Honestly the best standing core I’ve ever ever done! I love it and I love the no breaks to keep the heart rate up! Still working on some coordination on some moves but I get a lot better every time I do it!!! ❤
And I’m old enough to be your mother but this video ROCKED!!! Loved the fast pace, short breaks, no talking, just gitter done!! Thanks and please do more like this!! 💪❤😊.
Very good selection of movements they were easy to follow, the workout is felt on the abs while being gentle with the joins (considering the arthritis) this I recommend!
