      Yup, choose natural sugars that have low GI (e.g coconut palm sugars, stevia, monk fruits, honey) over refined sugars 😊👍

    WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!! Only 24 grams of sugar per day?!!!! Really you can consume that in one beverage. What about the fruits and vegetables that contain natural sugars is that included too? Awesome and good information as usual!!! :

      Thank you for your input. This was the guideline given by American Heart Association for a maximum amount of added sugars per day. The amount of sugar that is safe to eat per day may also depend on your total caloric intake, activity level, and etc. So most importantly, figure out what works for you. Thank you for watching 🙏❤
