- First episode of my new program for this month! I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead of the whole 4 weeks programs. You obviously won't lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!

it doesn’t matter if before, you could do jumping burpees and now you can do low impact. just move, and you’re already making a step in the right direction. it doesn’t matter if you feel discouraged by how your body may look or feel at this moment, just start moving again. you’re making progress. you’re doing great.

However, I am planning on doing 2 work outs a day after day 5. So this work out (morning) and one of the belly fat burning work outs (evening/afternoon). Hope this helps!

For anyone who’s wondering if this works: YES, IT DOES! I did this exercise (this video and the abs in 2 weeks video) during the pandemic, and I lost almost 20 kg in 5 months (with a proper diet and intermittent fasting). I was 16 during that time, and I maintained it until last year. These past few months, I gained weight again, so I came back here to restart my exercise journey again!! JUST KEEP GRINDING & LETS ACHIEVE OUR BODY GOALS AGAIN! ❤️TYSM CHLOEE❤️

@@juveriyafatima8478 Hi! Ya, suree, doing two videos a day is very great for losing weight. But it depends on you actually-whether your schedule or body can handle it. What I did before, when I just started, was do 1 video a day (cuz that was what my body could handle at that time because I was a total beginner XD). Then, I gradually increase the videos I do every day once my body adjusts and gets comfortable with the exercise. This helped me increase the exercise resistance at my own pace and made me feel stronger eventually. Tho, you can also try following Chloe Ting's free full programs on her website as your exercise guide. :))

Im currently 158 cm and weigh 65kg! + started eating clean!
DAY 1 ✅: Started strong, completed the workout but not with 100% efficiency
DAY 2 ✅: Completed! My whole body is sore!! didn't do the 3rd workout!
DAY 3 ✅: Feeling powerful!! completed all 3 workouts with full efficiency
DAY 4 ✅: Felt kinda weak but completed all 3 Workouts!
DAY 5 ✅: Was supposed to be a rest day but I did 3 random workouts hehe!!

I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I'm about to turn 30, I'm engaged to a man who finds me beautiful, but I know I'm obese.. (no really, I weigh over 200 lbs). I want to lose weight to be healthy and one day have kids, and I'm hoping that this wonderful community who supports one another with likes, comments and motivation will do the same for me. I was also someone reading the comments a month back. I CANNOT STRESS enough how important these are for daily motivation. It took me a whole month to get through the 2019 2 week shred. But it was the first time I've completed a program and you feel so much better mentally apart from all the other physical gains. When I got my periods i would do grow with jo for 1 hour but I had as many as 3 skip days in between from time to time last month irrespective of which channel I've followed. But despite everything I see a huge progress. First, my bloated belly is toned and I can see the outline of the abs. My arms are so much stronger, up and down planks have become my favourite. My face slimmed down, I see my collarbone again. I'm just in awe. In terms of weight loss, my starting weight was 80kg, and now I'm 77 after a month. In the last week, I also combined intermittent fasting. I would wind up dinner by 6.30 and eat again by 9 in the morning. Now I'm on to the 2021 2-week shred challenge. I'm excited, hope I can see it though. Also, I use an app called Simple to keep track of my food intake, fasting time, water intake, minutes exercised etc. It was a game-changer

Day 1 - ✔️weight 61.3 kg and took me a while to complete the full exercise
Day 2 to Day 4 - ❌couldn't do it cause guests came to my house continuing from today
Day 5 - ✔️ completed the exercise took me a while
Day 6 - ✔️ completed the exercise got me less time than last time to complete it also my weight is now 61 kg

So I’ve been doing this exercise twice a day for 3 days now and my plan is to do it for about a week or two ( coz I’m not very overweight and I’m doing this just to get back in shape) also I’m doing this without dieting.

