1 Hour Upper Body Dumbbell Workout no repeat challenge (60 awesome exercises)

  • Join me for this Brand New Zeus Fitness 1 hour upper body dumbbell workout no repeat challenge you can do from home or a gym . Are you up for the challenge?
    60 minutes and 60 exercises in total with No repeats
    This is one of the most complete upper body dumbbell workouts you can do from home or the gym also if you train there
    Originally released as mini individual dumbbell workouts , we are now bringing you the whole uninterrupted 1 hour workout and I'm challenging you to absolutely smash it
    All you will need is a selection of dumbbells. Ideally a lighter set, a medium set and a heavier set. But just work with what you have got
    What we will be doing is giving 10 mins concentrated work to each muscle group in the upper body before moving onto the next.
    Each muscle group will have 10 exercises each with no repeats so the workout will feel like it flies by
    This is the order of the muscle groups we will be hitting
    0:00 Chest
    10:07 Back
    20:20 Shoulders
    30:33 Biceps
    40:38 Triceps
    50:50 Abs
    You can make this as tough as you wish by simply upping or lowering the weight. Trust me, it won't matter what weight you use. This one will be a killer
    Whether you're a relative beginner or one of our more advanced Zeusers, everyone can give this a go.
    The great thing is if you really want to push yourself to the next level, you can also do this workout 2-3 times a week
    If you're going to , I suggest giving yourself a day or 2 in between each time to let this muscles recover.

    AWESOME 60 minute, consistently paced upper body workout. I was looking for something around 20 mins tonight, but this new drop inspired me to commit to the longer workout, and I feel great! 12/13/22, from Maryland.

    Awesome workout. The only exercise i couldnt do was the weighted leg lift at the end. That was an ab killer 🤪👍🏋‍♂️

    I completed this workout today. I enjoyed it upper body and will focus on doing this every other day and the other day I do my aerobics or walking. Thanks I’m 64 years old and manage to do it and motivated. If you have suggestions for a lady my age I would appreciate it.

    Even though I wasn’t feeling good had a bad headache. I didn’t want to loose my strike. The pole one I end up using my side bathroom door. 😊 I was able to complete

      Emm really depends on the weight and how the muscles are feeling! Maybe be better to do every other day so the muscles get time to recover! Could do this 1 day, lower body the next then back to this and so on! A little upper lower split

      Great job as that’s a tough one! Emm really depends on your goals and how you’re feeling! Cardio after this hour could be pretty tough! You could maybe hit the cardio the following day , then the lower body the day after! A nice wee upper , lower and cardio split

    Alright time to see how much I can bulk up in 8 weeks. That's when the welding class ends and having noodle arms could knock me down a couple dollars an hour going to work there. It better sound like a joke when they ask if you can lift and carry 50 pounds.

      It can do! Start light and get the form on point! Then you can always look to increase your weight a little each time you do it
