    This is quité simply the best workout video out there. I did the individual ones and they were great - but this whole hour compilation is AMAZING! Every time I do it I am soaked in sweat and barely able to complete some of exercises. Isometric front raise.., say what!? Simply the best.

      I am not trying to blow smoke your arse, but I have never got so much out of a workout and needing so little to get it, and by little I mean space and equipment. Up to approximately 2 months ago my motivation to work out was nil. I hated driving to my gym where I was too self conscious to do high intensity workouts around all the mirror lookers taking their sweet time using space and equipment and getting their social time in.
      Let's just say the gym was a chore to say the least. Then, somehow I stumbled across your UA-cam channel which had completely transformed me mentally, and now very much physically. I appreciate so much the thought you put into your workouts and how you motivate me in particular to push through and get the most out of my workouts in such a short time. I started out doing a 10 min no repeat workout, now I do multiple workouts every day and with the variety of workouts to choose from I never get bored or complacent. Like I said at the beginning, this isn't just to blow smoke, I just want you to know how much I appreciate your efforts in helping others. I am a 45 year old, ex-muscular athlete that has packed on quite a bit of pounds over the last 20 years and now i feel my body slowing changing back and those muscles are starting to grow and show again.....lol.
      I recommend you channel to EVERYONE and I know 4 people who have started watching and working out and love it.
      Thank you a whole bunch from your fans over hear in Ontario, Canada. I'm hooked!!

    I didn't get a chance to do this individually as I was doing BURN all week, so smashing it in one session was awesome! I started with 10 mins of cardio from one of the BURN sessions to get the sweat flowing and it didn't stop until the hour was done. Killer!

    This was quite challenging took me 60 mins more or less instead of 53 but got it done got me sweating like a hog.... been doing this videos and the pyramid ones everyday day 1 in both day 2 in both and so on till Friday that I did this one only ...next week I will repeat both weeks into one but I'll do the other 4 videos back to back on Friday ( pyramid week )... its lo ger and I'm sure that will Gas the crap out of me but I will get it done!

    Well F you very much for that! 😂 I was sore after a football game on Saturday so nearly took a rest day before getting back to Zeus 'Burn' programme tomorrow.... then UA-cam stepped in and screwed me over by showing me this challenge. I also heard your voice telling me to do it and not cry off or make excuses.
    It was actually OK, tough but Ok. No breaks, no problem and shifted to heavier kettlebell and dumbells when the exerise allowed. Guess your other programmes have conditioned me well.
    Anyone hanging around the comments section who has not joined the Zeus tribe on facebook and tried one of the programmes off UA-cam. Get on it! ✊💪

    If I have done anything harder , well I struggle to remember. Maybe a cardio work out with cirque de Soleil might have been as hard. This is one for me to aim for,. I did most thing f it let’s say. I rarely do an hours worth and now I remember why. In a pool 🎱 f sweat here.
