 62, so at first it felt awkward and clumsy. For anyone new, click on settings (the sprocket) and slow the speed to 0.75 to get familiar with some routines and adjust back to normal with ones that are comfortable. Also, I do 15 minutes, pause for 10, then resume. I hope this helps.
Almost 2 weeks of doing different exercise routines of Mizi. From 55 kg down to 52.8 as of the moment. Waist is now 28, before its 29. Will continue doing this. I feel the effect. I love the ab workout, its only 6 minutes but feels intense.
Hi everyone! I came across this video this morning. I was looking for an all standing workout that was low impact, but gave a good sweat!! I am happy to say that this met my expectations! It got the heart rate up, and the moves were great and so doable! I ended up burning 268 calories and my heart rate was boosted!! Got in a great SWEAT and I feel amazing after this workout! I weight 195lbs and am 5ft. I am going to plan to incorporate this workout to my fitness routine! Goal is to start losing the belly fat and pounds! I hope you’re still working at it! I went through the same thing at your age, and I managed to lose 40 lbs back then. I felt like a million bucks after that! Unfortunately, I gained the weight back after I became ill from an autoimmune disease, so I’m getting into exercise again, now that my rheumatologist has my illness under control. Don’t ever give up on yourself. You’ll get there if you just keep moving your body!
I don't have much energy to exercise today but this workout is easy to follow and easy on my body. I sweated a lot, my heart's beating fast but I'm not out of breath. This is a good exercise for days I don't feel like moving but needed to be consistent with my workout routine. Thanks 😘

MY GOODNESS THIS WORKOUT WAS EXCELLENT. Simple enough to do and not give up 10 minutes in but will make you sweat and tighten up. I’m blown away and cannot believe it took me this long to discover this workout. Brilliant.

I followed this workout for 2 & a half weeks. 5 times/ week for the first 2 weeks and 2 times the last week. My results: -1,5 cm from waist -1 cm from belly -3kg +I feel the difference, not only at my waist area but also at my legs. So, give it a try😉

DAY 1: First day and I can really tell that this workout is great and easy. DAY 2: Woke up feeling sore especially at legs part but is okay. Still performed the workout since the pain is still bearable. DAY 3: Routines are now less difficult. DAY 4: I can now easily perform the routines and can feel that I have already became more flexible DAY 5: Skipped because of monthly period. DAY 6: Skipped again. DAY 7: Noticed a little different from before. If I'd do it straight a week, I guess more difference will be noticeable.

Hello, I've been here for a week and I feel that it has helped me, I have seen a little change and I feel happy. I had really looked for a routine that would work for me and this one has helped me a lot.
This is my first day doing this workout. I havent move my body in a long time so i wanted to start off with something that is low intensity but also sweat. And this video was the perfect one that i could find. Throughout the video i only rest 1 time and it was bearable for someone who is weak physically like me:). Start out with something that you can do and then build your strength up😊

During the first two days, my leg muscles felt fatigued as my body adjusted to the new routine. By the fifth day, I started noticing a slight definition in my abs and felt that my body was becoming more toned and aligned. The increased energy I experienced throughout the day was a fantastic bonus. While I only lost two pounds, I'm thrilled with the overall improvements in strength and muscle definition.

I've found your workout neither too easy nor too difficult for me. And I sweat a lot, too. I also attend a public aerobics class near me almost everyday. I've lost around 7 kg after a year, but not my belly fat. Thanks again from Bangkok, Thailand. 🙏 ******Update******1/15/23 My scenario: I also attend 35-40 min aerobics classes everyday. I have been doing the workout in this video once a day for 7 days now. The result: I think that the workout is working for me and I really feel that my abdomen gets a bit toned up. However, I cannot tell the exact number on my belly fat lost as it might be too small and I am not so sure about my measurement. ******Update******1/28/23 My scenario: I also attend 35-40 min aerobics classes everyday. I have been doing the workout in this video once a day for another 8 days (not in a row). And I also do short leg raise exercises before getting out of bed some days. The result: Since I started doing this workout, I have lost a total of one and a half cm off my waist and one cm off my lower belly. I have been gradually losing weight as I have changed my diet and done my daily aerobics since last year. And I lose it more quickly after adding belly fat loss workout. My weight is much more quickly lost than my belly fat. I don't want to lose weight anymore and I will try to lose only my belly fat from now on. Thank you for following up with me! I just tried this for the first time, and need to be easy on my lower back due to some lower back pain. It was great! No pain, and it works all the main muscle groups I need to strengthen, especially in the core. And I love that the moves change throughout the workout. Thank you! 😁

