I just did 10 minutes and 14 seconds of this video and I'm dripping in sweat. I'm a big woman and I'm proud of myself for trying it out. Now I'm more determined to finish this workout.
Im a big girl. I started 3days ago, im on intermitten fasting. When i wake up i drink a cup of warm water with 1tbs lemon & honey, do this exercise, drink enough water & start the meals on 12. lunch, fruit for snacks, dinner before 6pm, sleep on 9, repeat. I lost almost 3kg already. From 101kg to 98,15kg. We can do it!!! Fighting! 💪🤩 Update: im 96kg now. I know, it's slow, right? It's Ramadhan anyway, a fasting month. so i do lighter exercise like simple stretching, walking every morning for 3-5k steps & cycling before ifthar for only abt 2-3km. Don't forget, enough water! 1st September 2024. 4 months until the end of this year. I am 20 years and 7 months postpartum I gave birth to twins and my whole body has changed. Ive gained so much weight and i feel super insecure and sad about myself 24/7. Dont get be wrong of course I love my babies but I really wanna get fit again so that I can take care of them better. I previously lost 20 kgs by doing Chloe ting workouts and now i want to restart my journey. I have no Idea if I should comment this. I'm someone with a really weak metabolism at the age of 16. I have been constantly Fat-shamed since my childhood. The last time I finished a long workout was when I was having a mental break down. Now, After 2 years, I could finally finish a workout without skipping through nor slacking behind. Her enthusiasm and cheering up nature made me push through it. Honestly, I dropped to the floor while ugly crying. I was so proud of myself. I will stay consistent and work hard with this workout. Did this for a month (rest during period). I'm really satisfied with the results. I loss 7lbs without diet, my waist became smaller and my arms looked tone. Next month, I'm gonna try other more intense workouts and stick to this as well. Thanks Emi❣️

Hi everyone. I'm a girl who is trying to loose weight. I'm 18 now and weigh 78 kgs. My goal is 70 for now. I did this workout and yes it worked for me. Not just this I did this workout 3 days a week and other day I added HIIT workouts and Pilates and Sundays dance. As it is said not one workout will help u but variety of workout will help u loose weight. But still I did this 3 times a week. And in addition I underwent diet. Not cutting food but avoided sugars, and salty and oily food a lot. And as Indian it wasn't easy but I eat whatever my mum gave that's it. Nothing other outside food. And yet a Lil cheat meal once a week or once in 2 weeks like a candy or ice cream. 😅. Trust me good home food, exercise, and good lifestyle works. And now I lost 2kgs in 3 weeks. I'm 76 now. Yay. Start: 49.4 kg Target: 44-45 kg Been doing this for 4 days, I don’t see a huge difference yet but I’ll do this for a while and I’ll update after 2 weeks ☺️ UPDATE: As promised, here’s what I’ve noticed after 14 days. Also take note that I’m in a calorie deficit! Because of that, I’ve cut down on sugary drinks and chips for better results. I still eat what I like but I don’t do it regularly, and I made sure to eat in moderation. Unfortunately I haven’t reached my target weight yet after doing this but I lost 2kg ! It was really difficult to be consistent during the first few days of doing this, but thankfully I was able to follow along. Just remember to not rush this workout if you seem to find yourself struggling so I suggest to give yourself a break for awhile and continue! That’s all for now 😊

I started doing this workout on 14 Nov with 164 cm height and 68.8 weight. I am doing a little bit of diet and avoiding junk food as much as I can. Just 25 days and lost 2 kgs. I was not able to do it because of my schedule but I'm sure if I would have done it properly I would have lost more weight. I might have lost my water weight but still it is reduce and I'm very happy with it. All you need to do is do excercise regularly, avoid junk food and drink alot of water. That's all. You might see the changes slowly but slow weight lose stays for long. So whoever is doing this excercise don't loose hope and keep doing it... You can do it😉

I'm a 15 years old girl, and I'm trying to lose weight too. I was body shamed by my relatives every reunion and I think I've had enough. I was 70.33kg and now 68.75kg, slow but at least there's progress. I started Emi Wong's workout just yesterday (idk what got into me but yeah). I did the 1 hr walking workout yesterday and decided to lay low today because my body's sore from yesterday. I'm also doing intermittent fasting and avoiding sugary, oily and fatty foods. But if I can't avoid it, I just eat little portion. I believe we can do this! It's better to keep swimming than sank ୧( ˵ ° ~ ° ˵ )୨ I'll comeback after a month with my progress. [Start: 70.33kg] D1 - 1 hr workout D2 - 30 mins workout D3 to D7 - I had to stop for 5 days, I got sick and unable to move my legs and arms😅 Now that I'm feeling better, I think I'll go back to workouts again.