Day 1:✅Done but just once and I pretty much just sat down and groaned during most of it😂( it’s harder than it looks 😫)
Day 2: ✅So I motivated myself and did it twice today!! Yup! I did it to the end also.. it’s quite draining so I did the high impact exercise for the first and the low impact for the second. I’m actually doing this exercise to see if I can reduce my stubborn belly.
Day 3: ✅Did it twice again today, high impact for the first and low impact for second,it’s not getting any easier and the way I sweat while doing this is just insane!😂. I definitely hope to continue doing this.

That’s one week now, and I can say that I’ve reduced quite some amount and my clothes are getting looser this days. My tummy however has reduced a bit but still quite stubborn so I’m now doing this with #chloetings ab work out. I’ll keep y‘all updated. So I’ve done this exercise for a week now and honestly I reduced and I know I’m in a good shape now, I don’t know if to continue coz I don’t want to be too skinny 😫.

And may I add that this work out has helped me restore my confidence in my own skin and body once more. Prior to this workout, i had been surfing UA-cam and trying out any exercise i could find and they just weren’t working out for me. So I just want to say Thank you Chloe ting, may God bless you!!❤.

My honest review: I’ve certainly lost some weight since I started this, my body is more toned than it was and my clothes feel freer now.

Don't be in hurry to lose weight ,just do it once a day and it is more than enough,take a day break if you need, your muscles need a break

a couple of days ago i did another video, but didn’t do anything after (my leg muscles were hurt but the video was mostly about legs so i didnt like it much), and i used to see results from this programme back in 2020 so i decided to do this instead and i promise myself to do it.
i was sleepy in the middle of the day but i made myself do it and i am very proud of myself!

chloe helped me lose so much weight last year but i put it back on due to my eating habits. i'm starting my journey again and i'm currently on day 2, i'm finding it very hard to get through workouts (i'm nearing my period) but i'll keep this updated until i finish this program :)
I did this for two weeks, I’m telling you it works, my stamina is so much better, I did gain 2 pounds (muscle) but lost many inches. I genuinely just feel better about myself. I’m extending my challenge to four weeks now and I am going to add some other workouts on top. Keep motivated guys!!! My mentality is so much happier now :)

@@Idontknoww3080I just ate whatever I wanted honestly! I was still eating stuff like chocolate and went out for dinners and still was able to make progress. I just made sure not to over eat and listen to what my body needs :)

So finally started doing this workout routine
Day 1 ✅ : Started and did pretty much great. Didn't feel any pain initially but soon my muscles started hurting by evening.
Day 2 ✅ : had pain around my thighs, back and arm. Skipped the last exercise in set 3. Was too tired for it
Day 3 ✅ : did everything. Extremely tried.
Day 4 ✅ : did everything less tired compared to other days
Day 5 ✅ : did everything, took less breaks (decided not to take the rest day and continue)
Day 6 ✅ : completed everything
Day 7 ✅ : did everything ✨
Day 8 ✅ : done
Day 9 : got my periods so only did the abs workout, as doing the entire bodyy was a bit difficult.
Day 10 ✅ : did all, with minimum breaks.
Day 11 ✅ : did everything.
Day 12 ✅ : did everything. Felt great
Day 13 ✅ : did everything.
Day 14 ✅ : did everything.
My opinion on this :
Honestly speaking it's really great. I had lost a total of 3KG I was quite happy with it. i enjoyed doing this so much perhaps I'm gonna add it to my routine workout for even more better results in the future, to all those out there who wanna try this out; go ahead. It's totally worth it.
Heyy, I was wondering if u were following any diet and what other changes u made to ur life while doing this.. I have been following Chloe’s program for a week now and I honestly don’t feel any change in my body 😭.
@@susme2888 hiii, the only change I made was cutting down of sugar, I didn't do anything else honestly. I increased my water intake. I added more fruits to my diet. And yeah I stayed consistent with it. If you want to take a step further, u could probably do a calorie deficit diet. Which will give more of a significant results.

