Aaj se karib 24- 25 din pehle ye Beginner's Camp shuru Kiya Tha. Though 21 din ka kaam ek do din late hone ke wajah se 25 din lag Gaye Lekin har din wapas aana har subha ek alag hi khushi deta hai. Yoga is not just about asanas and practice, It's about mental clarity, peace and connection with your innerself and yoga is about being a good person. Being much more active towards the environment, much more loving and caring towards your loved ones and most importantly being loving and caring toward your own self.. I hope all of us who came here with hope in there eyes maybe for a good physical heath or mental calmness. It all comes TRUE. A lot of love and appreciation to each and everyone who is reading this. 6 October 2024 I am 18 years girl going through various financial, academic and family issues because of these i have experienced frequently panic attacks and anxiety attacks so i started yoga this is my day 1 I did it and i feel very calm and good ❤
Namaste, I never believed in yoga before, always used to do hard core exercises and giving thrill to body was fun. But today I experience soothing and so relaxing. I got to know every movement of my body and did inner exploration of my body. Ahinsa to my body is something unknown to me, today i got know bit of my body and it really felt living. Thank you ma'am. I want to know more and learn more. Feeling alive.

This was my very first yoga class. I'm almost 66. My entire life. I've never been flexible, so my body is hurting, but I loved this session and will continue. My biggest fault since going Vegan to stop Cruelty 10 years ago is that I overdo things because I have so much energy and end up hurting myself so after hurting my knees a few months ago on stretches because I want to go rock climbing, I will take it a bit easier on my body this time. So that I can go rock climbing for my next birthday 😊 Thank you for this wonderful yoga class 🙏💚🙏

Day 1✅ - 23/10/2024 Ahinsa is explained so beautifully. I keep stressing our body and mind with many thoughts. I am cruel to my mind and body - everytime I overthink or not being present in the moment. Yoga is being present there - not wandering your mind. To be gentle with your body and mind - don't overeat, don't overthink, don't stress your brain with unnecessary problems, eat healthy, be happy. My body is relaxed. I have been doing asanas for a long time, but never tried this approach of focusing on breathing and being gentle to my body.

This morning yoga flow is so wholesome! I have tried many others but this one has the correct pace and affects every muscle of the body.
Just found your video am a regular to yin Yang yoga and traditional..enjoyed your class but hard to follow when you are speaking English a little more clarity would be great .. will tune in again for day 2 and see how it goes ..I did the seven chakras which I enjoyed ..thankyou 🙏 5/4/24

Thankyou very much mam..in Hindi translator yoga..I was very frustrated to my life due to major issues and fall in depression..I always feel what is doing in this universe nd pray to God,he will pick my hands and show me direction..in May month I have gone on the lake and feel piece in mind.. then start my journey in the shadow of tree, daily walk in full summer 🌞..I feel this is my original path.. 2nd month I started yoga mudras and doing practice day by day..now my 3rd month started with your satvik yoga..this is very helpful for me..i will follow your respective satvic yoga this will give me more and more power of soul..i want to be deeply attached with nature..thnx mam Radhe Radhe

Ahinsa is explained so beautifully. I keep stressing our body and mind with many thoughts. I am cruel to my mind and body - everytime I overthink or not being present in the moment. Yoga is being present there - not wandering your mind. To be gentle with your body and mind - don't overeat, don't overthink, don't stress your brain with unnecessary problems, eat healthy, be happy.
My body is relaxed. I have been doing asanas for a long time, but never tried this approach of focusing on breathing and being gentle to my body.
I did the entire routine with you today Guruji. I feel so good! Thank you so much Guruji. May you be blessed for shining your light on the world. Namaskaram🙏