@@doga- I also do squats 100 reps, donkey kicks 100 reps, kick lunges, 50 reps and hip bridge 50 reps. I cut off sweets and I do OMAD (One meal a day)

Almost 2 weeks of doing different exercise routines of Mizi. From 55 kg down to 52.8 as of the moment. Waist is now 28, before its 29. Will continue doing this. I feel the effect. I love the ab workout, its only 6 minutes but feels intense.
Hi everyone! I came across this video this morning. I was looking for an all standing workout that was low impact, but gave a good sweat!! I am happy to say that this met my expectations! It got the heart rate up, and the moves were great and so doable! I ended up burning 268 calories and my heart rate was boosted!! Got in a great SWEAT and I feel amazing after this workout! I weight 195lbs and am 5ft. I am going to plan to incorporate this workout to my fitness routine! Goal is to start losing the belly fat and pounds! I will keep you all updated on my weight loss journey.

Guys tomorrow is gonna be my first day of this exercise I'm 13 yr 155 cm and 59 kg 😢 i loss a lot of weight with intense diet but the moment when i started to eat sugar again and got puberty at the same time i was like a balloon i was 50 kg and now I'm like 58-59 i need it to make it up to at least 50 but my aim is to strike 43 kg which was my weight at 2021....

Unfortunately, I gained the weight back after I became ill from an autoimmune disease, so I’m getting into exercise again, now that my rheumatologist has my illness under control.

I don't have much energy to exercise today but this workout is easy to follow and easy on my body. I sweated a lot, my heart's beating fast but I'm not out of breath. This is a good exercise for days I don't feel like moving but needed to be consistent with my workout routine. Thanks 😘

MY GOODNESS THIS WORKOUT WAS EXCELLENT. Simple enough to do and not give up 10 minutes in but will make you sweat and tighten up. I’m blown away and cannot believe it took me this long to discover this workout. Brilliant.
I genuinely wasn’t expecting to move my body so thoroughly after the first few moves but I’m sweating by the end of this one!! Such a great flow when your feeling SUPER low energy but still want to maintain your regimen 🙌🏾

I followed this workout for 2 & a half weeks.
5 times/ week for the first 2 weeks and 2 times the last week. My results:
-1,5 cm from waist
-1 cm from belly
-3kg
+I feel the difference, not only at my waist area but also at my legs.

DAY 1: First day and I can really tell that this workout is great and easy.
DAY 2: Woke up feeling sore especially at legs part but is okay. Still performed the workout since the pain is still bearable.
DAY 3: Routines are now less difficult.
DAY 4: I can now easily perform the routines and can feel that I have already became more flexible
DAY 5: Skipped because of monthly period.
DAY 6: Skipped again.
DAY 7: Noticed a little different from before. If I'd do it straight a week, I guess more difference will be noticeable.

Hello, I've been here for a week and I feel that it has helped me, I have seen a little change and I feel happy. I had really looked for a routine that would work for me and this one has helped me a lot.
This is my first day doing this workout. I havent move my body in a long time so i wanted to start off with something that is low intensity but also sweat. And this video was the perfect one that i could find. Throughout the video i only rest 1 time and it was bearable for someone who is weak physically like me:). Start out with something that you can do and then build your strength up😊

How's it going?
During the first two days, my leg muscles felt fatigued as my body adjusted to the new routine. By the fifth day, I started noticing a slight definition in my abs and felt that my body was becoming more toned and aligned. The increased energy I experienced throughout the day was a fantastic bonus. While I only lost two pounds, I'm thrilled with the overall improvements in strength and muscle definition.

My scenario: I also attend 35-40 min aerobics classes everyday. I have been doing the workout in this video once a day for 7 days now.
The result: I think that the workout is working for me and I really feel that my abdomen gets a bit toned up. However, I cannot tell the exact number on my belly fat lost as it might be too small and I am not so sure about my measurement.

My scenario: I also attend 35-40 min aerobics classes everyday. I have been doing the workout in this video once a day for another 8 days (not in a row). And I also do short leg raise exercises before getting out of bed some days.
The result: Since I started doing this workout, I have lost a total of one and a half cm off my waist and one cm off my lower belly. I have been gradually losing weight as I have changed my diet and done my daily aerobics since last year. And I lose it more quickly after adding belly fat loss workout. My weight is much more quickly lost than my belly fat. I don't want to lose weight anymore and I will try to lose only my belly fat from now on.

I just tried this for the first time, and need to be easy on my lower back due to some lower back pain. It was great! No pain, and it works all the main muscle groups I need to strengthen, especially in the core. And I love that the moves change throughout the workout. Thank you! 😁