Weight: 134ibs
Day 1: I almost died.. but i completed everything except those up & down planks😭
Day 2: slightly less overwhelming and i completed everything INCLUDING the up & down planks, no modifications!! and i started to take 1min breaks instead of the 10sec breaks she took :)
Day 3: family issues came up, so i sidetracked🥲 definitely getting back on track tmr morning.
Day 4: Felt really good to start again, especially with sore muscles😭 but that’s when it’s best to keep going! i fully completed everything, NO MODIFICATIONS🥳 and i still haven’t gotten used to those up & down planks😭

Day 1 - ✔️ condition- searched for oxygen 😬 yet completed the workout
Day 2- ✔️ condition- energetic than day 1 and full Sweat
Day 3- ✔️ condition-was having light body pains, but still made it 💪 and increased energy compared to day 2.
Day 4- ✔️ done !!! Body is a bit light today
Day 5- ✔️ completed !! Felt very energetic and was able to do the exercises with much ease compared to day 1 👍

Day 8- Holi festival, danced my heart out and legs are hurting as a result 😬

I used to do these during the pandemic. I'm really inspired myself looking back at what I've done.
doing the 2019 2-week shred for my trip on the 13th! no diet, just going to watch portions & try to drink lots of water. I usually do this when i wake up btw. (I started this yesterday but im documenting starting today)
day 1 : ✅ I didn’t do the warm up or cooldown, just this one and the 2 week abs!
day 2: ✅ done! it was a bit easier from yesterday but the 11 line abs video almost took me out.
day 3: ✅ RAHHH I FINISHED!! I wanted to quit so bad but then I remembered when I woke up my waist/love handle area looked slightly slimmer! I tried not to take many breaks because I wanted to get it over with but don’t be afraid to take a longer break, chloe is used to doing these high intensity workouts so don’t be hard on yourself!
day 4: ✅ done! tbh i did NOT want to do it today but what motivated me is that tomorrow is a rest day ! I didn’t expect to see any results because i had like 3-4 cookies before i went to sleep last night & also its only day 4 but thats okay because I’m improving on the exercises and I feel stronger! also instead of the core & arms workout I did her 10 min back workout because i wanted to focus more on that area.
day 5: Rest day ! I ate like really bad but idc cause I was craving that nutella bread.
day 6: ✅ done! I might have to cut the end of the challenge short because I have an unexpected trip next week before my other trip that I was originally doing this for, but I’m gonna try my best to complete it!
day 7: ❌ umm I ended up staying over my friends house and not being able to do it so I’m behind one day 😓

@@CassieTV try doing the low impact versions to put less pressure on your wrists. If that doesn't work, try building up the muscles on your arms, because it could be that you can't hold up your body weight and it's taking a toll on your wrist. Hope this helps!

P.S: Before starting this challenge I did Chole's No jumping hiit for few days as I have not been into exercise for quite a long time.I started this challenge in 23/4/24 .but because of a familial tragedy and my menstruation dates I had to take longer breaks.I skipped few of the exercises, Mainly did the optional ones too, cooling down is my fav exercise and I did low impacts versions whenever I was tired mainly for the High Knee or Push up I always followed the low impact ones.I am happy that I finished it, looking forward to more challenges..Good luck to you all ❤

Day 3: ✅ Now, I was definitely able to do more of the workouts and less of the Low impact workouts. I've definitely been feeling better, And I know eventually my hard work will pay off

Day 6: ✅Today was just one of those days~. I was just feeling super lazy haha, but I eventually got it done! I was able to do all of the regular exercises besides high knees (because I was lazy) And I noticed I've gotten stronger in arms and abs as well.

Day 1: I did it, though almost gave up.
Day 2: It was more difficult to do since my body was aching but did it with 30 sec rest after the sets.
Day 3: Some of them were difficult to do today but still carried on. Done for the day.
Inspired by a lot of comments here, here's me trying to be consistent as well.
Day 1: ✅ (Starting weight: 145 pounds. Weight updated below after 11 days of doing the workouts)
Day 2: ✅ (was able to do the better today except for the dreaded burpees!)
Day 3: ✅ (did three videos, still not the biggest fan of burpees)
