    Absolutely love your routines/workouts! I'm tired of jumping and also, I have had a knee replacement that still bothers me when I do aerobic exercise. I passed your name on to my best friend in NY. . . . we are both in our early 70's, but very young looking.(well, maybe not our faces so much) Thank you so much!

    Hi Mizi, love your workouts - we do three of your videos everyday. Please can you create a FULL SERIES of chair workouts for disabled seniors, including leg strengthening ones to protect the knees as we are trying to avoid knee replacement surgery in both knees. Thank you in advance

    I was always a slim girl, but during COVID I gained a lot AND I MEAN A LOT and now couldn't go back to how I was cause I'm too lazy to do anything
    Now I'm taking a step and for my own health issues I'm starting to workout.Besides this I'm doing the 'Get rid of double chin and face fat' routine
    ✨Any tips would do on what I should avoid or when to exercise, before or after eating ✨

      You can exercise anytime. If you do after eating. Make sure the food digest 2-3 hours to perform exercise ❤️😍

    thank you so much for this.have 4 kids and am breastfeeding my 18 month old.got really big upper arms and a big tummy have been doing this for 2 week now and i lost 1 kilo .i am 74 now but i would like to be atleast 68-65.im sure i will get there with this workout.♥

      ​@@Amethyst.44I don't weigh myself because I don't have a weight scale hahaha, but I know my weight has gone down from the clothes I wear, what used to be tight is now looser and people comment on why my body can't get fat, I exercise at least 3-4 a week once a week, but because I follow the challenge given by Mizi, I try to do it every day and mix it with other work outs, a maximum of 45 minutes,, I maintain my diet by reducing oily food and eating more vegetables, before my face was full of acne, now it's gradually better. There are no good results without struggle, let's start taking care of our health & so many thanks to mizi for your video work outs

      Oh my goodness, so simple so easy but yet I am sweating like crazy and I can feel it in every muscle in my body. Lol thank you honey I appreciate these videos!     Good morning from New Zealand Mizi❤ after a month and half I have been committed your video! Now am back again and I want to say thank you for this short video to top up after I finished 42 to 45 minutes of your intents cadio and dumbbell work out!! And this video was amazing one!!     Hi Mizi! Thank you for all your online workouts! I try to do one almost every day and it helps me feel better during the week. But i was wondering: you give examples of the upcoming exercise after which a new film starts with the clock counting. Would it be an idea if you'd be doing the particular exercise just 10 seconds longer and have the clock start in the running video after ten seconds? This way we also get the example but if you are already in the rhythm, you don't have to start again, which sometimes is, to my simple mind, confusing. Meant as a positive suggestion. I am truly thankful for all your effort and it's a great help for me and many others!
