vtiredv I just started a week or so ago, but I also do the Body Project workouts, walk almost 5 miles every other day or so, and cut my calories. I’m not in shape and I wasn’t active at all before I started my journey. You can also do different days of HIIT and Low Impact exercise so your body doesn’t get used to the movements. 💕
Started in October 2024 🎉🫶🏻 Height: 163 cm Weight: 79 kg Age: 28 Day 1 ✅ i feel awful but i did it 🎉 Day 2 ✅ still awful, i’m so weak😅 Day 3 ✅ It got better today but still not strong enough for the whole workout Day 4 ✅ feeling pretty good today 💪🏻 Day 5 ✅ Rest Day Thank God 😅 Day 6 ❎ Took another rest day because i had too much to do that day 🥲 Day 7 ✅ I still can’t finish all the exercises but i‘m proud that i didn’t give up already 😅 Day 8 ✅ today was awful, i don’t know why but i was way to tired…i did all the workouts but with way to less effort shame on me Day 9 ✅ Still struggling but it’s getting better Day 10 ✅ Day 11 ✅ Day 12 ✅ Day 13 ✅ Day 14 ✅ So i finished the two week shred. I didn’t take another rest day because i already took an extra one on the first week, i just repeated a day. It did get better in the end but it was hard, i could not finish one session without a few seconds extra break 😮💨 but i feel good about myself and i will continue working out but not with this challenge, it’s a great challenge and i love chloe but it’s not varied enough for me i want more different workouts sorry for my English btw it’s not my first language. As for results, on Day 14 my weight was at 77.30kg!! I’m really happy with that! 🥹 And i’m really surprised by how much stronger my abs are now, the abs exercises where the only ones who really got so much easier to do in the end 🫶🏻 As for eating, i started intermittent fasting on the first day of this 2 week shred challenge, i start to eat at 8:00 and i have dinner at 16:00. I drink 3 liters of water/tea everyday and i go for a walk (60-90min) everyday ♥️ I’m coming back everyday for updates ♥️ Stay healthy and happy ♥️

i just started this program today. i was tired of my family telling me i look obese when i am not. i felt very sad and hurt when they told me i should eat less. so here i am, i had started workout few months back but due to laziness and lack of consistency, i didnt continue doing the workouts, and obviously, i barely saw any results. so im right now 69kgs and im 5ft6. i am willing to put efforts and consistency in this workout plan. i have joined the programme. i feel that updating everyday will be very effective and motivating. So here: --------------------------------------- Day 1: I did it. But i had to take active breaks between the workout cause my stamina is so low, and i kept getting out of breath. i felt tired. but i loved the bicycle crunches. felt the burn.

Day 2: ✅ My legs are so freaking sore from all them movements yesterday but still did the workout! It was a little easier which was very surprising!!!! Day 3: ❌ My legs felt sore, i did like 5 minutes and then stopped my legs were not having it. Day 4: ✅ My legs still feel sore but it’s bearable, i also had school today which was the first day back since that Helene storm. It was okay I guess. Day 5: ❌ Needed rest School is exhausting. Day 6: ✅ GOT IT DONE!!!! Sweating somewhat hard right now!!! I think I see a little bit of results on my face like it’s a little less chubby just a smidge!

vtiredv I just started a week or so ago, but I also do the Body Project workouts, walk almost 5 miles every other day or so, and cut my calories. I’m not in shape and I wasn’t active at all before I started my journey. You can also do different days of HIIT and Low Impact exercise so your body doesn’t get used to the movements. 💕
I just realized that the dislikes are probably people who didn’t stick to it and therefore got no results saying it didn’t work 😂

So i finished the two week shred. I didn’t take another rest day because i already took an extra one on the first week, i just repeated a day. It did get better in the end but it was hard, i could not finish one session without a few seconds extra break 😮💨 but i feel good about myself and i will continue working out but not with this challenge, it’s a great challenge and i love chloe but it’s not varied enough for me i want more different workouts sorry for my English btw it’s not my first language.
As for results, on Day 14 my weight was at 77.30kg!! I’m really happy with that! 🥹
And i’m really surprised by how much stronger my abs are now, the abs exercises where the only ones who really got so much easier to do in the end 🫶🏻
As for eating, i started intermittent fasting on the first day of this 2 week shred challenge, i start to eat at 8:00 and i have dinner at 16:00. I drink 3 liters of water/tea everyday and i go for a walk (60-90min) everyday ♥️

im doing as a 72kg girl thats 13 :)) if anyone is wondering why im doing this is because of self satisfaction not for anyone else i just want to feel confident again and i want my old clothes to fit on me as ive gained weight for the past year.
