Thank you for sharing my story! There were more flirting going on than I mentioned in e-mail and some real reasons why it was difficult to set something up. But still, no real effort to arrange something. And if she really had wanted to see me I know she would have found a way. Haven't hearded anything from my ex since the beginning of January, so I am moving on. I am ok with that and I have other options that I am seeing.
All the tools I have learned are very useful when dating new women, but also at work and with friends as well.
When a woman wants to see you, she makes time, changes her other plans or cancels other commitments!

I feel like if I would have never worked on myself they probably would have come back to me to fail but because I worked on myself they're never coming back
Although the person is not my ex so I guess that's why they never came back
I know the feeling, I didn't deserve to get broken up with, her mother sabotaged our relationship, I worked on myself anyway over 9 months, CH course and workbooks, never had a reach out in nearly two years, I'm surprised Craig felt the most for the ones who got a reach out and blew it.
19 months and I still miss her. Its just very hard.

Hi Craig! I’m loving all the videos - they feel like a warm blanket during the hell I’m going through; thank you! I feel I need some one-on-one coaching, but even the discounted prices are currently a little cost prohibitive for me. So, maybe the question is weird, or maybe you’ve heard it before, but: are there payment plans and/or types of insurance you take? I’ve begun your workbook series, but I am getting a lot of advice that doesn’t seem right, however genuine folks are trying to be, and I feel I’m spinning and I need help getting out of my own head…

My ex keeps coming back to me but then backs off when we’re getting close. Hot and cold typical avoidant. We agreed to ‘take things slow’ but it’s been 7 months of this hot and cold behaviour!! I’m scared to talk to him about being in a relationship again because I’m not sure if it will just scare him off completely or if I should just let him come to me when he’s ready. I really need a coaching session because I have no idea where to go from here.. i don’t think I’m doing anything wrong, it’s just my ex doesn’t know what he wants. He always breaks no contact eventually and says he thinks or me etc but why is he still so off with me? We have been on and off for a long time now.
I’m sorry you’re going through this Amelia. I know it can be daunting. What I would say is he doesn’t want to lose you so he’s keep you close enough to know that he doesn’t have you but also doesn’t lose. And it sucks as well because it’ll involve a lot of bread crumbing. What I would say is you need to stand your ground by going no contact. Make your intentions clearly known. If you need to discuss more, or just need reassurance you can always text me. Disclaimer tho I’m not a coach, I just understand how much this can hurt and I’d love to help where possible
It's been nearly 10 months of NC, after a 15 year relationship broke down, and I'm struggling. Should I reach out if she isn't contacting me? I feel SO lost :(
She's in a rebound currently, so I dunno if that changes anything?

No, do not reach out. Stay in NC
I can only imagine how lost you feel, I am still recovering after a 6 month relationship that ended 4 months ago. The only thing we can do is try to let go, especially if they are in a rebound. Try to limit the amount you look into her and the rebound and only consider reaching out if you know for sure it is over between them. I know you probably still feel loyal to your ex, but try to keep an eye open for other women who might be interested in you. Just the act of being open to seeing other people will help you let go.
@@negativeone3691 Then stay in NC. Never reach out while they are with the rebound. Imagine how embrassing it would be for you to write "I miss you" and she is with the rebound? Let that help you to stay strong. And that Rebound will end. My ex rebounded 26 days later after 3½ years together. She sure made the rebound seem so special on social media but 1 year and 2 months and it still ended and before that I know they had numerous breakup so never believe social media. Its a lie. Stay in NC and stay strong.
