@@Amethyst.44I don't weigh myself because I don't have a weight scale hahaha, but I know my weight has gone down from the clothes I wear, what used to be tight is now looser and people comment on why my body can't get fat, I exercise at least 3-4 a week once a week, but because I follow the challenge given by Mizi, I try to do it every day and mix it with other work outs, a maximum of 45 minutes,, I maintain my diet by reducing oily food and eating more vegetables, before my face was full of acne, now it's gradually better. There are no good results without struggle, let's start taking care of our health & so many thanks to mizi for your video work outs

Hi Mizi! Thank you for all your online workouts! I try to do one almost every day and it helps me feel better during the week. But i was wondering: you give examples of the upcoming exercise after which a new film starts with the clock counting. Would it be an idea if you'd be doing the particular exercise just 10 seconds longer and have the clock start in the running video after ten seconds? This way we also get the example but if you are already in the rhythm, you don't have to start again, which sometimes is, to my simple mind, confusing. Meant as a positive suggestion. I am truly thankful for all your effort and it's a great help for me and many others!

Hi Mizi! Thank you for all your online workouts! I try to do one almost every day and it helps me feel better during the week. But i was wondering: you give examples of the upcoming exercise after which a new film starts with the clock counting. Would it be an idea if you'd be doing the particular exercise just 10 seconds longer and have the clock start in the running video after ten seconds? This way we also get the example but if you are already in the rhythm, you don't have to start again, which sometimes is, to my simple mind, confusing. Meant as a positive suggestion. I am truly thankful for all your effort and it's a great help for me and many others!
