to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.
It's easy to burn out and loose yourself when you are pursuing your dreams. Today's flow is all about grounding and stabilising yourself. Just like a tree needs to have strong roots in order to fully grow, we also need to firmly ground ourselves and our bodies before aiming high.
This flow will help improve the blood flow to the reproductive organs and remove stored toxins from the area. This will also help you reconnect with yourself.
So come onto your mats and enjoy today's beautiful and nurturing flow practised in front of the most meditative place that I've lately visited.
Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

I must thank satvik yoga family for giving me the relief that i wanted from periods. Before, i had to take medicines every month. But now i do not take any. I have also controlled eating processed food, however not completely, but i avoid whenever it's possible. And now i am not annoyed with periods anymore. Also, i did all kind of yoga with the help of this channel. And i also think that now it is the time you guys should show us some advance yoga. We are ready for it.

Im on day 13 but i did this because my periods started and it was paining. Now the pain is gone
I got my periods back🎉which were missing from 3 months. Though i took medicines but yoga played a crucial role.thank you mam❤

Ma'am I practicing 21 days yoga challenge from day one. From starting I did not feel any pain but from 2 to three days after practice yoga I feel back pain
Don't round your spine while practising yoga poses. Try your best to keep it elongated. Rounding your spine causes pain. This was explained by Radhika mam in one of her videos. Hope you got your answer why it was so.
Please do a yoga routine for thyroid. Love your videos but there’s no routine for thyroid patients.