I have been following this workout for a week now and I can see that there has been quite a lot of improvement in me. I used to complain about my left knee because it was so painful, but now it's gone! I got hospitalized because of severe stiff neck. It actually works! I went from 99 kgs to 90 in just 2 months. It might sound like losing 9kgs in 2 months is very unhealthy but I did this exercise everyday and had a very proper and healthy diet plan. I followed the instructions properly and didn't force myself if i was tired. I always had food at the right time. I had every kind of food but i took less portions of everything and had more veggies than usual. If you do it right then im sure youll see good results. Thank you so much emi! ❤

Today is my third day of this exercise. As someone who has been struggling to follow a healthier lifestyle, I found this workout very helpful. I sweat a lot but I can finish it. It's 30 minutes long, and I can fit it into my morning before getting my son ready for school and leaving for work. I am 60.8 kgs now, will update how it goes. Thank you Emi!

Same case here i lost 13 kg in 3.5 months by doing this exercise. i calculated my BMR and according to this restricted my diet. left all junk foods as much as possible.and now i am doing intermediate fasting from past 4 days.HAPPY ME😊.

@@personfromnowhere16 cardio doesnt make you burn, it's there to make you sweat and increase your heart beat. Cardio is a very good tool to lose fat. You can do more muscle focused exercises that specifically say tone or some strength exercises to feel the burn.
I've always struggled with following workouts even when I was a teenager. Now I'm 23 and with the beginning of 2023 I sweared to myself I will finally do it like properly this time. I'm on my 10th day actually and you're the first trainer that keeps me motivated. I did it one time a day for the first week and now I'm doing it twice. I'm mixing this workout with your 45 min walking cardio & 30 min HIIT. I'm starting to see very small changes but everything in this world takes time :) thank you for keeping me motivated & i'll update when i reach 14th day :)

I only finished 23 minutes in this workout. This is the easiest yet sweating exercise I have tried so far. This is a good cardio exercise indeed. I'll do this again tomorrow ♥️
@@padmapriyanka2813if you want to lose belly fat you gotta lose overall bodyfat . Walking is great, but also eating less carbs and ov course calorie deficit are the key to lose belly fat
Be careful cause 44kg is okay… but try not to lose anymore cause you risk being underweight… 44kg is quite small but just about healthy even if you’re short. Try not to lose too much more.

I’m so happy that I found Emi’s workouts. I have a 2year old baby and I ran out of excuses not to lose my babyweight. Gyms take time for the commute and plus they are expensive. This workout is perfect to do while my baby is taking a nap. I’m combining it with intermittent fasting. I will see how it all works out. Quick update: By the end the week I was able to do this workout without running out of breath and pausing it. I lost 2 kilos. I can zip the jeans I was not able to fit in. I have 5 more kilos to lose. I am switching to Emi’s 30min HIIT now, because it seems harder. I’m still doing intermittent fasting, also I’m low on carbs.

Hello Emi, I started workout 2 months ago with this video, then I found your 45 minutes walking cardio and I stick with it for a month. I didn't expect anything at that time, because I just want to move my body more. Unexpectedly, I lose about 2 kg and my body feels lighter. Then, I managed to do fasting so I could lose more weights. I back doing workout with this video again because I think 30 minutes workout is enough for me. Also, I can't find more suitable workout than this video. This workout is easy and impactful. From 64.5 kg, now my weight is 61.7. Thank you for creating this video. I wish I could continue this habit forever.

Challenging myself to do this every day for the next month. I usually start my workout by a leisure dance as a warm up. Current: I don’t take body weight since it’s not good for my mental health, but currently my jeans hardly fit, and I’m very low in self confidence. It’s rare for me to finish a workout, so I’m going to do what I can until I can consistently finish the work out. I will update at the end of March! March 1st- I made it to 10 minutes! I know that’s not a lot, but it’s progress in my eyes. I feel good about this!

