- This practice is for cultivating self love and acceptance as we open the heart space. You have the option to use this mantra throughout practice: I love and accept myself exactly as I am. We'll move through backbends such as puppy pose, cobra, wild thing, a low crescent lunge backbend variation, locust, and supported fish. We'll also incorporate a slow-moving flow through crescent lunge with goddess arms, warrior 2, and reverse warrior. Props needed: 2 blocks
