    any one of you wondering.. it really works guys !!.. I tried it for the first two weeks .. 1st week no results as such; end of 2nd week you'll be happy with the satisfactory results.. keep doing it and you'll get your dream body !!!!!

      @@archisha.b So i lost about like 10 lbs or 4.5 kgs ... tbh that scale is just a no., i tried not to check the scale after every workout only checked it before and after the 2 week shred..

    This exercise + arms workout + abs
    Weight-59 kg
    Height-160 cm
    Goal-53kg
    Day 1 ✅
    Day2 ✅(1st day gave a bodyache but managed to do today)
    Day3 - Didn’t do today,took a break
    Day4- ✅( feeling good )
    Day5 - ✅
    Day 6- ✅( 1kg down😊- feeling good )
    Day 7 - break
    Day 8-✅( technically 6th day because took breaks )- was easier to do today 😊
    Day9- break🥲
    Day10-✅- today was little difficult to do + did. 800. Skipping too
    Day 11-✅- did 4 km jogging, skipping-1200, push ups, high knee, lunges, plank
    Day 12-✅ same as day 11- did 4 km jogging + skipping-1500, push ups, high knee, lunges, plank
    Day 13- break
    Day 14- ✅
    4 breaks to be covered

    I started this 2019 flat belly program four days ago. Yesterday was a rest day so there was no exercise. Today I believe is my 4th day of workout. Im not giving up. I really want to lose lots of weight, and become healthy. That was my New Year’s resolution for 2024.

    i started doing this challenge on 5 november 2024
    its my day 8 . I used to do her workouts before i got married and lost so muxh weight before getting married by doing her workouts . its been three years . I gave birth to twin babies and now 1.5 years after goving birth i decided to do ger workouts again .
    Day 8 . i feel so much strength . I can complete the videos . I hope to loose weight and come in shape again .
    I am 26 years old weight is 68 kgs and height is 5.3 .. Lets see if it works for me like it did before ✌️🤞🏻

    Monday: ✅ current weight 71.6kg
    Tuesday: ✅ current weight: 70.9 kg
    Wednesday: ✅ 71.2 kg, I had a high calorie diet yesterday

    Maybe I didn't lose too much weight, but I’m enjoying this challenge because this workout makes me healthy. My waistline has shrunk by a few centimeters, and I feel more toned. I’m actually happier about my waistline reducing, as it means my workout isn't reducing my muscle mass too much, I think

      vtiredv I just started a week or so ago, but I also do the Body Project workouts, walk almost 5 miles every other day or so, and cut my calories. I’m not in shape and I wasn’t active at all before I started my journey. You can also do different days of HIIT and Low Impact exercise so your body doesn’t get used to the movements. 💕

    Day 1 ✅ i feel awful but i did it 🎉
    Day 2 ✅ still awful, i’m so weak😅
    Day 3 ✅ It got better today but still not strong enough for the whole workout
    Day 4 ✅ feeling pretty good today 💪🏻
    Day 5 ✅ Rest Day Thank God 😅
    Day 6 ❎ Took another rest day because i had too much to do that day 🥲
    Day 7 ✅ I still can’t finish all the exercises but i‘m proud that i didn’t give up already 😅
    Day 8 ✅ today was awful, i don’t know why but i was way to tired…i did all the workouts but with way to less effort shame on me
    Day 9 ✅ Still struggling but it’s getting better
    Day 10 ✅
    Day 11 ✅
    Day 12 ✅
    Day 13 ✅
    Day 14 ✅
    So i finished the two week shred. I didn’t take another rest day because i already took an extra one on the first week, i just repeated a day. It did get better in the end but it was hard, i could not finish one session without a few seconds extra break 😮‍💨 but i feel good about myself and i will continue working out but not with this challenge, it’s a great challenge and i love chloe but it’s not varied enough for me i want more different workouts sorry for my English btw it’s not my first language.
    As for results, on Day 14 my weight was at 77.30kg!! I’m really happy with that! 🥹
    And i’m really surprised by how much stronger my abs are now, the abs exercises where the only ones who really got so much easier to do in the end 🫶🏻
    As for eating, i started intermittent fasting on the first day of this 2 week shred challenge, i start to eat at 8:00 and i have dinner at 16:00. I drink 3 liters of water/tea everyday and i go for a walk (60-90min) everyday ♥️
    I’m coming back everyday for updates ♥️ Stay healthy and happy ♥️

    i just started this program today. i was tired of my family telling me i look obese when i am not. i felt very sad and hurt when they told me i should eat less. so here i am, i had started workout few months back but due to laziness and lack of consistency, i didnt continue doing the workouts, and obviously, i barely saw any results. so im right now 69kgs and im 5ft6. i am willing to put efforts and consistency in this workout plan. i have joined the programme. i feel that updating everyday will be very effective and motivating.     Doing this for 14 days let’s see if my lazy behind can keep up with her!!
    Day 1: ✅ it was the most hardest excercise I’ve ever done. That or i’m just out of shape.
    Day 2: ✅ My legs are so freaking sore from all them movements yesterday but still did the workout! It was a little easier which was very surprising!!!!
    Day 3: ❌ My legs felt sore, i did like 5 minutes and then stopped my legs were not having it.
    Day 4: ✅ My legs still feel sore but it’s bearable, i also had school today which was the first day back since that Helene storm. It was okay I guess.
    Day 5: ❌ Needed rest School is exhausting.
    Day 6: ✅ GOT IT DONE!!!! Sweating somewhat hard right now!!! I think I see a little bit of results on my face like it’s a little less chubby just a smidge!

    I did 3 days and I'm still continuing
    Day 1: dayum that was so hard n my hands and legs were shaking
    Day 2: it was hard but I did I wasn't mood of exercise but I motivated myself n did
    Day 3: I just did right now n it was fire but I felt confident tysm for the exercise
    I'll update tomorrow my fourth day 😊👍 and I lost 2 kg in three days omg I'm so happy tysm for the workout

    I’m 152lbs, 5’6”.
    Measurements:
    Waist 31in.
    Arm 12in.
    Thigh 20 1/2in.
    Really only looking for tummy and arm changes. Legs are fine.
    ✅Day 1- made it to 11 minutes before I had to take a longer break than she was giving lol 😅. But finished.
    ✅Day 2- Did it.. But with a lot of stops for book reading lol.. my 18mth old kept bringing me new books.
    ✅Day 3- Didn’t have to stop today! Thighs hurt lol. But complete. Only got hit with a toy stroller, and a cabinet door 😂.
    Taking a day break… ok so it turned into 4 days lol.
    ✅Day 4- Done!
    ✅Day 5- Done! I’m tired 🥱
    ✅Day 6- ugh 😅done.
    ✅Day 7- getting a bit easier.
    ✅Day 8- I didn’t want to do it but made myself.

    im doing as a 72kg girl thats 13 :)) if anyone is wondering why im doing this is because of self satisfaction not for anyone else i just want to feel confident again and i want my old clothes to fit on me as ive gained weight for the past year. I'm also doing this with her ab workout. if ur wondering which one it's the one with the mist views on her channel
    day 1: ✅️ it was defo hard lol
    day 2: ✅️ still hard but i felt myself hyping my self up
    day 3: ✅️ definitely felt more tired today I have no idea why but I still did it