I did it nonstop 30 minutes without resting for a sec . Its an intense workout yet enjoyable so it makes you move further. A good intense workout for beginners. I usually do weights, accordingly its a great workout

Im a big girl. I started 3days ago, im on intermitten fasting. When i wake up i drink a cup of warm water with 1tbs lemon & honey, do this exercise, drink enough water & start the meals on 12. lunch, fruit for snacks, dinner before 6pm, sleep on 9, repeat. I lost almost 3kg already. From 101kg to 98,15kg. We can do it!!! Fighting! 💪🤩
Update: im 96kg now. I know, it's slow, right? It's Ramadhan anyway, a fasting month. so i do lighter exercise like simple stretching, walking every morning for 3-5k steps & cycling before ifthar for only abt 2-3km. Don't forget, enough water! 1st September 2024. 4 months until the end of this year. I am 20 years and 7 months postpartum I gave birth to twins and my whole body has changed. Ive gained so much weight and i feel super insecure and sad about myself 24/7. Dont get be wrong of course I love my babies but I really wanna get fit again so that I can take care of them better. I previously lost 20 kgs by doing Chloe ting workouts and now i want to restart my journey. I have no Idea if I should comment this. I'm someone with a really weak metabolism at the age of 16. I have been constantly Fat-shamed since my childhood. The last time I finished a long workout was when I was having a mental break down. Now, After 2 years, I could finally finish a workout without skipping through nor slacking behind. Her enthusiasm and cheering up nature made me push through it. Honestly, I dropped to the floor while ugly crying. I was so proud of myself. I will stay consistent and work hard with this workout. Once Again, Thank you Emi, I lost 15 pounds with your workouts last year. Might be a small achievement but it's a really a big deal for me. 💖

Did this for a month (rest during period). I'm really satisfied with the results. I loss 7lbs without diet, my waist became smaller and my arms looked tone. Next month, I'm gonna try other more intense workouts and stick to this as well. Thanks Emi❣️

Hi everyone. I'm a girl who is trying to loose weight. I'm 18 now and weigh 78 kgs. My goal is 70 for now. I did this workout and yes it worked for me. Not just this I did this workout 3 days a week and other day I added HIIT workouts and Pilates and Sundays dance. As it is said not one workout will help u but variety of workout will help u loose weight. But still I did this 3 times a week. And in addition I underwent diet. Not cutting food but avoided sugars, and salty and oily food a lot. And as Indian it wasn't easy but I eat whatever my mum gave that's it. Nothing other outside food. And yet a Lil cheat meal once a week or once in 2 weeks like a candy or ice cream. 😅.
Trust me good home food, exercise, and good lifestyle works. And now I lost 2kgs in 3 weeks. I'm 76 now. Yay. THANK YOU emi. She played a big part in my life. ❤❤❤❤

UPDATE: As promised, here’s what I’ve noticed after 14 days. Also take note that I’m in a calorie deficit! Because of that, I’ve cut down on sugary drinks and chips for better results. I still eat what I like but I don’t do it regularly, and I made sure to eat in moderation. Unfortunately I haven’t reached my target weight yet after doing this but I lost 2kg ! It was really difficult to be consistent during the first few days of doing this, but thankfully I was able to follow along. Just remember to not rush this workout if you seem to find yourself struggling so I suggest to give yourself a break for awhile and continue! That’s all for now 😊

Update: So after 10 days i was travelling alot and because of that couldn't do the excercise everyday. But I was able to do it thrice in a week. Now it has been week since I have started doing it everyday again. Today is 7th day and I have checked my weight it is 66.8 kg.🥰 I mean wow. Just 25 days and lost 2 kgs.
I was not able to do it because of my schedule but I'm sure if I would have done it properly I would have lost more weight. I might have lost my water weight but still it is reduce and I'm very happy with it.
All you need to do is do excercise regularly, avoid junk food and drink alot of water. That's all. You might see the changes slowly but slow weight lose stays for long.
So whoever is doing this excercise don't loose hope and keep doing it... You can do it😉

I'm a 15 years old girl, and I'm trying to lose weight too. I was body shamed by my relatives every reunion and I think I've had enough. I was 70.33kg and now 68.75kg, slow but at least there's progress. I started Emi Wong's workout just yesterday (idk what got into me but yeah). I did the 1 hr walking workout yesterday and decided to lay low today because my body's sore from yesterday. I'm also doing intermittent fasting and avoiding sugary, oily and fatty foods. But if I can't avoid it, I just eat little portion. I believe we can do this! It's better to keep swimming than sank ୧( ˵ ° ~ ° ˵ )୨ I'll comeback after a month with my progress.

