- Let's take time to cultivate gratitude and center ourselves in our heart space. We'll move through feel-good flows, strengthen the core, and do one of my favorite movements -- down dog undulation. This practice is all about feeling good, being fully present in your body and in the moment, and really taking in all the good that you have and are. We'll also be using our breath to take in the good and express our gratitude. Inhaling love/joy/peace and exhaling gratitude. After a lot of flowing movement, we'll end with supported fish pose to soften, relax, and deepen the opening in our heart space. Ahhhh.♥ I'm grateful for you practicing with me! Suggested props: 2 blocks
