1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4)Protein to build muscles and organs
5)Love yourself

i honestly don't even really care about getting a v-line face but these stretches are so relaxing because I always carry tension in my neck and shoulders. I'll do these for a week or so and hey, if I lose the double chin in the process it's a win-win lol

I'm sure if I continue doing these plus lose a bit of weight it'll be gone for good, plus I fell so much more relaxed and my posture is better. literally what else could you ask for?

Ok so I don't know how many days I been doing this (over a month), and I didn't keep track of results BUT I got A LOT of people saying that my face got super slim. There are some major differences I've noticed and I recommend everyone trying for sure!!

day5- did it , the results are amazing, my face feels so healthy and slim, my jawline's all defined and i feel pretty
day6 - i did it, i feel so good these days as i exercise and drink more water and do these face exercise
day7- i skipped
day 8- i did few exercises
day 9 - i did it
day10 - my face has never looked better i'm happy with the results, i 100% recommend this exercise. i used to hate my face as it was all chubby and i had a receding chin but i got to know that you can get a receding chin from breathing by mouth and i was a mouth breather so i also stopped doing that and now i even focus on sitting straight and i've been focusing on myself and i feel amazing

Its actually really relaxing to do every morning but you will see its effects a little late. For fast effects you can add other facial or collarbone exercises to your routine, it really helped me get rid of my double chin and get proper posture. Good luck everyone!!

@@polar847 Hi! Before I tell you which ones I did, I want you to know that you do not have to do the same as me, it may have worked for me but you have to find one that makes you feel happy, that you do not see it as a burden, and that you like to do.
I have done THOUSANDS of routines and most of them did not work, because I did not like to do them, they bored me, and I could not lose anything
until I try shirly's, and I really love them, I find them entertaining and I can do them without saying "Ugh I have to exercise" on the contrary it excites me!
Do not look at how much you burn, how much you do, or that you always have to exercise (someone who went through that tells you).

I did not have a routine, I just did 30-50mins 5 times a week, towards full body and leg or full body and abs, towards the whole body. the other days he would stretch or go for a walk.
As for food: I don't usually eat junk food,
However, sometimes I wanted to eat the delicious gummies, so I ate it if I wanted.
This has accelerated my metabolism and above all it has made me lose weight and keep it off!

doing this workout everyday and coming back!! Day 1: did it, felt so relaxed👍 Day 2: I forgot to do the workout but I got back on track!! After today I felt that my double chin was slowly disappearing!! Again felt very relaxed and at peace of mind. Day:3 This is a late update but I’m telling u guys what happened in the past hahah I got a lot of compliments on my face! A lot of people told me I lost face weight and my face is a lot more defined, my double chin is no where to be seen!

Fact :- None of them told to put moisturizer before starting exercise
Reason:-Before you start, applying a serum, moisturiser or oil with some slip can help to keep the skin supple when you stretch. As you press your face into your skin for certain exercise, you can move the product into the skin further, improving efficacy

So I've done it for seven days, and I've noticed a slight difference in my face. It works! I'm going to do it for longer and then hopefully I remember to update this. For some background information my face is square-ish shaped, and my cheeks have slimmed down a bit, making my face more v-shaped!

I saw some people say it helps with neck/shoulder tension and headaches along with other benefits so I will be trying to do this daily :)