I have been following this workout for a week now and I can see that there has been quite a lot of improvement in me. I used to complain about my left knee because it was so painful, but now it's gone! I got hospitalized because of severe stiff neck. I can still feel the pain after taking medicines, but after doing this cardio exercise for a week, I no longer feel the pain on my neck!

It actually works! I went from 99 kgs to 90 in just 2 months. It might sound like losing 9kgs in 2 months is very unhealthy but I did this exercise everyday and had a very proper and healthy diet plan. I followed the instructions properly and didn't force myself if i was tired. I always had food at the right time. I had every kind of food but i took less portions of everything and had more veggies than usual. If you do it right then im sure youll see good results. Thank you so much emi! ❤

Today is my third day of this exercise. As someone who has been struggling to follow a healthier lifestyle, I found this workout very helpful. I sweat a lot but I can finish it. @@personfromnowhere16 cardio doesnt make you burn, it's there to make you sweat and increase your heart beat. Cardio is a very good tool to lose fat. You can do more muscle focused exercises that specifically say tone or some strength exercises to feel the burn.

I've always struggled with following workouts even when I was a teenager. Now I'm 23 and with the beginning of 2023 I sweared to myself I will finally do it like properly this time. I'm on my 10th day actually and you're the first trainer that keeps me motivated. I did it one time a day for the first week and now I'm doing it twice. I'm mixing this workout with your 45 min walking cardio & 30 min HIIT. I'm starting to see very small changes but everything in this world takes time :) thank you for keeping me motivated & i'll update when i reach 14th day :)

Be careful cause 44kg is okay… but try not to lose anymore cause you risk being underweight… 44kg is quite small but just about healthy even if you’re short. Try not to lose too much more.

I’m so happy that I found Emi’s workouts. I have a 2year old baby and I ran out of excuses not to lose my babyweight. Gyms take time for the commute and plus they are expensive. This workout is perfect to do while my baby is taking a nap. I’m combining it with intermittent fasting. I will see how it all works out.
Quick update:
By the end the week I was able to do this workout without running out of breath and pausing it. I lost 2 kilos. I can zip the jeans I was not able to fit in. I have 5 more kilos to lose. I am switching to Emi’s 30min HIIT now, because it seems harder. I’m still doing intermittent fasting, also I’m low on carbs.

Hello Emi, I started workout 2 months ago with this video, then I found your 45 minutes walking cardio and I stick with it for a month. I didn't expect anything at that time, because I just want to move my body more. Unexpectedly, I lose about 2 kg and my body feels lighter. Then, I managed to do fasting so I could lose more weights. I back doing workout with this video again because I think 30 minutes workout is enough for me. Also, I can't find more suitable workout than this video. This workout is easy and impactful. From 64.5 kg, now my weight is 61.7. Thank you for creating this video. I wish I could continue this habit forever.
Anyone amazed at how Emi managed to smile throughout the whole workout??? Because I pretty darn am. My face was scrunched up in an unpleasant way plus reeking of sweat the whole 30 minutes lol. Thanks again Emi for another effective workout!

I usually start my workout by a leisure dance as a warm up.
Current: I don’t take body weight since it’s not good for my mental health, but currently my jeans hardly fit, and I’m very low in self confidence. It’s rare for me to finish a workout, so I’m going to do what I can until I can consistently finish the work out. I will update at the end of March!

After waking up in the morning just drink a warm water then
Breakfast : 1-2 boiled egg and small amount of rice
Lunch : "utan" in visaya + 1 boiled egg and 1 Banana
Dinner : 2 or 3 boiled egg + vegetables
Drink water before you eat.

I did it nonstop 30 minutes without resting for a sec . Its an intense workout yet enjoyable so it makes you move further. A good intense workout for beginners.
