Super terrific workout. Very thorough, but without what I call "the dread factor." I like that there are no compound moves, and there are 30-second rests.
Once when I went to a physical therapist for a meniscus tear, I took the opportunity to talk to him about my entire workout routine, and he told me to never, ever lift weights overhead (eg, military presses) because of the risk of shoulder injury. I've been confused ever since, because so many instructors include shoulder presses of some kind. This workout is extremely thorough WITHOUT shoulder presses. Are you in agreement with my physical therapist?
I'm 72 and have been working out to videos since Jane Fonda in the 80s!
