I love your short workouts! The music is great and the videos are short enough that I can do them everyday. When I’m feeling lazy, I simply push myself to move it, assuring myself that it’ll take a mere 15 minutes and I get to listen to good music as a bonus. I started with your arm videos and have now tried several of the 15 minutes ones, including this morning routine. Even if I go a tad slower than you, I still feel the burn. Your exercises work great but consistency, good form, and sensible eating are part of the whole thing. I’m over 60 and I am motivated to maintain an exercise regimen if I hope to remain mobile for many more years. Keep up the good work!
I just found you today and being in a wheelchair I appreciate being able to adapt your moves easily and get a great workout . I love the more gentle movements with the stretches yet it does get my heart rate up. Thanks so much and I'm looking forward to continuing with you.

@@shazianoor497 there is a 10 mint workout of her's for abs I did that consistently , I lost a kg in one week then I added hundred jumping jacks and one hour of warmup it can be cycling or any other easy warmup just stay consistent don't stop , if you even just do that 10 mint workout daily twice you'll have the same results cause I burn a lot of calories during those ten minutes. It's not about how long you workout, it's just about consistency. I lost 10kgs in 2 months
Hi BAMBI! May I know after how many weeks did you lose weight from 74kgs to 63kgs? How many days a week did you do the workouts? Were you on a diet or ate (eating style) in moderation at that time?
Thanks Mizi! I did this everyday for a month. I went from 197 lbs to 184 lbs. Feel better over all. And my hip pain is gone. Gonna keep doing it. Your stretching videos are awesome too.
Thank you! I lived your exercises, first time I found you and I’m glad I did as they are simple and no time consuming esp easily done in the morning. What surprises me though is that although the noises may be simple,Nui found it hard to balance, could it be because of the fast pace of the poses? I did my own pace and did better. I’ve been doing yoga for more than 10 hrs now, so I’m more or less accustomed. Anyways, thanks again for this video. Saving it for my most busy days as a guide🎉

I’m 60 and COPD asthmatic, the stretching is NO PROBLEM, I do yoga 🧘🏻♀️ and was a fitness stretch, tone and light weights trainer for about 20 years

@@shazianoor497 there is a 10 mint workout of her's for abs I did that consistently , I lost a kg in one week then I added hundred jumping jacks and one hour of warmup it can be cycling or any other easy warmup just stay consistent don't stop , if you even just do that 10 mint workout daily twice you'll have the same results cause I burn a lot of calories during those ten minutes. It's not about how long you workout, it's just about consistency. I lost 10kgs in 2 months
