- Can you tackle our ultimate 78 Min Complete Full Body Dumbbell Workout. This incredible challenge will target every muscle group in the body for a complete full body workout.
Join me as we work our way through each muscle group. We will be tackling each muscle group in this order
Chest - Back - Legs - Shoulders - Biceps - Triceps - Abs
Here is the muscle group workout order and time stamps

You will need 3 sets on dumbbells, a heavy set , a moderate set and a light set.
In the video I have them set up in 3 stations to work our way through each
A the twist with this unique challenge is that each section will be our famous Staple sets that everyone at Zeus Fitness absolutely loves
If you haven't tried our staple sets before. What we do in each section is...
Our heavy set/station will be our staple exercise. We do this exercise before moving on to the moderate station. We then go back to the heavy staple before hitting the light station. Then back to the heavy and so on
You will pick it up as you go
With each exercise we will be hitting for 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds rest .
I will be coaching you every step of the way with form tips and pointers and also keep an out for our on Screen form tips and pointers also to keep you right
This is going to be tough one but one that will be well worth it
Perfect for doing at home or the gym and you really won't need that much weight for this to seriously burn
Try hitting this workout 3 times a week and start seeing the incredible results. I suggest doing every other day so you muscles have time to recover. A Monday , Wednesday and Friday would be perfect

Yeah it a killer this one but great wee workout
Thank you. Since I didn’t have a bench I used the floor. Only had a 5 and 10 pound weight. Still got a good work out. Near the end my arms where starting feet like Jello. The Abs part you killed me on those I was able to do them. I had completely the work out. 😊😊😊
Awesome great job! Yes the floor is perfect for any exercise where you don’t have a bench! Killer workout regardless of the weight being used and one you can keep coming back too 👌

💛 love this long steady workout. Although with only two pairs of dumbbells and no bench I had to make some adjustments, but it's still doable.
The legs part fell short though. Only four rounds instead of six. Great workout anyway 💪🇩🇪

I would also like to add that this particular 3 day dumbbell workout is the best I've seen so far. I've been workingout for years. It utilizes more than one set of dumbbells. But not so many that one needs a gym. Only recommendation I would make is listing the kilograms that you used. 15 kg, 6 kg, and 4 kg. Just for reference
What if you don’t have a bench ?
That’s ok, all exercises can be done from the floor or using a chair etc depending on the exercise ! Got lots of people doing a lot of the workouts without a bench
