Absolutely! I do a lot of workouts also without a bench just using the floor if needs be

Im a thirteen year old doing 30 reps everything and each side 30 reps with only 8lbs though and ngl the instuctions r kinda unlcear unless i am overthing

Alright mate,haven't done this for years,54 today,worked most of my life,steel,docks....heavy lifting,just wanted to know.....when you said go heavy for the first,what kg are you working with,cheers bud
Awesome Lee. The weight will obviously differ for everyone and with the nature of this workout, as you progress through it most will start to fade and have to drop down the weights
If memory is right I think I was just using 15kg for the heavier set. Again that was for demo purposes but everyone will be different. If you want to go heavier you can do , it’s time based. So you might be able to go heavier with less reps or lighter with more reps. It totally depends on the individual. But always remember what ever weight being used to keep the form good 👍
