    No music, just my voice taking you through relaxing stretches to center yourself and relax.

    Hello, i am 14 years old and my hamstrings are too tight to even do the beginning, Could you give me some advice?

      Continually stand in forward fold, letting your arms dangle. Slowly release the hamstrings so you don't injury and muscles.
