    i honestly don't even really care about getting a v-line face but these stretches are so relaxing because I always carry tension in my neck and shoulders. I'll do these for a week or so and hey, if I lose the double chin in the process it's a win-win lol

    Day 7: ✅ DONE! y'all these stretches are the real deal, my face shape is a lot more defined, literally more V-lined than when i started AND the fat under my chin has decreased noticeably. I'm sure if I continue doing these plus lose a bit of weight it'll be gone for good, plus I fell so much more relaxed and my posture is better. literally what else could you ask for?

    Ok so I don't know how many days I been doing this (over a month), and I didn't keep track of results BUT I got A LOT of people saying that my face got super slim. There are some major differences I've noticed and I recommend everyone trying for sure!!

    i'll start doing this from today (4 may)
    day 1 - done, I feel so relaxed (I did it right after the 10 min full body workout)
    day 2 - did it
    day3 - did it
    day 4- did it
    day5- did it , the results are amazing, my face feels so healthy and slim, my jawline's all defined and i feel pretty
    day6 - i did it, i feel so good these days as i exercise and drink more water and do these face exercise
    day7- i skipped
    day 8- i did few exercises
    day 9 - i did it
    day10 - my face has never looked better i'm happy with the results, i 100% recommend this exercise. i used to hate my face as it was all chubby and i had a receding chin but i got to know that you can get a receding chin from breathing by mouth and i was a mouth breather so i also stopped doing that and now i even focus on sitting straight and i've been focusing on myself and i feel amazing

    Its actually really relaxing to do every morning but you will see its effects a little late. For fast effects you can add other facial or collarbone exercises to your routine, it really helped me get rid of my double chin and get proper posture. Good luck everyone!!

    I did it for more than 2 weeks because I noticed I stop having head aches ( I used to have every week once) and neckpains. I had already slim face but is really relaxing and good for face and neck muscles. 감사합니다

      ​@@polar847 Hi! Before I tell you which ones I did, I want you to know that you do not have to do the same as me, it may have worked for me but you have to find one that makes you feel happy, that you do not see it as a burden, and that you like to do.
      I have done THOUSANDS of routines and most of them did not work, because I did not like to do them, they bored me, and I could not lose anything
      until I try shirly's, and I really love them, I find them entertaining and I can do them without saying "Ugh I have to exercise" on the contrary it excites me!
      Do not look at how much you burn, how much you do, or that you always have to exercise (someone who went through that tells you).

      I did not have a routine, I just did 30-50mins 5 times a week, towards full body and leg or full body and abs, towards the whole body. the other days he would stretch or go for a walk.

      This has accelerated my metabolism and above all it has made me lose weight and keep it off!

    Fact :- None of them told to put moisturizer before starting exercise
    Reason:-Before you start, applying a serum, moisturiser or oil with some slip can help to keep the skin supple when you stretch. As you press your face into your skin for certain exercise, you can move the product into the skin further, improving efficacy

    I'm trying to do it every day for two weeks, let's see if I'll manage to stick to it:

    Day 2: done!
    Day 3: done! I won't give up ;)
    Day 4: done! Headache didn't stop me. The massage soothed the pain a bit :)

    Day 6: I skipped but that's fine 😅
    Day 7: done! Feeling great 😃
    Day 8: done! I may be biased but when I look at myself in the mirror my face is prettier than before ;)

    Day 12: done! I'm so consistent, I love how relaxing this is!
    Day 13: done! I shortened it today, focusing on face exercises and skipping the massages

    This way I managed to do this "workout" every day for two weeks. It was worth it, my face looks less chubby and feels very exercised, haha. I like following this in the evening as the massage elements are very relaxing and soothing. Based on great tips from other videos on youtube, I learnt that in order to work on your double chin and get rid of it it's good to pay close attention to your posture at all times, that's what I've been doing as well since the first day of my challenge. I stop counting days from now, it is the habit of mine already and I would like to keep it for good :D

    doing this workout everyday and coming back!! Day 1: did it, felt so relaxed👍 Day 2: I forgot to do the workout but I got back on track!! After today I felt that my double chin was slowly disappearing!! Again felt very relaxed and at peace of mind. Day:3 This is a late update but I’m telling u guys what happened in the past hahah I got a lot of compliments on my face! A lot of people told me I lost face weight and my face is a lot more defined, my double chin is no where to be seen!

    I am going to try this for a week! I have always been a very chubby person, and though I have grown confident in my body, my face has always been what I have been most insecure about. So I will TRY and stick with it for a week!

    YALL THIS KINDA FUCKiNG WORKS ITS ONLY BEEN 2 DAYS AND I FEEL A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN MY JAWLINE (nothing ever works for me) - I DO IT ONCE A DAY AT A RANDOM TIME LMAOOO
    Yall don't give tf up cause if u give up u wont see what u lost!!
    -keep in mind i fast from 6am-3pm everyday (hella unnessacary but just wanted to add that)
    -keep in mind i do it with oil (any oil would work just dont do it dry as it pulls the skin and increases ur chances of getting wrinkles)

    Gonna try doing this for 10 days and see if my face appears any slim or my jawline can get visible
    P.s. i do it once a day at night after using moisturiser or oil (sweet almond oil)

    I'll be doing this every 1-3 times a day until school starts (glow up goal ig⁉️). I have sligthly chubby cheaks and my face becomes square when i smile, so i would like to reduce that so that i could look more photogenic.
    DATE STARTED: June 4 2024
    Day 1: ✅Did it twice
    Day 2: ✅Did it once becuase i was busy majority of the day
    Day 3: ✅Did it twice
    Day 4: ❌Got a fever
    Im back again after over 2 weeks. I still have a month left before school starts, so i might aswell finish what ive started. I'll be trying to do this thrice a day to make up for the lost time.
    ✅DAY 1(July 1): Did it thrice. I feel relaxed, and i feel my cheek and jaw tense up a bit
    ✅DAY 2(July 2): Did it twice, no physical change yet
    ✅DAY 3(July 3): Did it thrice
    ✅DAY 4(July 4): Did it twice
    ✅DAY 5(July 5): Did it once
